This week's exercise... Looking back to motivate going forward

Sunday - 6 mile walk Monday - lifting heavy, vcycle spin class 50 minutes Tuesday- 11 km run with a lot of hills! Wednesday (today) - vcycle spin class 50 minutes Looking forward Thursday - 6 mile run Friday - nothing, going to eat and drink and be merry :) Saturday- lifting heavy followed by 1/2 hour cardio (elliptical, rowing and stair climber) and 1/2 hour swim Sunday - 8 mile run This motivates me to look back then plan future exercise. What motivates you to exercise?
