just a friendly reminder that, just because slavery was formally "abolished" in the so-called united states* in 1865, enslavement itself is still ongoing in the form of incarceration, which disproportionately affects Black and Indigenous people

I do but the last two chapters were written in like right before I posted them lol and now the next chapter doesn’t make sense so i have to switch around some stuff/ delete some stuff

#asks #lol actually ch 5 was like #500 words and I called it a day first draft rip #then ch 6 was non existent except for like on paragraph in the next ch —which used to be ch 5 but now it’s 7 #but the now 7 kinda goes 0 to 100 rq and it just really is out of character lol #so then the ch after was supposed to be them at church #but I’m thinking I should do church first #so 7 and 8 need to get switched but that means I have to rewrite both of them #u follow?
