this is one of those things i havent had luck with diagnosing yet but i get this specific & intense headache that feels like a dry, fevery, stretched pain, like hangover headache, in the whole of my head and the base of my skull, and a kind of similar but different feeling at the back of my nose like when you cant sneeze or when you breathe in painfully cold wet air, so intensely it makes me squint. and it only happens if ive super overexerted myself and recently every time i go to the bathroom which makes me think its an autoinflammatory thing. so like, before, when it was plausibly just a result of overwork, i thought it was some kind of weird tension headache, but im KIND OF wondering if its mcas causing aseptic meningitis or something like that but obviously they dont write jack shit about niche autoinflammatory conditions so i dont actually know if thats even a thing that happens. but like this headache is so not like anything else that i really think its not just like a regular muscle pain thing

the thing that gets me about that (already thoroughly beaten horse) anticiv post about how people are too creatively limited to think outside of society because they used trash off the ground to give a dog an iv and this is their #sustainable vision for the future is that in your post civilization world who will be making needles and bike pumps. do you think there is an infinite well of needles and bike pumps naturally flowing from the ground that you can #sustainably siphon off of infinitely because itll never run out. you cant just say "we'll just use plastic trash" in a world where you literally plan to stop making all plastic trash, and also all other refined materials. lije it just feels like an extension of people not wondering how bananas get here when theyve never seen a banana tree in their entire life. the american lifestyle of outsourcing all manufacturing to a miraculous/nonexistent "other" is actually politically neutral and exists outside of its context and would continue to exist indefinitely regardless of all those other places that may or may not exist that may or may not contain massive amounts of infrastructure that create the materials you depend on to stay alive and what economic developments may or may not happen there

i hate that like in yhe same way that Big Phone Better so All Phones are Big Phones now drawing tablets with a built in screen are Better so Good Tablets are Screen Tablets because like obviously theres pros and cons and one is that its really weird to draw on one surface and have to look somewhere else to see what youre drawing but i do actually like being able to use a small canvas and a big screen for my shitty joints and my shitty eyes. i also hate not being able to turn off capacitive sensing and having to wear a special glove or else keep both hands completely off the workspace while you draw. it just sucks that besides wacoms $300 name brand tax tablets theyre getting relegated to the lower shittier tier instead of just a different tool especially as the price of screens has been dropping
