The Universal Truth of the Lime
In a world filled with vibrant fruits, one often overlooked gem stands out – the lime. Often relegated to a supporting role in cocktails or as a garnish, the lime holds within its tiny frame a universal truth waiting to be discovered.
Let's embark on a journey of lime enlightenment, shall we?
The Unsung Hero of Flavor:
The lime may be small, but its impact on flavor is mighty. With just a squeeze, it can transform an ordinary dish into a culinary masterpiece. From enhancing the tanginess of ceviche to brightening the flavors of guacamole, the lime adds a zing that tantalizes the taste buds.
A Burst of Citrus Sunshine:
Just like a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day, the lime brings brightness to any dish it touches. Its vibrant citrus flavor awakens the senses and uplifts the soul. Whether in a refreshing limeade on a hot summer day or a squeeze of lime over grilled fish, its presence is always a welcome addition.
The Symbol of Balance:
In a world filled with extremes, the lime embodies the essence of balance. Its tartness is tempered by a subtle sweetness, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. Much like the yin and yang, the lime teaches us the importance of finding equilibrium in our lives.
A Lesson in Versatility:
Despite its humble appearance, the lime is incredibly versatile. From cocktails to desserts, savory dishes to sauces, its uses are endless. This versatility serves as a reminder that we too possess the ability to adapt and thrive in a variety of situations.
Cultivating Resilience:
Despite facing adversity, the lime continues to thrive. Whether it's growing in the heat of tropical climates or enduring harsh weather conditions, it remains resilient. In a world filled with challenges, the lime reminds us of our own inner strength and resilience.
Embracing Imperfection:
No two limes are exactly alike, each bearing its own unique imperfections. Yet, it is these imperfections that give each lime its character and charm. In a society obsessed with perfection, the lime teaches us to embrace our flaws and celebrate our individuality.
The Power of Connection:
Just as the lime brings people together through shared meals and gatherings, it serves as a symbol of connection. Whether it's squeezing limes at a family barbecue or sharing a pitcher of margaritas with friends, the lime fosters bonds and strengthens relationships.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the lime is far more than just a humble citrus fruit – it is a teacher, a symbol, and a universal truth waiting to be discovered. So the next time you slice into a lime or squeeze its juice into your favorite dish, take a moment to reflect on the lessons it imparts and the truths it unveils. Embrace the lime, and let its wisdom guide you on your journey through life.

Tasting the Forbidden Fruit: The Divine Act of Creativity
Tumblr media
Beautiful reflection, and so necessary. Sometimes, the act of creation is a journey of discoveries, where, as we embrace creativity and our own creations, we realize there are no rules, no boundaries. I work with creativity, and it took me 37 years to understand that I am inherently creative. My creativity isn’t just a tool; it’s the essence that accompanies me every moment. It’s my work, my passion, my spirit in action.
I love being creative. It’s more than just a part of me; it’s the divine spark that makes me who I am. It’s like tasting the forbidden fruit, like biting into the apple of knowledge. Every time I create, I feel a deeper connection to something ancient and powerful, something that transcends the ordinary and touches the eternal.
Creativity is a sacred act; it’s like playing with time, shaping the invisible, and letting the universe express itself through us. It’s the moment of illumination, when the light of inspiration strikes, revealing the hidden paths of the soul. I pity, deeply pity, the adults who allowed their creative flame to die out, who chose to ignore the call of the unknown. But I’m not here to talk about them. I’m here to talk about me, to share with you that being creative transcends time and space. There’s no set time, no specific day, no perfect moment. Society has conditioned us to believe that creativity has a start and end time, that we must fit it into deadlines and values that trap the creative spirit in a box, waiting to be opened and closed at convenience.
But creativity, my friends, is like the nectar of the gods; it’s a portal to the divine, a connection to the beyond, to the spiritual, to what is sacred and mystical. Creativity is God’s breath in us, the touch of divinity, the manifestation of cosmic energy. It’s the primordial atom, the essence of creation. It’s the taste of the forbidden fruit, the bite of the apple that opens your eyes to the possibilities beyond the mundane. And it’s through this essence that we bring to life what doesn’t yet exist but already lives in potential within us. Each of us is tasked with bringing to light what’s hidden in the spirit.
It took me years to understand this. I cried, fought, and wrestled with myself until I realized that my creativity isn’t something to be controlled, but something to be lived intensely. Today, I embrace it and want to live more of it because I understand that being creative is more than having creative moments—it’s living creativity as a state of being, letting the flow of life manifest through us, and daring to taste the forbidden fruit, to reach for enlightenment in every stroke of inspiration.

Many individuals find themselves navigating through the complexities of existence, grappling with questions of purpose, meaning, and their place in the universe. For those who have experienced a profound spiritual awakening, the phrase "I am saved" takes on a transformative significance. In this blog post, we explore the concept of salvation from a spiritual perspective, delving into the personal journeys that lead individuals to utter these words with a sense of profound gratitude and inner peace.
The Quest for Salvation: The quest for salvation often begins with an internal longing for something beyond the material realm—a search for purpose and connection that transcends the mundane aspects of daily life. Individuals may embark on spiritual journeys, exploring various belief systems, practices, and traditions in a quest to fill the void within.
Encountering Higher Realities: Many spiritual seekers recount moments of divine revelation or encounters with higher realities that serve as catalysts for their spiritual awakening. These experiences can manifest in various forms, such as meditation, prayer, or moments of profound insight, where the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds momentarily lifts.
Redemption and Forgiveness: Central to the concept of salvation is the idea of redemption and forgiveness. For many, the realization that they are saved comes hand in hand with a deep understanding of their own flaws and mistakes. The process of acknowledging these shortcomings, seeking forgiveness, and extending the same compassion to oneself can be a transformative journey.
Connection with the Divine: "I am saved" often implies a profound connection with the divine—a recognition that there is a force greater than oneself that guides and sustains life. This connection can be experienced through prayer, meditation, or a deep sense of communion with the universe. The feeling of being held and supported by a higher power can bring immense comfort and peace.
Inner Transformation: Salvation is not just an external event but a profound inner transformation. As individuals navigate their spiritual paths, they often undergo a process of shedding old beliefs, ego-driven patterns, and attachments that no longer serve their higher selves. This inner purification lays the foundation for a renewed sense of purpose and alignment with a higher truth.
Living in Alignment: The saved individual often finds themselves living in greater alignment with their authentic selves and the values of compassion, love, and service. This alignment transcends personal desires and extends to a commitment to contribute positively to the well-being of others and the world at large.
The phrase "I am saved" encapsulates a journey of self-discovery, redemption, and alignment with a higher purpose. It is a declaration that goes beyond religious boundaries, encompassing the universal quest for meaning and connection. In embracing the spiritual perspective of salvation, individuals find solace, purpose, and a profound sense of inner peace that permeates every aspect of their lives.

Embracing Oneness: The Spiritual Essence of "Ek Onkar"
Tumblr media
Introduction:
In the tapestry of diverse spiritual beliefs that enrich our world, the concept of Oneness holds a special place. Among the myriad expressions of this universal truth, "Ek Onkar" stands as a profound and eloquent proclamation of the unity of all existence. Rooted in the Sikh faith, this sacred mantra encapsulates the essence of monotheism and the interconnectedness of all creation. In this exploration, we delve into the spiritual significance of "Ek Onkar" and its timeless relevance in fostering a deeper understanding of our shared humanity.
Ek Onkar: Unveiling the Oneness of God:
At the heart of Sikh philosophy lies the fundamental belief in the existence of one supreme, formless, and timeless God. "Ek Onkar" encapsulates this divine principle, serving as a reminder that there is only one ultimate reality that unites and sustains the entire cosmos. This proclamation transcends religious boundaries, inviting individuals of all faiths to contemplate the unity that underlies the diversity of our spiritual tapestry.
Sat Nam: The Truth of Existence:
The second part of the mantra, "Sat Nam," emphasizes the intrinsic truth of God's existence. In a world often clouded by illusions and distractions, recognizing and aligning with this eternal truth becomes a spiritual compass, guiding individuals on a path of authenticity and self-realization. Sat Nam invites us to embrace the truth within ourselves and others, fostering a sense of integrity and harmony in our personal and collective journeys.
Karta Purkh: The Creative Force:
As the mantra unfolds, it introduces the concept of "Karta Purkh," signifying God as the Creator of all existence. This attribute invites reflection on the divine spark within every living being, emphasizing the interconnectedness of creation. Understanding God as the ultimate source of creativity encourages us to recognize and celebrate the diversity of talents, perspectives, and experiences that enrich our shared human experience.
Nirbhau Nirvair: Fearless and Without Enmity:
"Nirbhau Nirvair" articulates the divine qualities of fearlessness and absence of enmity. In a world often plagued by fear and discord, this aspect of the mantra serves as a guiding light, inspiring individuals to cultivate courage and compassion. The recognition of God as a compassionate and fearless force encourages us to transcend our own fears and animosities, fostering a more empathetic and harmonious coexistence.
Akal Murat: Beyond Appearance:
The phrase "Akal Murat" directs our attention to the timeless and formless nature of God. Beyond the limitations of physical appearances and transient realities, this attribute invites us to perceive the divine in the intangible aspects of existence. In a society often preoccupied with superficial distinctions, embracing the concept of Akal Murat encourages a shift towards a more profound and inclusive understanding of spirituality.
Gur Parsad: Guru's Grace:
The concluding words, "Gur Parsad," highlight the significance of divine grace in our spiritual journey. This concept acknowledges the role of guidance and wisdom in navigating the complexities of life. Whether through scriptures, spiritual teachers, or personal introspection, recognizing the role of grace encourages a humble and receptive attitude, fostering continuous growth and transformation.
The Relevance of "Ek Onkar" in Today's World:
In a fast-paced and interconnected world, the teachings encapsulated in "Ek Onkar" offer profound insights that resonate across cultural, religious, and geographical boundaries. The mantra's emphasis on oneness, truth, creativity, fearlessness, and divine grace provides a timeless roadmap for navigating the challenges of contemporary existence.
Promoting Unity in Diversity:
In a world marked by diversity, the message of oneness becomes a powerful antidote to divisions and conflicts. "Ek Onkar" invites individuals to transcend superficial differences and recognize the shared humanity that unites us all. Embracing this principle promotes a culture of inclusivity, fostering understanding, tolerance, and cooperation among people of varied backgrounds and beliefs.
Navigating the Challenges of Modern Life:
The fast-paced nature of modern life often leads to stress, anxiety, and a sense of disconnection. The timeless wisdom of "Ek Onkar" encourages individuals to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper truths that underpin their existence. Whether in the boardroom or the living room, the principles of oneness, truth, and divine grace offer a compass for ethical decision-making and harmonious relationships.
Cultivating Inner Harmony:
The pursuit of material success sometimes comes at the cost of inner peace and spiritual well-being. "Ek Onkar" reminds us that true fulfillment comes from aligning our actions with divine principles. Cultivating a sense of inner harmony, grounded in the recognition of oneness, allows individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and a sense of purpose.
Inspiring Ethical Leadership:
In the realm of leadership, the principles embedded in "Ek Onkar" offer a blueprint for ethical and inclusive governance. Leaders guided by the values of truth, fearlessness, and compassion contribute to the well-being of their communities and foster environments where individuals can thrive and contribute their unique gifts.
The Role of Meditation and Contemplation:
Practicing meditation on the mantra "Ek Onkar" provides a powerful means of internalizing its spiritual teachings. Whether through silent reflection or chanting, individuals can experience a deepening of their connection to the divine and a heightened awareness of the oneness that pervades all of creation. This meditative practice serves as a source of solace, inspiration, and guidance in the midst of life's complexities.
Conclusion:
"Ek Onkar" stands as a timeless beacon, illuminating the path to spiritual awakening and harmonious living. In a world yearning for unity, authenticity, and compassion, the profound message encapsulated in this sacred mantra resonates across cultures and faiths. Unveiling the Enigma: The Gospel of the Holy 12 and Insights into Jesus' Childhood
Introduction
The story of Jesus Christ has captivated hearts and minds for centuries. While the New Testament provides invaluable accounts of his adult life and ministry, there has always been a longing for more insights into his formative years. Enter the Gospel of the Holy 12, a collection of texts that sheds light on Jesus' early life and his spiritual journey before his public ministry began.
Tumblr media
The Discovery
The Gospel of the Holy 12, also known as the "Gospel of the Perfect Life," is a set of ancient manuscripts believed to have been written by the Apostles themselves. Discovered in the late 19th century, these texts have provided a unique perspective on Jesus' upbringing and spiritual development.
Jesus' Childhood in the Gospel of the Holy 12
A Divine Birth: Similar to the canonical Gospels, the Gospel of the Holy 12 affirms the miraculous nature of Jesus' birth. It narrates the story of Mary, her divine conception, and the angelic announcements.
Childhood Miracles: This gospel recounts several miraculous events from Jesus' childhood, demonstrating his divine nature even at a young age. These miracles include healings, nature wonders, and acts of compassion.
Educational Sojourns: According to the Gospel of the Holy 12, Jesus embarked on journeys to different lands during his youth. These travels provided him with diverse cultural and spiritual insights, shaping him into the enlightened being he was destined to become.
Encounters with Spiritual Masters: The text describes encounters between Jesus and various spiritual teachers. These interactions were instrumental in deepening his understanding of universal truths and preparing him for his later ministry.
Moral and Ethical Teachings: The Gospel of the Holy 12 emphasizes Jesus' commitment to moral and ethical principles from a young age. It portrays him as a beacon of compassion, humility, and wisdom.
Significance and Controversy
The Gospel of the Holy 12 has sparked both fascination and controversy within theological circles. Some scholars argue for its authenticity, contending that it provides valuable insights into Jesus' life before his public ministry. Others approach it with caution, considering it as one of many apocryphal texts.
Regardless of its historical accuracy, the gospel serves as a reminder of the universal human quest for deeper understanding of spiritual figures and their formative years.
Conclusion
The Gospel of the Holy 12 offers a tantalizing glimpse into the early life of Jesus Christ. While it may not be included in the canonical scriptures, its existence raises intriguing questions about the childhood of one of history's most influential figures.
Whether regarded as a historical account or a symbolic narrative, the gospel invites us to contemplate the profound mysteries surrounding Jesus' formative years. Ultimately, it is through these narratives that we continue to explore and deepen our understanding of the timeless figure who continues to inspire and guide countless lives around the world.

The CP Diary: Continuing to Sow Seeds
My social media, like most other people's, tends to read like a whodunnit. I hope in time, more people will see why it is necessary to work with, speak and accept the universal truths. It's how the cosmos works, or in the human species case, doesn't work.
Ignoring 'the truths'
The majority of us choose to ignore what is the truth. In the psychology of human behaviour and how that works, denialism is at the top. It’s a person’s choice to avoid what is their reality to avoid an uncomfortable psychological truth. There are a lot of truths out there, but we must all be open to receiving them. Telling others what you think they need, or you need to hear, doesn’t address the truth of what is happening, the issues in ‘real time.’
The CP Diary is based on 'truths'
Through my blog The CP Diary, I speak my personal truths and continue to write the ‘universal truths’ on what is happening in politics, in the world, because it helps my mental health. Running the blog with everything I write about isn't as enjoyable as it was in the early years. It's one hell of a responsibility.
Truths are good for your 'mental health'
But what I write about is necessary for my own mental health. All my blogs are based on universal truths, human predicaments, world predicaments and the universe around us. It is the reason why we all should be instrumental in accepting and working towards the universal truths.
We should all be dealing with our mental health. In the meantime, I shall continue to write, to continue to sow seeds one blog at a time. It is a big responsibility and can be somewhat daunting, but it is good for my mental health.

I told you – all the religions are correct, came from the same source, but now what’s left is only the rituals and rites, and regulations, and some signals, secret signals, nothing more. Otherwise, all religions came from the same Quan Yin Method. That’s the only method that creates all religions. That’s the only method that all the Masters in the past, present, and future teach. That’s the only source of all religions of mankind. You understand now? OK. So, don’t ask me about any path, other paths – there’s no path at all. It’s only one direct connection. And if we know it, we know it. If we don’t, we don’t. Even if you sit for a thousand years and your bottom falls off, it doesn’t make any difference. You don’t connect. When there’s no electricity, you plug in there for one thousand years, the light doesn’t come out, nothing functions.
I hope you do understand. Of course, some of you do. And I wish you will understand very soon, and truly appreciate what you have got. Otherwise, it’s really, really a greatest loss in your great journey to the Kingdom of God. There’s one chance in a lifetime, in many lifetimes.

The Universal Story: A Reflection on Sant Kabir’s Wisdom
Tumblr media
In the doha, “Kabir, kya jani sab ko, jagat ki kya kahani; Sukh dukh, yeh sab paise, yeh dharti, ek hi aani,” Sant Kabir presents a profound spiritual insight. He points out the fleeting nature of worldly experiences and material pursuits, emphasizing that happiness and sorrow, wealth and the very earth beneath us, all share a common thread—they are transient and insignificant in the grand story of life.
In a world where material possessions and external achievements often define success, Sant Kabir's words invite us to look deeper. The doha teaches that everything in life—whether joy or grief, wealth or poverty—is part of the same fleeting, impermanent story. Our human experiences are momentary, just like the money we earn and the ground we stand on. They come and go, but they don’t define the essence of who we are. What matters is not clinging to these ephemeral states, but learning to rise above them.
The Illusion of External Satisfaction
We are often led to believe that the story of the world revolves around acquiring happiness through external means—whether it be money, status, or possessions. When we achieve these things, we feel joy, and when we lose them, we experience sorrow. But Sant Kabir asks us to question this narrative: Does true happiness come from external sources? Is sorrow truly tied to what we lack?
In reality, both happiness and sorrow are subjective experiences influenced by our attachments. Money, material goods, or even the earth we stand on may appear to be the source of our experiences, but in truth, they are fleeting. Sant Kabir’s doha underscores that the story of life is not about what we have or don’t have—it’s about how we perceive and respond to what life brings. If we base our happiness or suffering on these impermanent states, we will remain trapped in the cycle of attachment and loss.
Spiritual Detachment: Finding the True Story
Sant Kabir’s message speaks to the practice of detachment—a central theme in many spiritual traditions. This does not mean abandoning life’s responsibilities or joys but shifting our perspective from attachment to awareness. True peace comes not from eliminating sorrow or clinging to happiness, but from understanding that both are temporary.
The story of the world, as Sant Kabir suggests, is not something we can fully grasp through intellect or material success. It is something to be experienced through the soul's wisdom. Once we step away from the surface-level drama of wealth and emotional fluctuations, we begin to see that life’s deeper meaning resides in our ability to live in harmony with whatever comes our way.
The doha hints at the idea that we all play a small role in the cosmic dance, and our individual experiences—both joyous and painful—are not as significant as they might seem. True fulfillment comes from realizing that we are part of something greater, a collective consciousness where the individual "I" dissolves into the "we."
A Practical Toolkit for Incorporating Sant Kabir’s Wisdom:
Here are some practical ways to incorporate this spiritual teaching into daily life, helping you live in balance and peace regardless of external circumstances:
Mindful Observation Start observing your reactions to both happiness and sorrow. Next time you feel joy or sadness, pause and ask yourself, “Is this moment permanent? Does it define me?” This practice helps create distance between your emotional state and your true self.
Daily Detachment Practice Each day, practice letting go of something small that you’re attached to—whether it’s a material item, a fixed routine, or even an expectation. Detachment is about freeing yourself from reliance on external conditions for happiness.
Shift from Accumulation to Appreciation Begin valuing experiences over possessions. Instead of focusing on acquiring wealth or material items, shift your focus to appreciating the experiences, relationships, and growth that life offers. Life's true value is found in the depth of these experiences, not in their permanence.
Cultivate a Balanced Perspective Recognize that just as wealth and success are fleeting, so too are hardships. Neither one stays forever. Practice cultivating a balanced perspective by embracing both joy and pain as temporary visitors in your life.
Practice Gratitude in Loss When you face loss—whether it’s financial, emotional, or otherwise—practice gratitude for the lessons and growth it offers. This simple shift in perspective can transform how you experience sorrow and enable you to move through it with greater grace.
Align with a Greater Purpose Remind yourself regularly that you are part of something larger than your individual desires. By focusing on service to others, contribution to your community, or aligning with a higher spiritual purpose, you transcend the ego-driven need for constant joy or material success.
Meditation on Impermanence Set aside time daily for meditation focused on the impermanence of all things. This practice deepens your understanding that life’s ups and downs are part of the same flow, helping you cultivate inner peace regardless of external conditions.
The Bigger Picture: Letting Go of Control
Ultimately, Sant Kabir’s doha reminds us that we cannot control the story of the world. We cannot dictate how long happiness will last, nor can we prevent sorrow from entering our lives. The sooner we accept this truth, the more peaceful we will become.
Happiness and sorrow, wealth and loss, are all expressions of the same cosmic dance. Our task is not to escape these experiences but to learn to move with them gracefully, knowing that they are all part of life’s rhythm.
In surrendering control and understanding that all things—money, possessions, emotions—come and go, we find freedom. The Earth, as Sant Kabir suggests, is abundant, but this abundance isn’t in material form. It’s found in the peace that comes from letting go of attachment to external outcomes and resting in the knowledge that we are part of something infinitely greater.
