My dad put Velveeta in a paper towel roll dispenser to make it easier to make mac and cheese. It worked about as well as you’d think.

Mac and Cheese Comfort Food
The other day I was super stressed and my wife Ashley made some delicious comfort food for me, it was so good I wanted to to write down her recipe and she said it was okay if I shared it online.
There's no fancy cooking process so much as there is more just a list of yummy ingredients to mix together: 1- start by making mac and cheese
2 - melt a brick of Velveeta cheese and mix it in
3 - mix in a can of smooth tomato soup for more flavor
4- cook some veggie "chicken nuggets", chop them up into eights, then mix them in.
Then you now have yummy mac and cheese veggie comfort food!

Henwood Style Mac & Cheese
Chef’s Note: So creamy. Blue cheese is not overpowering and adds depth. Baked the flavor into the pasta. Not brown top, just baked top.
Why do I want to eat apples with this?
Ingredients
8 oz fusilli (spiral) pasta (substitute rotini)
4 tbsp cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp dried minced onion (the spice seasoning)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
4 oz Velveeta
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (I'd say shredded)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x11-inch baking dish
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in fusilli and return to a boil. Cook, uncovered and stirring occasionally, to al dente (according to package directions). Drain pasta well.
Make the sauce while this cooks
3. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add onion and let soak up some butter
5. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
6. Slowly whisk in milk until entirely incorporated.
7. Add Velveeta, blue cheese, cheddar, salt, and mustard. Cook, stir continuously, until cheeses have melted and the mixture thickens.
doesn’t have to be continuous, but pretty often. Don’t want it to boil
8. Pour pasta into the dish. Pour cheese sauce overtop. Stir until everything is coated.
9. Bake until the top begins to brown, about 20 minutes.

3 and 29!
3. a specific color that gives you the ick?
Ok so for me it'll more often be specific combos of colors that give me the ick but two colors on their own that i absolutely loathe (particularly in the event that I am asked to WEAR them) are Vermillion Orange and Magenta. You mix some yellow into that orange? its amazing. You tone down that Magenta to a millennial pink? wonderful. But those colors on their own give me the ick.
29. Preferred pasta noodle?
Ok so as someone who as perfected a macaroni and cheese recipe so I won't be the auntie w/ the gross mac and cheese: I have to say that often times this is entirely dependent on what type of sauce is bathing the noodle/ how you are choosing to eat it. I am very partial to Cavatappi noodles, so you could take that as a simple answer for what my fav pasta noodle is, BUT--- for my macaroni and cheese recipe? I've found that medium-large shell pasta is the best. So much of pasta is abt texture and sauce-saturation! I've found that certain pastas make or break a dish, so even if Cavatappi is my favorite texturally or visually, I wouldn't say it's best for *every* pasta dish.

as a baby chef, i learned to vary cheeses and spread a little honey or fig jam inside grilled cheese sandwiches before grilling. whoever originally came up with this divine nonsense should be canonized.
