I saw @acotardeservesbetter doing an unofficial Summer Court month and got inspired to draw my take on them based on the general court designs I did a while back.

On the winter solstice in ACOSFAS, Varian went to Velaris because it was a family holiday and he spent that holiday with Amren and IC. Then IC asks what the summer solstice is like and we come to the conclusion that it is no different from winter, only being summer. We know that the winter court celebrates for a whole week, so wouldn't it be natural that summer would have a similar celebration?

Now comes the question: why did Varian go to Velaris, but Amren stayed in Velaris, on that barge during the summer solstice? and it even worsened Nesta's condition, who was already suicidal enough 🫠. Doesn't Amren want to get closer to Varian's family as much as he is willing to get closer to hers?

In ACOSF he hides secrets from Tarquin, agreeing with Rhsyand to "keep the treasure a secret until they have more information". Loyalty to his high lord only exists with Rhsyand, apparently. Lucien chose to leave the spring just to SEE Elain, his partner, Varian hides secrets from his cousin and lord capable of destroying all of Prythian, and we have no information about a partnership between these two. From one day to the next he simply fell in love with the thief of his territory and even gave her a family jewel 🤡 (it even seems that the young man for the faerie concepts is him, and not Tarquin). But Cassian could not even position himself in front of his partner when Rhysand threatened her.

SJM really does have her favorites... and that's worrying because these days celebrities are constantly using their followers and fans for votes and even support in the form of mass pressure for judgments. These are terrible times.

🇧🇷 No solstício de inverno em ACOSFAS, Varian foi oara Velaris porque era um feriado familiar e ele passou esse feriado com Amren e IC. Então o IC pergunta como é o solstício de verão e chegamos a conclusão que não é diferente do inverno, só que sendo verão. Sabemos que a corte de inverno comemora por uma semana inteira, então não seria natural que o verão tivesse uma comemoração semelhante?

Agora vem a pergunta: por que Varian foi para Velaris, mas Amren permaneceu em Velaris, naquela barcaça durante o solstício de verão? e ainda piorou a condição de Nesta, que já estava suicida o bastante 🫠. Amren não deseja se aproximar da família de Varian tanto quanto ele está disposto a se aproximar da dela?

Em ACOSF ele esconde segredos de Tarquin, concordando com Rhsyand em "manter em segredo sobre o tesouro até que eles tenham mais informações". A lealdade para com seu alto senhor só existe com Rhsyand, aparentemente. Lucien escolheu deixar a primavera só para VER Elain, sua parceira, Varian esconde de seu primo e senhor segredos capazes de destruir toda Prythian, e não temos nenhuma informação de parceria entre esse dois. do dia para noite ele simplesmente se apaixonou pela ladra do território dele e ainda deu uma jóia de família 🤡 (parece até que o jovem para os conceitos feericos é ele, e não Tarquin). Mas Cassian não pôde sequer se posicionar a frente de sua parceira quando Rhysand a ameaçou.

SJM realmente tem seus favoritos... e isso é preocupante, porque nos dias de hoje os famosos estão constantemente usando seus seguidores e fãs para votos e até mesmo apoio em forma de pressão em massa para julgamentos. estamos em uma época terrível.

Cassian has the juiciest ass out of the whole IC. Like those BUNS. There's a whole BAKERY out there. And Nesta stares whenever his back is to her.

P.s. - I'm still debating if Rhys comes after Cass or Az does.
