As you sift through your emails, one sticks out among the others. It's from a fan, asking whether you have any merchandise.

Otoya Eita

After the blue lock U-20 match, you had been in a rush. Watching it live as a gift from a friend, you never were super into soccer, but if soccer was like this all the time, you might have to start getting into it! A certain player caught your eye however... White hair with a green streak.. odd hair choice but it suited his face well. After all, he could very well be your 'hear me out'.

"girl, Otoya Eita is NOT a 'hear me out" your friend said as you walked along the sidewalk, "a hear me out is when you are ODDLY attracted to someone, everybody is attracted to Otoya Eita.

"well., I just... His hair?" You shrugged as you sat down, something about him made him seem like a hear me out. But it could also be you trying to gaslight yourself into not having a crush on him. You had sat down at this cafe, it was nice.. large tables. However you and your friend sat outside.

"... Oh my god." Your friend said as she looked over your shoulder.

"what!? Oh no is something on me!?!" You looked from side to side frantically then at your lap. What? What was it!?

"nothing but my eyes" a voice spoke from behind.. a voice you recognized after watching countless interviews of this man.

"on fuck,." You whispered as you looked to your friend with wide eyes. Slowly you turned to look behind you, and low and behold... Otoya Eita stood there, his signature nonchalant look on his face.

"mind if I sit? My name is Otoya Eita." He said, gesturing to the chair. Your friend beat you to saying yes, so he sat.

"y-y/n L/n" you said hurriedly, your friend giggling as she introduced herself in more relaxed manner.

"nice to meet you L/n.. however I must say, your friend is right. I am not a 'hear me out'." He looked to you expectancy, as did your friend, and you just sat there in shock.

Barou Shoei

You watched from the bowling counter, it was a very slow day. One singular person was using the lanes. Sharp hair... Probably a lot of hair gell, who seemed to explode with power whenever he rolled the ball to the pins. The oddest thing was, you could have sworn you had seen him somewhere.

"another round on Lane 3" He snapped you out of your thoughts. You hadn't even noticed that he had walked over.

"umm yeah sure." You said, he pushed forward a card for you to charge, as you picked up the card you saw his name. 'Barou Shoei' you had to stare at it for a little bit.. now you were sure you had seen him somewhere!

"is there a problem?" He asked, leaning against the counter. Eyebrow raised as he looked from you to the card. "Waiting for an autograph or something, because you're not getting one." Rude you thought as you looked back to him.

"I swear I've seen you on TV... I just don't know what show.." you trailed on,, must be an actor if he's that cocky

"..what?" His tone seemed rather offended, you shrugged it off as you charged the card. "I play soccer.'

That's when it clicked. The blue lock vs U-20 match. A close friend made you sit there with them and watch it.. how could you forget, he was so entertaining to watch! Barou, on the other hand was offended, in fact, to make a point he grabbed a pen from your side of the counter and a napkin. Leaving you standing there dumbfounded as he handed you his autograph. With that, he turned and left.

It was odd.. seeing such a wild player on the u-20 team. Now you had followed this team through alot, each game you watched and merch you purchased.. but this man just something else entirely. Thankfully you would get to meet him a meet and great! Unfortunately Sea Itoshi would not be attending.. you were hoping to get an autograph.

"welcome welcome!" He sang as you stepped forward, pushing your note book forward with the bright pink sharpie.

"hi.." you shrugged slightly. You really didn't care about this player, but you didn't want to be rude. He frowned, not quite signing the note book yet.

"what's up your butt?" He pouted out, much to your dislike. You would have rather gone to Shindo or Oliver.. but here you were... Waiting at this man's mercy.

"nothing, you're just not the guy I was wanting to talk to today." You answered honestly. Why would you lie. Shidou huffed still not signing

"you wanted Bottom lashes Senior? Don't worry I did too.. he owes me his number" he guessed, right on the dime of what you wanted. "guess we can suffer together." He said, finally signing the notebook. He closed it and handed it back you with a smile, and you went to the to the other line for Oliver bewildered.. what an odd man. You didn't open your notebook again, not until you had made it Oliver. Opening it up to the same page to see a number.. and a ,little message from the man before,

'lets meet up, and you can get both our autographs~'

What the actual fuck, you were looking down at the page in shock, mouth hung open.

"It's gonna be worth it." Oliver said with a chuckle, taking the paper and signing it.

sinsmas is a fun episode to me honestly, but the way they try to gaslight the audience into thinking that cheating is fine as long as youre doing it at the expense of your abusive partner is, regardless of how your kids feel, even supporting the idea they should just roll with it, is.. i hate it? and in stoliz's case, its not even, "stolas cheated on stella with blitz and the two made this family together out of the broken pieces left with their kids," like the humans did. (which realistically probably wouldnt work out, and only does because karen is dead and the daughters arent actual characters with agency like the majority of vivs female characters,) its, "stolas felt so unwanted his entire life because of this arranged marriage that, when his ""first ever friend"" fucked him and stole the grimorie the morning after, his immediate reaction was NOT to get him an asmodean crystal so the two could continue to fuck consensually, without hurting his daughters birthright, but to instead FORCE his ""first ever friend"" while he was literally fighting for his life into having sex once a month for usage to said birthright, that is the entire REASON he had a daughter he didnt want, willingly putting the grimorie in the hands of someone else every month 99% of the time, so he could MAKE that person FUCK HIM because he was a sad innocent uwu boi who never knew what twue wove is and that was totally all he wanted all along!" actually, im just a big dumb idiot, this is fine, and not fucked up at all. i should just turn my brain off so i can buy 69 more stoliz plushies, pins, and shirts from shark robot dot com that i can shove up my anus and shit out - the money im given by the go fund me i set up due to the following anal prolapse it causes, will go directly to viviene "dont say yes until im finished talking" mendrano's disneyland, taxidermy peacock, and kfc in japan budget! just like that queer, totally not white passing, totally not having a history of edgy bigotedness even up into 2023, totally doesnt have a rape fetish, totally not someone who has a pattern of using people and spitting them out, DESERVES to have! :D

In hindsight, I do wish the episode was mainly about IMP and them focusing on their sins. Like how Millie and Moxxie do wrath related things, Loona does gluttony with her friends, etc. Majority of the episode was just Vivziepop gaslighting the audience and the demonizing a woman who is upset she got the short end of the stick.

That first friend/circus episode was so dumb. Not only does it make Stolas and Stoliz look worse in comparison. The two never acknowledge what happened at the mansion at all except when Blitzø attempts to steal the grimoire. Stolas and Blitzø aren’t even friends like Vivziepop wants to imply and milk in the merch. Blitzø was literally Stolas’ temporary slave, forced to hang out with him then the two went their separate ways.

Yes, Anon we should definitely turn our brain off- no we should remove them completely and ignore how messy the plot is, the lack of world building in this story, how one-note and neglected the female characters are, etc. 😔 It’s all about Stoliz

Hes Handy's cousin! They used to live together and had a little bit of a onesided rivalry when they were kids but its fine now.

WILL deny the surgery allegations. He wants everyone to think his tail is natural but he gets really overly defensive when asked about it so hes doing bad at gaslighting everyone into thinking that. Before he got the inlargement surgery his tail was around the same size as Russells

His pet tortoise is named Dash! Toothy is blissfully unaware of how violently territorial Dash is with people that arent him lol.

So the part I don't understand, why is it good for Louis (or his team) to alienate a part of his fandom? I'm not saying I will stop liking Louis' music, but with fan wars like this, I can't say I will feel safe to go to Louis' shows or possible meet & greats anymore. I don't even feel like buying or wearing his merch anymore.

I'm quite new to the fandom, I've only been to a festival show last year, and I already got called out because of my green nails, which wasn't at all based on Larry.

If he or his team is fueling wars like this, I can't say I want to attend a show again, and I definitely don't want people to know I'm a fan of him.

I'm fine! I'm the last person you should worry about. I'm used to it, and this is nothing. But thank you, though 💙 I hope you're okay too.

It isn't good for L and his team to alienate parts of fandom. Especially this part of fandom who are his biggest fandom group. However, Louis is obligated to keep a straight image and the image of being a dad. He's being helped to do so by friends, family and work collegues. That includes blaming larries, gaslighting us, trying to invalidate us and calling us names. The consequence of doing that over time is his fanbase isn't growing and he's stuggling with his streaming numbers. That's just how it is. So he's trying to reach new fan groups and try new markets to grow his fanbase (it's not working).

Fans have long felt unwelcomed and alienated from his shows. So larries starting bringing pride flags to show other larries that L's show is a safe space and if you feel unsafe, seek out a fan with a pride flag. Because that's a fellow larrie that will keep you safe. Things have gotten better at his shows, because larries are in the majority, but it's also been awhile since they've attacked larries like this and made fans feel unsafe at his shows.

L and his team have been fuelling fan wars since 2012. Stan and EC had a right go at us larries a decade or so ago, to "defend" Louis from us larries. It was a mess. Gemma and Lottie have tried namecalling and invalidating us as well.

This is how this fandom is and this is how the relationship with Louis and us larries are. We can either laugh about the tragedy of it, be proud larries, be even more vocal and call them out for their bullshit, or we can not tolerate this behaviour and not excuse it in any way and leave. That's basically our choice here. I've obviously chosen the first, but many fans over the years have chosen the latter. More and more veteran fans are chosing the latter.

You need to find out where your boundaries lie, how much hate you can deal with, how much gaslighting you can handle, and if being a fan under these circumstances and in this fandom environment is worth it for you. If you want to stay a fan, you need to find out what kind of fan you want to be. You can be a fan without supporting Louis with your money and rewarding this behaviour. You need to figure out what you can live with and what you can’t 🤎

The Wilbur situation

Truthfully, Wilbur made us uncomfortable from the beginning. In his humour and in his characters. For some reason, all our friends who were fans of the Dsmp all loved him and defended his character. So, basically, we thought, maybe we just don't get him, maybe idk we're the problem/we're crazy.

With time, we overlooked our original un-comfiness and followed his content, mainly to have something to talk about to our Wilbur fan friends. Even if we never "got" his character, who we only saw as a lying, gaslighting, terrifying asshole. Probably made us think about our mom a bit too much whoops.

Even if we engaged in his content purely to people please our friends... We feel stupid for buying the merch, for thinking maybe he had a deep character that was misunderstood. We thought it was because we just don't like characters like that (in the Catra, Amethyst vibes).

We'll never cosplay him again, never look his way again, never engage in any of his content again.

You can purely disregard all this, since this is just my own experience and in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter rn.

Full support to Shelby, who we can sadly relate to. It's complicated to come to terms with abuse. Realizing it was abuse. Accepting it was. Speaking out about it.

as someone who was in bunni's situation once, this actually broke my heart and infuriated me when I found out today. When I was with my mother that was beating me and screaming at me and stealing my disability funds, while essentially entrapping me with her via holding my ID and everything hostage, so I couldn't work. I made a gofundme to escape.

Bunni and his friends at the time had lovely colorful comments about the situation.

keep in mind the BIGGEST PURCHASE was before the gofundme was even made, as you can see by timestamps.

If people want to believe it, that's fine, but remember, it's always good to have a healthy dose of skepticism. There's nothing wrong with asking for actual proof as long as you're not rude about it.

HI LOVILNESS !! good morning evening or afternoon, i just got home and im like super tired but i miss you so much so i wanted to write back, literally was passed out majority of the drive back BUT we stopped by earls (i think… if i recall….) but it was my first time trying it !! i just had some pasta and it was okay i mean it was food and i was hungry and i literally just passed out again after LOL the night before the drive back i literally just stayed up so i could just sleep the whole drive and it worked!! my neck AND back are super sore so when i came home i took a salt bath and just laid down(i’ve been stuck to my bed ever since coming back home) and i was like i miss ness </3 i have so much to say so this one im gonna be yapping a lot AS PER USUAL LOL

OMG SO the concert was so great like i went with friends right and it was such a good experience like my ears ringing my throat dry TEARS WERE SHEDDED I MUST SAY some of the songs did hit a little too much LOL but it was so so so good like im usually not a concert person because i get overstimulated a lot but this one was so worth it (this is like my third concert though so maybe im a liar) before the concert me and my friends were just walking around the area and shopping(window shopping) and it took us like 20 minutes to actually find where the arena is because we got lost but we followed this other group that had like concert outfits on and we eventually made it! also merch is literally SOOO expensive like my minimum wage job cannot handle it, after the concert i literally just had pizza and stayed up the whole night for the road trip so i was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY TIRED LOL

AND NO 😭 UNI + SCHOOL IS SO STRESSFUL basically (this is super just over the top details u don't have to read this part if u don't want to) but this second job as a hostess i have is an on and off job i've had for years. i think i started it my sophomore year in school??? when i was like 15 so it lowkey was not legal... but ANYWAY i kept that up for like maybe a year but that job was SO stressful i felt so bad like i was at fault everytime the servers got a bad table that i had to quit (and also i hated how mundane it felt working EVERY friday and saturday bc they were like the only full days i got to really rest bc of school but work took up that time) but sometimes they ask if i can come in and i will since it's not too bad ever so often??? but then i got looped in to working like every saturday there lately 😭 bc their actual hostess like went on vacation in july and then injured her knee so i'm basically covering for her all of august AND THEN SHE FELL AND INJURED IT AGAIN before her surgery so now i'm also working there all of september......which is also when i start the horrors of stage managing so it'll be uni + theatre + work!!!!! (i will kms) (mango anon talking to u will be my only saving grace i swear) (since this job takes up my saturday nights and mon-fri + saturday mornings takes up school + uni but i also have to work at my retail job especially starting in october bc that's when we get really busy i will be working every sunday so basically i'll just be a skeleton!!!)

Tom Sandoval's T-Shirt Sex Comment Was A Worse Betrayal Than The Affair Itself

Ahead of the third and final part of Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules" Season 10 reunion on June 7, Andy Cohen, longtime host of "Watch What Happens Live" and seasoned mediator of Bravo's reality TV reunions, teased on Sirius XM's RadioAndy that Tom Sandoval made a comment during filming that would "upset every woman in America." Now, given the mountain of troubling comments that Sandoval has made in the aftermath of the scandal in which he cheated on his partner, Ariana Madix, of nine years with her then-best friend, Raquel Leviss, we were preparing for the absolute worst. Madix has been through enough. And then, came the comment. 

Cohen asked Sandoval if he had slept with anybody else since he started sleeping with Leviss. When Madix chimed in that Sandoval had still been sleeping with her, Sandoval sardonically replied, "Yeah, she kept her t-shirt on, it was really hot." The immediate silence in the room, and outright explosion from the cast in the moments following, is evidence that the comment was simply excruciating to behold. Shall we get into all of its problems?

Showing once again zero regard for the pain and damage he has caused Madix and their shared friends, Sandoval centers his experience over the hurt he has caused others. We assumed Sandoval would say anything about his former partner to justify his cheating after his PR stint on Howie Mandel's podcast, during which he publicly weaponized Madix's mental health struggles as proof of his victimization. Madix then clarified on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast that she never threatened suicide; she told him that her life in Los Angeles would end. But we digress. No matter what, it is entirely unjust for Sandoval to continue using Madix's most sensitive pain points to make his case against her, especially when he is so blatantly in the wrong. 

First, Sandoval is reinforcing the misogynistic pretense that sex should cater to men's pleasure more than anything else. It should go without saying that women are not sex objects to be valued based on how they look or act in bed, with a trusted partner, no less. That Sandoval appears not to grasp this is further evidence of his apathy toward the pain he has caused Madix. It's also hard to fathom that someone would use a once trusted partner's most vulnerable moments against them to gain ground during an argument, but Sandoval also went there. And this disclosure — to a national audience of millions — knowing that Madix has struggled with her self-esteem after a previous relationship, is just plain cruel.

Where Sandoval has taught the nation a masterclass on what not to do after you cheat on your partner with her best friend — lesson number one, don't cheat in the first place — Madix has written the handbook for fighting back against gaslighting from an ex. And her response to the comment that Sandoval made has been nothing short of genius. Madix released a line of merch that says "F**k Me In This T-Shirt," with a depiction of a woman who is presumably Madix pulling apart a melty grilled cheese, both to promote the opening of her sandwich shop, Something About Her, with fellow cast member Katey Maloney and to normalize wearing a f***ing t-shirt when you're having sex — because sex is not all about what men want. 

Shall we also mention that Madix graced the cover of Glamour the day after the reunion finale? The publication reported that Madix has made somewhere in the ballpark of $1 million following the fallout of her relationship, to which we say she deserves every dollar. To top it off, she perfectly summarized what many of us have felt but didn't have the words for: "The way that so many men act like they are entitled to your body and entitled to sex because you're in a relationship with them. I am not your Fleshlight. I spelled out what I needed, but hello. It's a two-person situation." Amen.

Tae and JK are actually very good friends with a history. They may not be lovers but the bond was there. Tae knows what makes JK tick just as much as JM or anyone else. I have a feeling this variant is gonna be the female, blonde (I’m so sorry, at the moment I forget her name) in those pictures we saw. Guessing because 1) she was wearing a Loki outfit. 2) her and tom Hiddleston were wet in that picture as if rained on 3) the scene when they enter Roxxcart occurs when it starts to rain due to the upcoming massive storm. So I’m placing all of my money on the table the Loki variant is Lady Loki. Blonde, for some reason. (Or maybe she just didn’t have a wig on in the picture of her we saw?)

So much just happened in so little time. It’s like Marvel wants to slowly spoon feed us with the first 3/4 of the episode and then in the last 1/4, they waterboard us.

Why is this female Loki variant so much more powerful?

So Loki DID know what was going on at the Renaissance fair and was intentionally stalling for her... why?

Her horned helmet is similar to the one kid(?) Loki wears in the comics. One horn broken. How did that happen? Why does she still wear it, especially if she doesn’t want to be called Loki?

So, in the wake of BeauJesters seeming passing, I’m going to take a moment to be more than a little self-indulgent and explain why I love these characters and their unique dynamic so goddamn much, as well as why I’m so disheartened by the way the show seems to be taking them. Warning: essay ahead lol. This is just a rambly rant that I’m writing because it’s cathartic to vent a little bit of frustration, and I love these characters so much. (and I love the entire cast, every goddamn one, and every other character in the show too. This is about love, not hate). 

So, for a few brief and wonderful episodes in this campaign, I actually believed that I was being told a love story about falling in love with your best friend, and figuring out your sexuality, while also unlearning all of the untrue lessons that the world taught you about love while you were growing up, and in so doing, finding value in yourself. Which, for me personally, is just super relatable. Like, that ticks every damn box I have lol, which partly explains why I love BeauJester so much, and I know a lot of B/J shippers feel the same. I’ve shipped B/J from super early on, but I never in a million years really believed it would happen, for a lot of reasons. Mostly homophobia, biphobia and heteronormativity. But I enjoyed their dynamic nonetheless, even though I thought (and was often TOLD by other shippers) that it didn’t stand a chance in hell of happening. 

So you can imagine how VALIDATING it was when Marisha, both in character and out of game, confirmed that Beau had very significant romantic feelings for Jester. All of the crumbs we’d collected over the course of the campaign were finally coming together and all of the gaslighters who told us we were delusional suddenly had to acknowledge that there was something there. And once it had been acknowledged, it was OBVIOUS. Omg it was so obvious and I loved every second of it. It was so undeniable for the next few episodes, and in hindsight, that there was something building there between them, there was potential. There was definitely a connection between these two characters. And for a few weeks, it was great. 

Then Liam - out of character - mentions that Caleb is in love with Jester. And it is immediately, fandom wide, treated with more respect than Marisha and Beau. 

I know a lot of people get very very angry when this is brought up, but it is just the ugly, unfortunate reality that a lot of people in this fandom treat Jester like a manic pixie dream girl. Even the people who do not consciously believe her to be that (and I don’t think there are many that genuinely believe it), are perfectly fine /treating her/ like one, as long as it serves one of the straight men that they love so much, usually Caleb. And this is where the heteronormativity comes in. Because even though it was an out-of-game confession with no bearing on canon, Calebs feelings immediately took precedence over Beaus in terms of the fandom narrative. 

I personally have never liked the way Liam handles romance in game. He did pretty much the exact same thing in campaign 1 as well, where his sad boy pines after the happy girl from afar until he’s uncontrollably in love with her, and then with no warning he drops it like a bomb. He just happened to drop it out of game this time. The main reason I don’t like this style of romance is because of how (unintentionally) manipulative it is. You see it in bad romcoms all the time. The guy makes a public declaration of love that pressures the girl into reciprocating or looking like the bad guy. But the main reason I don’t like /this particular/ declaration is the timing. 

Liam - who has always said he likes things to come out in game - inexplicably decides out of game reveal something as major as Caleb being in love with Jester, right after Marisha IN GAME took steps towards Beau and Jester being together. And it completely changed the narrative. Suddenly it was “top table top table”, and that's if Beaus feelings ever got mentioned at all. It was not at all helped by the fact that a lot of cast members (sam) still pushed Fjorester HARD, even with Jester telling Nott to stop, which must have sucked for Marisha/Beau. But even as recently as episode 99, Beau was still flirting with Jester, and there were definite hints at Jester maybe having unacknowledged feelings for Beau.

Then the hiatus happened. When we return, Beau is throwing herself at Yasha, and there’s not even a song for Jester on her playlist.  And then Travis reveals (also out of game, like Liam) that Fjord has feelings for Jester (in a playlist heavily curated by known fjorester, Dani Carr). And even /that/ is treated with more weight by some fans than Beaus in canon confession. And Yasha is having all of these super convenient dreams where Zuala tells her its ok to move on, and Beau and Jester are barely speaking. And now Beau is calling Yasha her GIRLFRIEND? WHAT??? Did I miss 20 secret episodes that aired during hiatus or something???? Beau and Yasha have still, in 107 episodes, only had ONE meaningful conversation and yet their relationship is being treated as deep and inevitable. Sure, you can read into their other interactions if you want. But as a queer person, I am sick to death of my love needing to be represented as subtext.

And so it has become pretty clear that the cast has decided out of game to go in a different direction. And of course they are well within their right to do that. But I just can’t help feeling incredibly disheartened, and again, more than a little bit gas-lighted. It really does seem as if Beaus' feelings for Jester have just been scrubbed from canon - as if they never even happened. All, seemingly, to make way for a typical happy-girl-sad-guy relationship with either Fjord or Caleb, and a typical pair-the-spares barely-any-depth relationship between the two out lesbians because its easy.

For the entirety of campaign 2, BeauJester has been treated as one thing - inconvenient. Inconvenient by the fans, who prefer other ships and have treated BeauJesters terribly, and now it seems, inconvenient by the cast, who have seemingly discarded it and scrubbed it from canon. 

And one thing that really upsets me is the amount of genuine viciousness and vitriol coming from (some) BeauYasha shippers. I really wish BeauYasha was something I could get on board with, I do. And a lot of people who are sending me hate seem to assume I don’t want them to end up together. But I would be fine with that. But as it stands, they’ve literally only had one real conversation in 107 episodes, and they’re calling each other girlfriend? While literally having not spoken about anything like that? While one of those characters is supposed to have canon romantic feelings for another woman? Imagine that situation with any other characters and it would be comical.

I swear, the queer ladies in this fandom have been done dirty. All of us. Imagine if, in campaign one, Grog and Keyleth, in episode 107, started calling each other boyfriend/girlfriend in the middle of a battle. (I picked those two because they probably had the fewest moments together of any VM pairing). That’s pretty much what happened here, and we’re supposed to like it - be grateful, even - because it’s wlw rep? And I swear, the number of times I’ve been called lesbophobic in the last month is absurd - all because I’m not comfortable with a canon lesbians canon feelings being swept under the rug. All because I want wlw relationships to be allowed to have the same depth and growth as the straight ones. Yes, even if that relationship is B/Y. We should not settle for less. Imagine if they had done this with any other character's canon feelings for another. People would be angry.

And I know there are going to be a lot of people saying “It’s their game, they can do what they like”. 

True. I never said otherwise. But it is also a show. It is a product. They sell merch. It is something that they have taken the time and the steps to make sure that we care about. And this is what that looks like. 

I know what happened here isn’t technically queerbaiting, but damn if it doesn’t cut the same.
