A/n: this is my second time writing romantically for this man so I hope you like it! Reader is of legal age since you are dating a 1000 year old vampire.

"Darling are you ready to g-, what are you doing?" Elijah said walking into your shared bedroom fixing his cuff links and halts seeing you in front of the mirror.

You had your body turned to the side and your arms reaching over your head to your back, panting heavily as you stumble around.

"Having a fight with the zipper!"

Elijah chuckled softly and walked over, standing behind you and moving your hair to the side before slowly pulling the zipper up.

"Careful love, don't want you to hurt yourself" he said with a soft smile and straightened out the dress on your sides.

The feeling of his fingers going over your skin ever so softly was maddening and made you bite your lip to keep in your giggles.

"Don't tell me your ticklish here as well" Elijah said amused as he quickly wrapped his arms around you from behind and softly scribbled over your sides.

"Elijah! We're gonna be latehihihihihi!" You giggle as you lean into him.

"I'd rather hear your adorable giggles for a while than some boring Halloween party" He said with a smirk as he tickled your ribs and hip bones.

"GHAHHAHAG! Your the worsthihihihihi!" You cackle and kicked your feet out, glad that you weren't wearing your heels yet. Now completely hanging in his arms which of course didn't bother him one bit.

"Now now, where are your manners?" Elijah gasped as he lifted your higher and blew a raspberry in your neck.

You let out a giggly scream and squirm in his arms "IM SORRYHAHAHAHAH"

He continues for a minute before carefully putting you back down with a smile, helping you put your hair back in its style.

"I love you lijah" you said softly.

He looked down at you "And I love you darling" he smiled before planting a soft kiss on your lips before helping your put on your heels and leading you out of the room and downstairs to the party.

You were so lucky.

Hey girl! I don't know if you're aware, but in Klaus and kc fics where the oc is his wife from when they were human, somehow Marcel always calls her mom/mama/mother, which I personally so find out of character for him?

He had an awful father, and there's like only one mention of his mother, who died shortly before Klaus adopted him, and I just can't see a child moving on so quickly and calling a woman, a white one at that, his mother? Don't get me wrong, I would have loved for Marcel to have at least one parent figure in his life that actually loved him like a son, but Klaus treated him like a friend/brother, the governor literally enslaved him and we know nothing of his mother.

TO/TVDU made sure to sanitize slavery, Marcel’s history as a slave and limit his childhood with the mikaelsons period as much as they could. Then the audience they were marketing the show too was white teens/young adults. No I don’t think Marcel would ever call Klaus’ wife, mom! For the reasons you listed that is his past as a slave and living on a plantation. Naturally Marcel as a child should’ve been more skeptical of the Mikaelsons for the obvious reasons. Which could have been interesting to see. Hell, Kol did go as far to torture him as a human.

It is important to note Marcel never calls Klaus dad, Elijah/Kol/Finn aren’t called uncles, Rebekah/Freya as aunts and while he’s protective to Hope he doesn’t say she’s his sister either. Despite all of this Marcel does view the Mikaelsons as family. Marcel said to Hope it’s hard to hate the person that made him. It’s a never ending complicated relationship. Which applies to all of the family in total. I think Marcel can adapt to someone Klaus dates/married etc longterm but never see them as “mom”. He had a mother who died.

(Edit: I do think if they focused on Marcel being adopted, the Mikaelsons as extended family they’d have to address the Rebekah of it all.)

I think Klaus does love him in his own twisted perception of love. The problem as usual the racist writing but in Klaus/Marcel’s case..the gender norms here. Marcel being a grown man of 170+ years at that. Hope was a girl.

I think Tati Gabrielle or Jaz Sinclair could be a good fit for children of Klaus and Bonnie.

Is it me or is it much easier to fancast Klonnie daughters than Klonnie sons? It might be a Bennett witch thing or the fact that Klaus is already a girl dad in canon and I love that. Neither Tati or Jaz really feel like Klonnie kids to me. I love them both but there isn't much likeness to Bonnie AND Klaus. Both would make good Bennetts though.

And I love Bennett witch fancasting! Because Jaz Sinclair already plays Beatrice, how about we switch the roles between Beatrice and Lucy! Beatrice doesn't get the appreciation she deserves. We only knew her briefly but she ate. I don’t think we need any more doppelgängers okay (there were too many!). There is nothing wrong with Lucy or Lucy’s actress. It is just harder to find material for Lucy to create with. Jaz is more visible and easier to work with. Let Bonnie play the older cousin role in this instance. She’s maternal and compassionate to all her friends Cousin Beatrice deserves the same. Instead of Lucy being enslaved to Katherine temporarily, let Bonnie go out and seek other Bennett witches when she is off screen and not with her friends.

We can’t talk about Beatrice Bennett without praising Jaz with her leading role as Marie Moreau. If you haven’t seen Gen V or even The Boys. I think as many others have said online Marie is the perfect love child of Bonnie and Katara from ATLA!

I don’t think Tati looks like Kat or Joseph but I’d love to see her as a Bennett witch too. The energy she had with her portrayal as Prudence would align perfectly in the family. In this gif in particular it reminds me of the vampire hunters/huntress arc which the hunters curse was created by unknown Bennett witch…

We really deserved to see more of this bloodline by themselves not being utilized to uplifts every white characters storyline. No one in TVDU has feats that matches with the Bennett’s! They are defined as blessed. We needed more Bennett witches kicking ass together. I’m mad that we don’t have it! When I think of face claims or fancasting for Klonnie's kids, I go based on vibes and looks. If there isn't any resemblance between Bonnie and Klaus physically, then I just can't picture it.

Mikaelson’s tended to be unwanted, and the atmosphere matched that. It felt oddly eerie. Despite the mirrored locations, the contrast between the busy streets of New Orleans vs the supernaturally empty, almost depressing Ancestral Plane was as vivid as night and day. He hated this bloody place, and it hated him back in equal measure. Despite his own fondness for witchcraft, Kol didn’t exactly have the best relationship with the ancestral witches of New Orleans, and it made his presence here nothing but trouble on both their parts. However, he would traverse through hell for Davina Claire, for the chance to see her, to touch her. A few angry witches wouldn’t be enough to separate them, for despite his playful disposition, when he’d set his mind on something, he could be a wily little fox.

Unlike the outside world that feigned silence due to the inability of human ears, a pin could quite literally be heard here. He was attentive to every sound, ready for foe or Davina. There were no friends here, not for him. From the smallest rustle of what he could only presume to be something that only existed in this plane to the sound of footsteps….the sound of footsteps? He spun around at such speed that a blink would have caused someone to miss the movement. No-one there. Well, he might as well make a spectacle out of the situation now. He breathed in before raising his voice, the sound reverberating amongst the stillness. “Whoever is out there, you better hope the next face I see is Davina Claire’s, or your day is about to get a lot more painful.”

i  like  the  idea  that  love  incarnate  isn’t  actually  a  supernatural  entity,  but  she  has  an  intangible  pull  of  all  unnatural  /  inhuman  creatures  toward  her.  something  about  the  supernatural,  the  unnatural,  the  unloveable  /  monsters  versus  the  innate  iteration  of  love  incarnate  herself.  maybe  it’s  the  same  soul  attached  to  love  incarnate  being  resurrected  over  the  years  -  maybe  immortal  supernatural  creatures  know  her  before  she  knows  them.  eliza  kardel  and  her  painfully  mortal  +  moral  life  is  nothing  more  than  the  reality  of  being  so  truly  human;  she  is  the  beating,  bleeding  heart  that  vampires,  witches,  werewolves  +  more  find  themselves  drawn  to  because  she  is  love,  no  holds  barred.  regardless,  love  incarnate  is  something  of  a  glowing,  lit  beacon  toward  other  supernatural  creatures  -  she  just  doesn’t  know  it.

I wish people stop downplaying the racism that ingrained in Bonnie’s plot because comparing her and Hayley is not the serve you think it is. Did Hayley have a it bad? Yes, but in no way was she treated as a plot device the way Bonnie was lol.
