Okay I don’t really get into politics because I am only 16 and I’m not fairly educated on politics. But I have seen people so disappointed and angry and all I have to say is please do not be. We still have electoral votes. People who voted is called the "Popular Vote" and it just shows how popular a candidate is. "Electoral Votes" is where the senators vote and basically it finalize everything. Our electoral vote is December 17,2024. Do not harm yourself, others, and lastly don't lose hope.

Friends in or near swing states! If you are looking to productively channel your anxiety and enthusiasm in these final days of voting, please consider canvassing. It is fun! It will get you so many steps! You might make friends! You might run into your mother in law in line to get your materials! It is really easy-- I canvassed in Wisconsin with Illinois and Wisconsin Democrats on Saturday and I'm hoping to go back for one more round this weekend. If you are local to me and want to come, I'd be happy to get a group together! Then you get a cheeseburger at the end as a prize! I mean you pay for the cheeseburger, they don't like give it to you, it's just culvers but like you do get to hang out at the end!

Also phone banking (which tbh seems scarier to me than knocking on doors!) and ballot curing and also Swifties for Kamala are doing social media engagement where you comment on kalama posts to help boost their place in the algorithm. There is still so much to be done and YES it does make a difference!!

EDITED TO ADD: Phone banking isn't actually scary, don't listen to me!! It's great and easier than ordering a pizza!! Esp since a lot of us don't live in or near a swing state!!

my work has a suggestion box for charities the corporate foundation should donate to, I (anonymously) suggested Intact America and well..they closed the donation suggestion box. This country is beyond help.
