Haven’t done body checks in forever… I’m kinda bloated today :/

Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.

I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.

I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

I hope when school starts I will be able to dress this way without feeling ashamed of my body.

worst part about losing a substantial amount of weight in a short time (8 lbs since monday): I look in the mirror and see absolutely 0 difference. the feeling of imposter syndrome and thinking "yeah but what if the scale is wrong", "yeah but what if it's all just water weight" "yeah but how long until I see a difference" is fucking mean.

I’m going to go drink some ice water now. Honestly if you have the urge to eat get some ice. You stay hydrated and it’s mostly out of boredom people want to eat and binge. Chewing gum having ice or snapping a rubber band on your wrist helps.

He’s never died a second time before. 

It’s… weird. His head hurts, his body too-small, not in a younger sense, but almost in a… feeling sense. His skin feels colder, and his hair has- it has bits of white in it now? And he’d already been able to use his ghost abilities even in his human form but it feels… easier now. 

He’s not overshadowing his own corpse- he doesn’t think he is? His head hurts… his everything ached actually, like he’d gotten electrocuted again even if he’s certain that wasn’t how he died.

Did- did someone throw his body into the sewers? 

Seriously, what the heck? Who would do that?! Urgh, that made him so mad- who just throws a corpse around, nevermind his corpse! That’s so rude!
