Trouble with verification in Plenty Plural Positive?

That's fair! Started using a new bot for our verification (appy— since the previous one got shut down), so we're still getting used to it ourselves. 🙃🙃🙃

TL;DR— #open-a-ticket channel is for verifying. Once in the channel, a button should be there to open a temporary "ticket" channel.

Press the button; it should say "ticket template." You can copy and paste the template from the #rules channel into the ticket, once the ticket's open. Mods will respond and let you in.

The #verification channel is where you complete a captcha, to make sure your account isn't a bot.

And yeah, that's it.
