We have so many different names for god.

Over the years my name for him has changed.

But his presence has remained the same

My understanding of him has changed.

But the way I walk with him and talk to him remains the same.

While in English I prefer to use male pronouns for him. My understanding is that the Great Spirit is both masculine and feminine energy. It can be found in nature, love, peace, kindness, light, and even in our darkness.

All geomantic schemes involve belief in an omphalos, or “world naval,” an Axis Mundi - the sacred center of the world from which order was created out of chaos.
