I drew Jude again yesterday. He loves patterns and nobody has told him that he should be banned from it. Other fun facts about Jude: he's banned from the kitchen because he tried to make baked beans in the can directly on the stove. He has also set the kitchen on fire roughly 5 times, and himself 6 times. His favorite food is pumpkin squares and he hates gummy worms. He once bought the rest of the spooky squad giant Pokémon plushies because Buggie said it wanted one. Jude is also exceptionally good at reverse engineering things as well as decorating. His overblot form is scary as shit, and his signature spell is to be able to open portals to haunted areas (based off the ending of Poor Jack in which Jack goes through a tombstone to end up in Halloween town again)

Jude is also distantly related to Jack, but in a sort of roundabout way. He also has a younger brother who is currently ruling their kingdom

This is Jude I've had him for like two years and he's based off Jack skellington. He lives in ramshackle with my friends Yuu @elysia-nsimp Comet. He is also a part of the Spooky Gang of my friends' and my universe including Heaven (based off the mayor), Sal Patchami (based off sally), Buggie (based off Oogie Boogie), Zed (based off Zero), and three soon to be made characters based off the trick or treaters. SO IT’S A TWSisTED!JAck cHARACTER???? I see elements in his design that may be references to other Nightmare characters as well. The stitching on the sleeves (Sally?) and the glasses are like the ones her father wears but also like skeleton’s eye sockets. Maybe the hair accessory/crown is also a reference to the doctor??

this is jude and he's basically a himbo

he's a demon who has never been to the human world

he's kinda dumb but he's really sweet

he will eat anything shiny but if he cant he'll keep them

some people are scared of him because of his height and his looks (hes taller then malleus)

when people get scared of him he will sulk for the rest of the day

he really likes shiny and colorful things

he loves helping people, he can grab things from high shelves or help carry heavy things

he might try and eat the earrings you give him unless you tell him not to💀

a box appeared in front of jude one day. he looked at the box curiously before picking it up. the box was white, tied neatly by a rainbow ribbon. attached to theribbon was a note with his name, and on the other side of the note was: 'do NOT eat the content' with the first two words underlined twice.

now he was curious. he untied the ribbon and opened the box. inside was several large packets with another note. it read: 'honestly i only heard you like colourful rocks so here's an assortment of earrings for you' written in the sender's usual neat handwriting.

one packet, as said in the note, contained earrings in different colours and shapes. some were in squiggly lines, some were semitransparent, but overall bright and were coated in a layer of gloss for glowing effects.

the other packet had the same thing, but they were simply just colourful polished rocks.

jude was happy with his gift (hopefully).

I know there's still a little information about Nica. But I'd like to know what your impression of him is?

haai anon! i will be going off of what i got unlocked for bond stories (at lv 20/23 rn), his event stories, and roger and what i read of judes route so far, which is around chptr 16ish.

there may be minor spoilers ↓

while i dont talk abt him too much here i feel like — mainly bc he doesnt have a lot of content out as of now — i do like nica! he kinda gave me the impression of if you took jude, alfons, and…this is from another fandom, but cater diamond from twst and mixed them all together, i think that is sort of nica as a char. hes got this sense of ambition and this wide breadth of knowledge (they show a tinie crumb of this in rogers route when kate catches a glimpse of nica wanting to become the “happiest” so to speak) that jude has; he can brush off mean words pretty flippantly, and also shares the whole “cant let others get too close” sorta sentiment with al; and hes sort of cheerful and cheeky, but also p calculating like cater from twst is.

oh, if you want another similarity to jude, nica also brings up the whole “you like a lil bit of pain don’t you?” gist to kate, so he may be a bit sadistic? but i think for all his teasing toward kate and how he tends to treat her like a plaything of sorts, especially when you go down “his route” (yk, like his bond stories) as ikevil by nature is a branched story…in other routes he actually seems to respect kate. like how he feels that kate has the right to know what others know and so he p openly shares info with her when needed. as in, he doesn’t really look down on her. and while guarded, he seems to feel it’s ok to let a bit of his guard down around kate: given how good his reflexes are, he probably could v well avoid the times kate hits him, but he doesn’t. i suspect he’s letting kate sorta do what she wants, yk. if anything, if you stripped away that superficial sort of layer he presents, i think in a way he almost sort of looks up to kate in the sense that she feels sort of unreachable to him. it’s probably a feeling similar to “envy” which is his sin based on his curse.

another impression i have is that nica might be a lore heavy route when his main story does come out. like we already know from roger’s route that it shouldn’t be possible for two people to hold the same curse at the same time. which demands the question: why do ring and nica supposedly have the same curse? are they even the same when ring’s ability brings out different emotions compared to nica? and his va, kakihara tetsuya, seems to have implied in an interview regarding nica that nica holds a lot of secrets. so he may hold some biiig answers maybe?? to the questions we currently have.

i kind of dont want to ruin the surprise but also i wanted to share this little project im working on.. more under the cut!

first of all i dont know why the colors look so dull on mobile, they look perfectly fine on my pc :,) ill fix that when im done with the entire thing LOL

this said, the pic i posted may look like a simple silvio drawn in twisted wonderland style... and that's half-right! what im actually working on is a rig of this model, my first rig ever :) ive always wanted to try my hand at rigging, and now that im on break from uni i actually found the time and motivation to try it out. i decided to go w the twst style because due to practical reasons (a huge variety of assets to directly learn from) i thought it'd be easier for me, though i'll find out the truth of this decision in a few days when i'll finish the drawing part and actually start rigging.. ahahah....💀

anyway... if my rig ends up being terrible, it'll never truly see the light of the day here on tumblr, so feel free expect things but please keep the bar in hell and dont be too disappointed if there wont be any live2d of the model posted.. (though i'll still post the entire sprite for you all to see since i spent so much time working on it anyway).

this said, for now, i dont plan on making this a series... if i do other models in the future they probably wont be ikeseries related. its a project that is extremely time consuming, and silvio is the only character i love enough to endure all this pain for ahah🧍��♀️ (though jude and victor would be an option if it wasnt for both their hair and me struggling to make jude look like himself when not drawn in the series' artstyle, sigh)

TO BE CLEAR: I am NOT claiming that this other game (Ikemen Villains) is a "rip-off" of TWST; I'm pointing out parallels between them because I think it's entertaining to see how different games interpret the same or similar fairy tales.

Please also note that although nothing I say in this post is explicit, IkeVil itself is designated as 17+ and contains dark content. If you decide you want to try the game out for yourself, BE AWARE OF THE AGE RATING AND TRIGGER WARNINGS.

ARE THESE NOT JUST J WORD IN A BLACK WIG AND CONTACTS (the last one looks like a blend of Jade's sus face + Idia's sus face) 😭 His face looks so similar… and they're both "attendant" characters that act polite but are more manipulative than they appear at first glance... (although Alfons has Floyd's hedonism rather that Jade's restraint!)

More of my first impressions of the characters of IkeVil below the cut!! Again, there's nothing explicit, I just wanted to keep this post not too bulky.

And not just him (Alfons) either, ashldbiasydefpaei there's a Trey-lookalike and a Silver pre-hair color change in the same game! Roger has a rifle and is cursed by Snow White's huntsman, so I joke that he's Rook and Trey's test tube baby... and Elbert has Vil's keen eye and desire for what is beautiful!

There are also characters that don't look like an TWST ones, but definitely have personalities that remind me of a few! For example, Liam's laid-back affability is Che'nya and Chenya Cater-esque, Jude speaks in a gruff but aristocratic manner like Leona but is a tough businessman like Azul, and Ellis seems like a mix of Malleus's obsession with happy endings + Idia's gloomy demeanor…? No clue if he actually is gloomy or not, he just gives me gloomy vibes.

Victor is Crowley-adjacent! Like they're both overseeing this group of powerful men with magic so you'd think they're serious types--but they aren't. They're silly and use their own skills to do frivolous things like doing magic tricks or making cake fancier. They also both seem to be hiding a secret...

Harrison doesn't remind me of anyone in particular, though I do see little bits of our typical "lying" characters in him. He has the chill of a Che'nya but also Floyd's flippancy and lies as easily as like... I don't know, Cater?? Not sure on this one.

abfhbyoafvadpiadgo OKAY OKAY BUT THE FUNNIEST ONE TO ME IS WILLIAM BECAUSE HE'S "THE QUEEN OF HEARTS" CHARACTER... Most of the time when you have a character with this inspiration, they're controlling and easily angered (*stares at Riddle*), but William is NOTHING like that???? In fact, he's got a strong sense of justice and often encourages others to be honest and to act freely, even if it means disregarding the rules. Every time William opens his mouth... I picture Riddle shrieking and sobbing/j
