ЩО НЕ ЗʼЇМ, ТО ПОНАДКУШУЮ by руся is song of the day!!
«кажуть люди, що буває й не таке
кажуть люди: «час минає, все пройде»
чому ж ти при зустрiчi?
очi відведеш
нiби ти про все це знав
а менi здається, що колись тобi
хтось такi ж слова казав»

The Oleksandr Koshytsia Choir, 1922. It was them who introduced “Shchedryk” to America.
Its haunting melody was later adapted into the popular “Carol of the Bells” in English, making it a Christmas classic worldwide.

The Ukrainian Life Saving Center published footage of the evacuation of people after the russian chemical attack on Ukrainian territory.
just look at the condition of these victims. I can't imagine what they feel, and what a terrible pain it is.

unfortunately, the world leaders, who once guaranteed Ukraine complete protection, are trying to turn a blind eye to the fact that the russians are once again violating all international human and environmental laws.
I don't get tired of reminding and asking each of you not to stop supporting Ukrainians, spreading information about the russian war in Ukraine and not tolerating everything russian to show criminal russia and world leaders that you do not tolerate russian terrorism, its culture and products!

War is fleeting but music is eternal.

“I tried to explain that I was a musician but it didn’t work. You say you are a musician and it irritates them so much they beat you more, and accuse you of lying,” said Merkotan

While international organizations inspect and have access to our prisons where Russian prisoners are held, they turn a blind eye and do not fight for proper conditions for Ukrainian prisoners.

Another thing that outrages me is the way "Putin's prison" is used. It was not Putin who tortured him and others, but russians. This is not Putin's war, but Russia's. These are not the decisions and crimes of one person. After 10 years of war, the Russians are still being singled out and absolved of responsibility. That's impossible levels of stupidity and cowardice.

Darwin Tremor:
"Music is out of politics."
"russian musicians are not responsible for what their army does."
"russian game designers just make games, they are far from war!"
Dear residents of Europe and the USA, who constantly "whitewash" ruZZia and russians. Please be honest with yourself. The next time you want to stand up for the poor russians in front of the evil Ukrainians, don't invent another explanation.
Just say: "Dear Ukrainians! Can't you just die quietly? Your complaints about russia interfere with our desire to consume russian. Our comfort and entertainment are more important than your lives."
At least it will be honest and will look less moronic than your attempts to play peace doves. And also than your poor attempts to be "above hate". You don't know anything about hate, unless a rocket fell on your neighborhood, killing people you used to know.
Mediocres".

The Third Assault Brigade got some music artists to create an album. The artists gave the brigade all rights to the songs. That means all profits from purchases and listens goes to the Third Assault Brigade to support them at the front.
The album is called ЕПОХА and has 8 songs. I believe it should be on all platforms, but here is the Youtube Playlist linked above for convenience.
I highly recommend it. Also, it's been helping me with my recently returned insomnia due to a certain orange stain.
Here's a free way to help Ukraine and get interested in Ukrainian culture through music.

soon it will be autumn,
and we all will run to...
Tumblr media
[Image ID: Robert Pattinson, a well-known actor, plays guitar in a dimly lit room, unaware that he might one day be featured in a Ukrainian meme about the most influential song of the century. At the bottom of the picture is an excerpt of the song's lyrics in Ukrainian: "Soon it will be autumn, and we all will run to [cities that have long been russified]" /End ID]
The song is "Вона" (She) by Плач Єремії
youtube
[Video ID: Just a song with an album cover as a video placeholder. On the cover is a photo of the band frontman staring intently into the camera, making you feel uncomfortable if you listen to his songs for meme reasons. /End ID]
