Okay okay but undetale mood: I had this thought a bit ago but like something clicked on why Flowey doesn't feel emotions it's so obvious and I'm sure others have said it but you all know monsters souls are made up of love, hope, and compassion so of course when all that's taken away your gonna feel soulless.

Like it's so obvious but I don't know why until recently it clicked why he's like he is. Because he's so weird, he claims to not feel anything but he obviously still deeply cares for Chara, he's afraid of death, and he likes Papyrus enough, this isn't someone who truly can't feel anything. He always had feelings it's just he doesn't really have positive ones I mean the absence of love, hope, and compassion will lead to apathy and despair. Mix that with time travel powers and of course, he was going to try to get a kick out of anything. Apathy isn't a fun feeling to shake off but Papyrus must have done something right for him to be so entertaining. And the absence of those emotions doesn't mean he can't form strong connections or have desire. Like it's a weird thing to hear that he did take care of Toriel if he didn't feel anything towards her. Yeah it's hard to care about people when you can't love but you could still care, you could still form a strong emotional tie to someone, a strong social tie even, and he did love his mother before.

Give me Nightmare and Error, who after years of working together, finally end their deals with a handshake.

Give me Underfell where the skelebros curl up around eachother to watch the other’s back, even in sleep.

Give me Outertales where handholding is common to make sure no one floats off into space.

Give me Gasters who use their many hands to give head pats to their sons/coworkers (Sans, Papyrus, and Alphys) as well as doing science work stuff.

Give me Nightmare who curls his tendrils on top of his subordinate’s heads like a strange pat on the back.

Give me Horror who will simply pick his teammates up and hold them like the wet cats they are.

Give me Cross who’s so unused to any physical affection he freezes up, and Killer using this to his advantage by grabbing his hand to distract him from the cow nearby or to get him to stop training for a bit.

Give me Nightmare laying a tendril over Dream’s shoulder to remind himself that his twin is there, and they aren’t fighting anymore.

Give me Dusts that will curl up on top of people like a cat.

Give me Inks who give surprise hugs to his friends.

Give me Errors who wrap his strings around people to give them hugs.

Give me Horror Papyrus becoming the center of hug piles in Nightmare’s gang because the boys miss their brothers a lot, and he’s the closest they’ll get with the gang’s reputation.

Give me Killer, just met Nightmare, and the baby goop clings to him while they explore the multiverse.

Give me Ink and Error pulling eachother along by the scarfs.

Give me Dancetale where duo dances end with a hug (or high five if too sweaty for a hug)

Give me Fell Papyrus holding Fell Sans’s hand out and about, using the excuse of making sure Sans doesn’t wander off when asked.

Give me post-truce spontaneous skeleton cuddle piles.

Give me Killer randomly tackling his teammates.

Give me Papyrus calling Sans a cat while he curls up on his shoulder.

Give me Passive Nightmare’s ghost curling up around Dream’s shoulders like a purple boa, hugging him around the neck when things get rough.

Give me the gang curling up on Nightmare’s tendrils when he’s not paying attention.

Give me Dream learning about the different meanings behind touch after he breaks out of stone.

Give me Gaster’s who are almost too scared to embrace Sans and Papyrus incase getting out of the void was a dream, and Papyrus accidentally sending him to the floor with his enthusiastic hug.

Give me Undyines randomly carrying their Alphys around.

Give me Frisks who press their forehead onto people (Sans’s back, Papyrus’s thigh, Toriel and Asgore’s arm, Alphy’s side, Undyne hip) and lean on them.

Give me Frisks who randomly lean on people, almost falling over because Chara is a ghost and incapable of being my leaned on.

Give me Dust laying his head on Killer’s lap when Killer gets twitchy, because what’s he gonna do, move Dust?

Give me Error who’s glitching feels kinda like a massage, holding his hands to Nightmare’s back, Horror’s skull, or Geno’s wherever when they get pain.

Give me Ink who uses hand holding like a recalibration test after he goes blank.

so today I had the wonderful opportunity of info dumping the entirety of the undertale multiverse to my friends with no knowledge of the base game (and they actually listening and were interested???!!) ...and this made me realize how truly insane of a fandom UTMV has.

Like... everything we base our discussions on...all the work we pour our hearts into...is fanfiction. Fanfiction (bad sanses and star sanses, the whole X-event) based off of fanfiction (AUs) based off of a random indie game made by Toby Fox and Temmie Chang (Undertale).

Nothing is canon, which makes everything canon...and all work of these characters interacting are purely speculation. There are hundreds, if not thousands of random people online contributing to this massive collection of media, building on existing concepts and branching off each other like a huge mutated tree.

It's almost like tiers to an iceberg in the Undertale fandom. On the surface there is Undertale, the base game made by Toby Fox and Temmie Chang, with some type of normalcy where there is a strict (albeit debated) canon. Go deeper, and there are AUs, fanworks making parallel universes. They hold their own 'canons' and are usually created by 1 or more people. Then you go off the deep end and fall into the Undertale Multiverse (UTMV), where the characters (usually Sanses) break out of there AUs and interact with each other, even breaking away from the base game entirely to fit around the concept of a 'multiverse' where there are creations and we are creators. Canonicity is completely abandoned, everything is in the hands of anyone willing to make art through song, animation, writing, etc. And it runs DEEP.

Okay... listen to me. Very carefully.

5 is clearly an important number that relates to Ink Sans. His original AU, _____tale, has EXACTLY five letter spaces. Ink is also associated with prisms, which have 5 points.

Comyet posted and immediately deleted two posts—the first stating this:

The second one answers an ask, that states this:

Again, a tagless post with no context that was deleted almost immediately after it was posted. She simply replied with a triangle—and, what I can only assume is meant to represent a prism.

The Prism Collection was officially announced on March 15th of 2021, exactly 1 month away from Ink's birthday, April 15th.

The original collection announcement post also stated that April 15th, 2021, would be Ink's 5th anniversary.

As of right now, it is December of 2024. next year will be 2025... 25... 5.

I don't know what Myebi is doing, but there are TOO many coincidences to string together, and it leads back to Ink and the Prism Collection. I think Mye is planning something, because these cryptic posts were most definitely intentional.

Perhaps confirming his original AU was meant to be called Prismtale? Or that Ink's true name is Prism? Or a secret 2nd drop of the Prism Collection?

...or she's pranking us and pulling our legs, lol 😭 I have no idea, but I wanted to just make a post pointing out what I've noticed and what this could mean.
