I really really thought I had another unopened bag of sugar, but it wasn't there when I went to grab it, so I ended up using honey to push it to the 1.1 SG I wanted. So I think it might just be the teeny tiniest bit over 50% fermentables coming from honey, which technically makes it a melomel not a wine, but w/e it should be tasty regardless, and assuming it goes completely dry should end up in the ~13.5-14% abv range

I went to Hebden Bridge recently for the first Sylvia Plath literary festival (it was really good, hope it's an annual thing) and omg. The vibes of this place! It was like walking through a Hallmark movie; there was a Pumpkin Festival, everyone and thing was autumn incarnate, it was beautiful.

probably on me for trying to day 1 upgrade because i do not give enough of a shit for that but trying to upgrade linux mint 21 to 22 i got an error that some config file was in a format mint 22 doesnt support yet :((( delete it and try again please :(((( and its in a root folder that i dont have permission to delete and im a little scared to sudo it because i dont actually have any idea what it is and i look up the file type and every result is "how linux mint is transitioning to this specific file type in version 22" and a github page of mint devs discussing how to start transitioning it in 21. and its like i literally have never touched wine so one of YOUR update managers clearly installed this so i dont even know how or why youre getting upset about it
