So I'm going to do them separately because the Cantina Ghosts and Marcia end up having separate passes and chronologies. But here you go !

Marcia, at 3 am, would definitely order a nerfburger and fries, most likely to Dex's too. Because if she orders food in the middle of the night while on Coruscant, it's 99% of the time because she's getting out of the club. If it's not on Coruscant but on a random planet the 327th is currently deployed at ? Then it's most likely an after breakdown type of order, so it'll be an online order. And still nerfburger and fries because that's just comfort food at this point. She'll always command for her engineers vode if they want some take out as well.

The Cantina Ghosts order online from time to time but never get it delivered. Sending the coordinates of their ship to random people through the holonet ? Way too dangerous, all of them are fugitives considered dead by the Empire. So the majority it's done in person, with their features hidden if it's Lydian or Whistler who command. On how do they decide and what do they take, they'll just choose together. If Hadil is still awake at this moment, they'll try to make her happy. But the majority of times, it's just between the three clones and their enhanced metabolisms. What they'll order mostly depends on what is available around them at the time. They often try traditional ditches, but are careful to not order cantina food (they have enough of it with all the other times they eat there). Mirialan food is something they often cook but it doesn't make for great snacks (more like multiple dishes worth of meal). Mandalorian food tho is easily found a bit everywhere and have some dishes very nice for middle of the night cravings and often end up their go-to.
