#selfie bee #good evening friends!! how are you doing! C:#I'm very very sleepy I got a new ikea office chair and I build it all myself #I think it went okay! I don't think I pulled the back screw tight enough and now the back is a bit loose #I can probably fix it but I can also ignore it for the next 18 years #thats how long the old chair held up!! in germany it could now drink vodka and drive a car!!#not at the same time that is illegal! not at the same time!! (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ*#but the day is not over yet my uncle asked me for a big art quest and I do not want to disappoint #he wants a muppet tattoo and asked me to draw it #my uncle has started to get tattoos a few months ago #as far as I know he has now gotten 3 note clefs 3 stars a flower and multiple birds #he also started getting piercings but so far I managed not to know exactly where #I think tattoos are super cool (´｡･v･｡｀) I wish I had a good idea for a tattoo but the last time I was very sure about getting a tattoo #it was heath ledgers face as the joker #at that point I was 12 and would not see the actual movie for two more years #a muppet tattoo is a way better idea!! he asked for the count van count! that is also one of my top 3 muppets ₍՞◌′ᵕ‵ू◌₎♡#I always thought I knew a lot about muppet lore but since I started looking up muppet pictures I think there are still a lot of secrets #can the muppets from the Sesame Street actually leave the Sesame Street?#I think Kermit is both on the Muppet Show and on Sesame Street but he is also like the boss muppet #he might have special abilities #I hope you're having a good day friends!! on the subject of voyager being absurd I need to talk about how insane of character Harry is like he's actually not just overacheiver career boy, he's overacheiver in Life because he felt like his parents loved him too much for what he was so he had to earn their love. he was literally in juliard youth symphony right. music was a very real viable career for him. more than that like yes he was also an absurdly skilled engineer. in a timeline where he never left earth he gets promoted to lieutenant in like 6 months, wins several awards, and designs a revolutionary engine. and still in the Canon Real World he graduated summa cum laude of his Starfleet class. Literally top of his class. he also has an award in piloting proficiency. and also ends up being a senior office on his first day.

but more than any of that, the most absurd thing to me is he was a star athlete. I think about this daily like he was captain of the Velocity team and also a fucking. three times champion in the stupid space racketball game. like that's so insane to me. just star athlete on the starship. it's like— okay what's an athlete gay people are likely to know. okay before Caitlin Clark was in the wnba she was really big in college basketball right. so it's like if you worked at NASA and one day Caitlin Clark just strolled into the office, and then due to a series of increasingly unfortunate events you ended up on Mars and Caitlin Clark was also there. on Mars. the whole time with you. am i getting this across does anyone else feel how insane this is.

not to sound insane or anything but there’s something sooo interesting to me about the parallel between Michael’s “I was running with a bunch of crazy motherfuckers with nothing to lose” and Trevor’s “I could feel like I was losing you, so I pushed you harder. I didn’t want to lose you” because it’s like. god. they are so disconnected in this area. and that specific disconnect means So Much

to michael, trevor was acting out and taking more risks because he didn’t understand what it meant to have something to care for. trevor doesn’t get what it’s like to have more than just your life at stake when you put it on the line

but to trevor, michael and their partnership was kinda the only “thing” he Could have lost. michael was slipping away, and what would he have then? brad? fuck brad. brad is a terrible replacement, in hindsight. trevor said he was planning to cut michael off, and maybe he would have, but not so soon. of course he desperately clings onto what they have. how could he not? their shared love of danger and risks and adrenaline brought them together in the first place, so surely it would bring them back. it had to or he’d have nothing left

and of course michael doesn’t get that. i mean why would he. he’s holding back for the sake of his family and suddenly his crew (trevor mostly) is trying to get them all killed. he thinks they just don’t get it and they probably never will. and in turn, trevor doesn’t think michael gets what it’s like to feel yourself slowly being deprived of someone who means absolutely everything to you

now don’t get me wrong, i don’t think michael “should” have understood what trevor was doing because that’s not really fair. he’s not psychic. i just think it’s sad. trevor was trying so hard to show michael what he was missing by “going soft” and leaving him behind, trying so hard not to lose him for good, that it sent the complete opposite message. Like, entirely opposite. that’s so sad

between vi and viktor, i rly appreciate the fact that we get two characters who experience chronic pain and chronic illness.

as someone who experiences both, it’s nice to see that kind of rep in such a way that doesn’t feel forced or fake or anything like that. they feel very real/realistic, their pain and them as characters/people. :)
