Camille chokes as the serpent coils around her throat. having dropped her staff, she claws into the DarkDays' tail with a bestial panic. No... no no no no no no! She thrashes against the violet void she finds herself in, effort in vain, as her throat burns and the blood under it boils. Boils, and flecks off into crystals, as her slashing and breaking nails draw forth blood. Blood. The sanguine fluid condenses into bolts that stab into the serpent's tail via the fixer's will. The thorned crown sheds its velvet, as veins pop and fangs gnash as what the Violet Mercy truly is shows through to the angel.
