What a lovely day today has been
Today, Ukraine became the first. The first country in the world against which an intercontinental ballistic missile was used.
let's goooo незламний народе first in everything amirite -----------------------------------
no one cares
I don't care what you say. This is the harsh truth. No one gives a fuck if our nation lives or dies.
To use intercontinental missile to strike Dnipro. That's gotta be the most ridiculously expensive temper tantrum ever.

1000 days of full-scale invasion. At 1,000 days, the russo-Ukrainian war is not just a regional conflict; It's a frontline defense of democracy, sovereignty, and international law. russia's unchecked aggression risks a world where borders shift by force, endangering global security. For the US, Europe, and beyond, supporting Ukraine is about upholding these values and securing a future where peace and rule of law prevail.

Today marks 1,000 days since Russia attacked Ukraine in February 2022. The security situation in Europe is at a historically critical level. The outcome of this war will determine what the security environment will be in Europe and Finland. Finland is committed to support Ukraine in its fight against Russia's unlawful attack.
This is not just about Ukraine, but about the right of all free nations to exist. We Finns have learned how important this right is from our own history. Our message to our allies and parterns is that we must never surrender. Ukraine is fighting for Western values.
Finland has thus far delivered 25 military aid packages to Ukraine. To date, their monetary value is more than 2 billion euros. Finland's support for Ukraine will also remain strong in the future. Supporting Ukraine is the most important investment we can make for European and Finland's security.
Antti Häkkänen, Finland's Minister of Defence

"how do you feel" intercontinental ballistic missile was used by russians on my hometown today. At the first time. You know, like on fucking military training ground but it's called Dnipro city with population approximately 900 000 people who were asleep because this shit happened at 5:30 am. It's kinda not normal at all to test your weapons on civilians of another country.

Not gonna lie, my morale is at the lowest point it's been since the beginning of the invasion. Russians are successfully occupying more and more territories and shell frontline regions every day. People are dying, our culture and herritage is destroyed. International aid dwindled significantly because of american bullshit. Mobilization law has been signed and there is a chance that my family members get conscripted soon. Don't even get me started on internal political problems. A bunch of articles in foreign media talking about our defeat and "peace talks" (what a joke).
It feels like there were no at least moderately good news in a while. On top of that, the feeling that we are screaming into the void is stronger than ever. I'm happy when I see a foreigner online supporting us and spreading the word, because it gets rarer. Ukrainians feel like none of what's happening gets outside our info bubble. Most likely no one but Ukrainians will see this post either. Honestly don't know what to make of all of this.

ukraine may be fighting the biggest modern empire in the world that wants to take its colony back to oppress and subjugate its people and culture as it has been for CENTURIES but that still not anti-imperialistic enough for some people

I still can't comprehend this number like... One thousand days since war is affecting lives of every single Ukrainian, one thousand days of attacks on our cities, towns and villages, one thousand days of seeking for a fractures of good news amongst literal darkness and despondency.
It's really fucked up to understand also that war hasn't begun on February 2022, but earlier, much earlier. I was a kid back then, barely like...eleven? So I didn't understand lots of things. It's so fucked up and cruel that lots of people still don't understand what's happening and we need to prove that there's ongoing genocide almost for 10 years in a row.
I know lots of you here aren't listening because you're here for content and memes but I can't be funny content creator all the time. I'm writing this during air raid alarm because of russian shahed drones attack on my region. Not on my city for now but it can change pretty quickly. And... Am I not deserving to just live my life and create my content? Or my fellow Ukrainian artists who are going through the same thing? This thousand of days could be used for creating something magnificent, improving something, trying something new, building plans for future but they're stolen from us just because we are exist and we are sovereign country with our own language, culture and people. For most of people they're destroyed forever. For most of people there won't be new day tomorrow.
The war is still on, remember this please. Russians are still attacking us with all they could get — ballistic missiles, aerial bombs, drones. Educate yourself: ask Ukrainians directly about all the events, spread awareness. Sharing information is also important. Please, support Ukrainians. I know you're tired of me repeating this but I'm also tired of sleepless nights with frequent explosions and I can't just say to them "you're not my concern". It's reality that surrounds me and yeah... It's not a pleasant one reality, in which one I must to stay because I still have things I like and want to see.
1000 days of russian full scale invasion of Ukraine and 3926 days of war russia has started against us. Forever thankful for our defenders, the only reason I'm alive today.

Good fucking morning from Ukraine after the massive shelling by russia with almost everything they've got. I personally heard pretty loud explosions over my head. Thanks to our air defence I am alive.
But still there are lots of injured people across all the country as well as some dead.
"Gentle" reminder that russia is a terrorist state
Upd: the numbers of injured and killed are growing

A rally held in Washington DC next to the White House to commemorate the 1000th day since russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Many thanks to Ukraine Rally DC for organizing the rally along side Razom for Ukraine and United Help Ukraine.

That's not just entertaining fish, it creates hazardous environment in river, air, grounds due to missile components that are reacting with water one way or another. They're spending money to destroy as much as they can, no matter what is it — buildings, human lives or nature itself. Never underestimate the actual harm of missiles and whatever garbage russians are throwing at us.
Upd. Yeah, this also counts as ecocide. We're talking about genocide but war affecting ecology too and russians straight up destroying our ecosystem. No matter if it's accidentally or not.
russia wastes millions of dollars on missiles that splash down and sink in the Dnipro river
to the bottom go money for russian hospitals, schools and pensions, down to entertain the fish
what a bunch of losers

Will never forget how long the 2-metre walk from my bed to the window in the morning of 24.02.2022 felt as I was desperately trying to persuade myself that the booming, earth-shaking sound was just an unusually vicious thunder, and simultaneously thinking 'what if I pull the curtains open and there is no rain?' I pulled the curtains open, and there was no rain. No thunder clouds. Just the faces of neighbours also woken up by the missile explosions looking out of the window. That's when I understood that the war began.
Here's a reminder that Ukraine still needs donations badly to fight off the invasion.
United 24 and Come Back Alive are both verified charities that support the Ukrainian military. They offer various options, for example, collecting money for medical equipment, humanitarian demining and rebuilding Ukraine if someone doesn't feel comfortable donating towards weapons.
