Okay...Um, it's kind of weird, but it's a big, cheap, and newly renovated 1975 home in Clearfield, PA. 5bds, 7ba, 5,980 sq ft, $335k. This is a case of "You should've hired an architect." Being sold "as is" b/c they gave up, so the buyer has to finish it.

For that price you can sort of work with it. The kitchen's in, so that's a big savings.

The indoor pool is kind of dark, too small, & unappealing. They just left the tiles, the liner, and threw up their hands, I guess.

The family room has a stone fireplace and a window view of the stairs.

Look, it soars way up thru the mezzanine right to the roof.

They used knotty pine, which I happen to like.

I don't know, is this a bedroom?

Look at this bathroom. An enclosed tub with a glass door.

Nice counter and undermount sink.

Nice big sauna.

The next level is lighter. The downstairs is kind of dark.

Different vibe.

Stairs to a rooftop deck.

Now, we're getting into the unfinished part. I don't know if this is a bedroom or what. From outside you can see that the deck has no railing, though.

This looks like it's going to be a bath, but that pipe seems to be in the way.

Something else that needs finishing. The house has 7 baths, but at least some of them are done.

Like this one is finished.

It's a big house. All new windows and a covered patio in the back. 10,454 sq ft lot. It's mostly done. I mean, you can live in it while you're finishing it.

The artblock turned out to be stronger, but I'm still determined to tell the story about this au universe, and thanks to everyone who is waiting or a little interested in this

There are a couple of drawings that I haven't quite finished, but it's better than nothing. I wanted to overcome this little crisis by drawing (a couple of examples will be below), but this only complicated everything, so I decided just not to draw for a long time. I don't know if this would be good advice for those who have the same difficulties, but I personally say: don't put pressure on yourself and just take a break from art. Maybe it will help, maybe not, everything is individual for each person ᕕ(" ᐛ )ᕗ

Okay I’m. Usually. Usually I don’t enjoy human aus and usually I hate drawing transformers as humans because it feels so wrong to my brain.

But then I stumbled upon Dream of something more by Gemma_Inkyboots and aaauuuhh fuck. Here’s the pile of the most vague and unspecific and undetailed fanart. Because I’m being torn between “I can’t drawing human designs” and “If don’t draw something for this fic I die”.

I could wax on for many, many posts about The Case for Crystal Palace and the amazing chemistry we see between Edwin (George) and Charles (Jayden). But for now, allow me to wax on about this scene.

They are having an emergency meeting in their non-soundproof closet (Guys. Crystal can hear every word.). We know how much Edwin cherishes the agency, cherishes Charles. We just saw an entire montage showing how well they work together, a synchronization formed over decades of working side by side. They're a well oiled machine. Partners. Best mates. And, *insert record break scratch*, change is afoot. There's a live human girl in their office. Edwin's sharp eyes have clocked the way Charles looks at her, and his fists clench at the suggestion that a *human girl* could join their Dead Boys Detective Agency. It threatens EVERYTHING they have painstakingly built over the last thirty years.

There's not even a client! And certainly, they wouldn't allow a kidnapped human child to be their client. That is, to put it simply, not how they work, despite how insistent Crystal is acting as she flings open the closet door and barrages him with opinions that most assuredly do not matter. But then, Charles gives him *that look*. The one where earnestness sparkles in his chestnut colored eyes.

And he says, "Oh, come on, Edwin! Wouldn't it be good to get out of town for a bit?"

And he adds, voice dropping an octave, "...what with Death being in our office so recently."

And the proverbial nail in the coffin, "...and besides. You're really going to let a little American girl die?"

Ah, checkmate.

Edwin sighs, eyes closed in defeat. Charles grins like the Cheshire Cat that he is.

Because, how can he say no to that?

If you like this house and you're handy enough to finish it yourself, I guess it's a good buy. It's a 1980 build that's almost redone, but they've decided to sell it. Located in Bethany, OK, the 5bd, 4ba, 5,000 sq ft home is for sale at $720k.

Somebody likes to climb ropes.

Notice the ramp. I like that feature.

This rope is getting on my nerves. I like the real tree there.

Look at the waterfall.

Is this the dining room? I think it's finished. Has the fireplace in, coffered ceiling, and I love the mismatched lights. There's a lot of storage along that long wall, too.

Must be a dining/family room combo, in an open concept layout.

Not a fan of the kitchen they put in. Why is there a carpet with a drain in the middle where the table goes?
