Ugh... had anyone in the fandom ever noticed that the handcuffs are entirely visible in the background of this shot or will I be the first one to scream about it?

Because, in case you hadn't noticed, the fucking handcuffs are entirely visible in this shot. And not only that, they are blurred at first and then the camera, like, focuses on them a little? Or at least makes the background less blurry??

The fucking visual storytelling of having the shot focus on the rope, on Pete's hand offering the rope, then on Vegas taking hold of the rope - accepting the rope, accepting the willing submission that Pete is offering - while also having THE PREVIOUS FORM OF BONDAGE VISIBLE. ya know, i could write out a much longer post on this, but i'm already seeing people blame third party voters and people who didn't vote for kamala losing, and all i have to say is:

even if every third party voter voted for kamala instead of whoever they chose, she still would have lost. she lost by over 5 million votes, and third party doesn't even account for 2.3 million votes as it stands. as for the people who didn't vote, i don't blame them; i understand and support their reasons for not voting.

the dems ran a dogshit campaign from start to finish, and their refusal to let biden go as a candidate until so late into the election despite what voters were saying cost them a lot

although it is a little funny, whenever a new version of a vocal synth comes out on a different engine, the biggest complaint i always see is that the new version "doesn't sound like them". we all just choose our favourite type of engine noise in the end <3

you know i had a fun little vp idea i wanted to do for the cyberpunk anniversary but i haven't had the energy to even touch it recently so i'll just settle with saying that this game impacted me in ways i never thought it would when i first picked it up 3 years ago. i knew i would enjoy it, i had been looking forward to it for a long time, and despite a ~controversial~ launch, i had a fucking blast from day 1 (on ps4 no less). regardless of bugs and memes and public dunking, the story grabbed me like nothing else could at the time, and it reignited so much of my passion and motivation for art that i had lost in the clutches of mental illness and i'll always be grateful for that. it introduced me to so many wonderful people (some whom i carry very close to my heart), and maybe most personally surprising, it gave me an outlet to understand parts of myself that i had been too afraid to acknowledge for a long time, the courage to accept and embrace myself as non-binary, and allow myself to just BE without trying to convince myself i'm crazy. that's not what i expected from the get-go but it's been a really fun journey to be on ngl
