Rin Itoshi was a mystery wrapped in indifference.

On the field, he was cold, calculating, and intense, the kind of player whose sheer presence could send shivers down anyone's spine.

Off the field, his personality was much the same—stoic, distant, and utterly uninterested in small talk or social nuances.

His silence wasn’t an invitation for company; it was a shield. Rin didn’t care for relationships or connections. For him, it was just noise that distracted him from his goals.

Then you came into the picture.

At first, Rin didn’t know how to categorize you. Your quirky sense of humor felt out of place in his otherwise rigid world.

You would say the most ridiculous things with a straight face, unbothered by whether anyone found it funny. Rin thought it was strange—annoying, even.

“What does that even mean?” he’d mutter after you dropped yet another baffling slang term.

“You’ll get it someday, Rin,” you’d reply with a laugh, your tone teasing.

The tension in the stadium was palpable. It was Rin’s chance to break the stalemate and seal victory for Blue Lock.

With precision and focus, he lined up the shot, but the ball veered just slightly, slamming into the goalpost with a loud clang.

Frustration twisted in his chest as the missed opportunity echoed across the field.

“My bad, sigma,” he muttered, barely loud enough for anyone to hear.

But someone did hear.

Isagi’s head whipped around, disbelief written all over his face. “What… did you just say?”

“Sigma?” Bachira echoed, already on the verge of laughter.

Karasu didn’t hold back, bursting into a fit of chuckles. “No way. Did Rin just say sigma?”

Otoya smirked from the sidelines, adding, “We got Rin saying sigma before GTA 6 came out. Someone write that down.”

“Shut up,” Rin snapped, his ears burning as the teasing continued. His usual sharpness was nowhere to be found, replaced instead by a rare sense of embarrassment.

From then on, “sigma” became a running joke among the team. Rin tried to brush it off, but the damage was done.

The fact that he’d unconsciously adopted one of your favorite phrases only reminded him how much of you had embedded itself into his life.

When Blue Lock was granted a three-day break after the U-20 match, Rin didn’t hesitate to make plans.

“Can’t believe Rin got a girlfriend before the rest of us,” Otoya said, smirking as he and a few of Rin’s teammates approached.

Rin glared at him, his arms still around you. “Get lost, Otoya.” “Relax, we’re leaving.” Otoya glanced at you with a mischievous grin.

“By the way, you should teach him more of your humor. He needs it. Bye, sigma!” he called out, retreating with the others amidst their laughter.

You blinked, startled by the comment, before turning to Rin. “Sigma?” you repeated, a grin tugging at your lips.

Rin stiffened, his cheeks turning pink. “It’s… not what it sounds like.”

Your grin widened. “Have you been using my jokes?”

“I said it once,” he muttered, glaring at the ground.

“You said it during a match?” you asked, barely able to hold back your laughter. When he didn’t respond, you burst out laughing, holding onto him for support as tears formed at the corners of your eyes.

“Stop laughing,” Rin said, his tone flat, though the flush on his face deepened.

“Oh, Rin,” you said between laughs, reaching up to cup his cheek. “You’re so cute sometimes.”

“Tch. It’s not cute,” he grumbled, though he leaned into your touch without realizing it.

You smiled, your voice softening. “It’s just funny to think how much you’ve changed since we met.”

He frowned slightly, considering your words. It was true—you’d changed him in ways he didn’t entirely understand.

But what surprised him the most was that he didn’t mind. If picking up your strange humor was part of keeping you in his life, then he’d happily adapt.

Though he’d never admit it aloud, a part of him even wondered what other habits he might unconsciously pick up from you.

For now, though, he was content to stay in this moment, holding you close and savoring the sound of your laughter.

• visiting her family in the philippines for the first time during her birthday, so nervous but she reassures you that they'll love you and you don't have to worry about anything. when you do meet them, it's like they've known you for as long as sophia has with how much she's told them about you. her father was the first one to greet you, and by the end of the trip he's already calling you his son in law which you tell sophia about in near tears and she just feels so happy that you're comfortable with them, especially if you don't have that support with your own family. her brothers get close with you as well, and her mother pulls her aside to say how good you are for her and that she shouldn't let go of you. sophia just replies with "i know, i won't."

• when you start hrt/t she is so excited for you. she literally marks it in her calendar to remember the date every year. if you ask her to do your shot for you, she's hesitant at first, but she'll do it. she's great at it which surprises both of you, and honestly she's just amazed at how much trust you have in her for her to do it for you. she'll do it whenever you ask, whether that's only a few times when you're alternating the position and have to do your arm, or every time if you're freaked out with needles. she'll doesn't mind and won't ever get upset with you when you ask, she'll do it in an instant, always giving you a chaste kiss when she's finished saying she loves you

• she will start stealing your clothes. you don't realize it at first, but when you notice hoodies and sweatpants gone you have a feeling. then you come home one day and she's wearing them and you get a warm feeling in your chest seeing her in your clothes. it doesn't bother you, and it's a little silly how whenever she goes on live and is wearing your clothes fans can immediately tell it's yours by how baggy it is on her and that she wouldn't wear those clothes otherwise

The tortured poets were quite clever to intentionally throw in red herrings like the 12/13/24 and Friday the 13th hints making us think the mass coming out would happen end of 2024. But us falling for these red herrings was all part of the story. I realized the 🫚 message abt the volunteer and the magic show was abt us true fans (the volunteer) falling for these red herrings while solving the secret/story of us puzzle. “Be as clever as a god translating seeds of hope” message + the volunteer who gets bitten by a snake message -> The tortured poets knew us gaylors w good pattern recognition would take the bait and think the “12 (Dec), 34 (Taylor’s age in 2024)” and birthday cakes were easter eggs for a mass coming out either on 12/13/24 or 12/31/24 and we did take the bait (we were bitten by the snake). But then on New Years nothing happened (the box was lifted and the phone was left untouched). BUT this was all by design. For some reason they needed us to fall for the red herrings and spread the dandelion seeds. I think they might be using our falling for the red herrings to throw off SB^2 and the other ppl trying to thwart them so that the mass coming out goes exactly as planned.

We did solve most of the puzzle correctly, it was just the timing that was off. They gave us some crumbs of hope abt the mass coming out or revolution but cleverly threw in red herrings.

I think the 1, 2 see what they drew 🫚 message was actually meant for this yr and that the Halloween (Oct = 10 = turn of the decade) when the final act ends is actually this yrs’ Halloween. I think the laying it on thick in June of last yr w 🏈 was a red herring bc Taylor knows we have very good pattern recognition and she needed to throw us off the trail a bit so that her enemies didn’t catch onto her plan and the exact timing. She’s keeping everyone on their toes bc again every bait and switch was a work of art and she can’t be thwarted again. And the midnights vinyl clock is for this yr as well where each quarter is the rough outline of her plan (each hr represents each month of the yr). I think this is actually what Taylor was referring to when she said she was going to try to hint at sth 3 yrs in advance; Midnights was released Oct 2022 so 3 yrs later is Oct 2025 (11th 🎃 message abt returning home from exile on Halloween). And the For now she slumbers poem abt the breadcrumbs relates to the SNL skit abt Sabrina queer signaling. They leave breadcrumbs or small easter eggs and then loaves of bread or big ones. It feels like we’re being strung along bc that’s exactly what’s happening. They’re breadcrumbing us and giving us just enough hints to be able to see the true story in the background but also some red herrings so that it discredits us and we just look insane and not too many ppl fall down the rabbit hole.

The ides of March ♠️ riddle is for March of this yr and sth big is going to happen maybe KK’s divorce announcement (🌋 “heartbreak is loss. divorce is a piece of paper.” … crumble it up and toss it. burn it, if you must). This 🌋 message was received on 11/9 and there have been a lot of 911 hints. I think the PR PR PR PUBLISH 🎁 message means Taylor will do all the work of bearding and ruining her reputation so that KK will look like a saint when she comes back into Taylor’s life again. That’s how the ♠️ riddles started out so I think they will reuse that same PR strategy (the 2019 mastersheist ruined her initial plans -> the FUCKx13 07/01/2019 ♠️ riddle). Karlie will get a divorce in March and then they will rekindle their friendship which is what will start Taylor’s fall from grace. Plus the ides of March is when Julius Caesar was assassinated in Shakespeare’s play and his last words in the play are “Then fall, Caesar” which matches w all the fall/autumn and falling from the pedestal easter eggs. I think swifties (non-gaylors) are the ones who will metaphorically assassinate Taylor once they realize she’s been lying to them this whole time. I think ivy is the key to knowing the timing bc it mentions the crescent moon and “spring break” so March. And that matches with the 2nd 🎃 message. So I think the fall/autumn stuff was kind of a red herring (they wanted us to think sth would happen fall 2024) and that it’s referring more to a metaphorical fall(ing down) that starts in the spring or early summer.
