Realistically speaking, I don't think black coffee would kill Harrow. She drinks wine more than once, and I think it's even specified once that it's red; the more tannin rich and strongly flavored of the wines. Evidence suggests that, while she would in no way enjoy it, she could theoretically survive a cup of black coffee.

Therefore the question becomes: Would she? What would she do if she had to choose between keeping her tastebuds or impressing a hot barista? Could lean taut muscle dewy with sweat and steam compel her to do what God could not—finish a hot beverage?

Approaching 2 straight weeks of stuffing myself and literally found myself waddling today while out shopping 😵‍💫 I kept having to readjust my clothes and pull my skirt down to cover my butt or pull my shirt down to cover my belly and up to cover my chest. Just an incredibly plump Bunny jiggling between the aisles bumping into shelves with my hips and taking trips to the food court between stores 🐷💕

the thing you have to understand about the way that daughters of the upper and middle classes learned how to play instruments at a level higher than you may have gotten to in piano lessons as a child and were able to dedicate hours to honing their craft despite essentially being hobbyists is that it has absolutely nothing to do with People Back Then being Different and Better somehow. it's just that if you're a rich girl from 1839, playing the piano is the closest thing you can get to a rhythm game. half of all of those women would have been happier playing osu! and the only reason they weren't is that it didn't exist yet

#the reason i specify upper class girls is because they specifically were taught piano to be Marriageable #and have something to do to Make the Home Pleasant and impress suitors and social climb #there were absolutely other people who played piano and who would have rather been playing rhythm games #im just specifically saying that if you grew up in a suburban american home and dropped out of piano lessons at age 11 #bc you were too busy playing just dance or pokemon or a mario game on the 3ds to want to practice. they would have done the same #they just didn't have the option. and so they pianomaxxed. they didn't have anything better to do #.txt #coreyposting #V

When you think about it, Alice has two different first impressions of Norton during AoM. One is where he chases her down the forest in the form of a rocky cryptid with a pickaxe in hand and murderous intentions. The other is where he loudly scarfs down food at the breakfast table, barely even acknowledges Alice, and creates the most awkward scene in all of IDV history. And you know what? I don't even know which one is worse.
