he's a demon who has never been to the human world

he's kinda dumb but he's really sweet

he will eat anything shiny but if he cant he'll keep them

some people are scared of him because of his height and his looks (hes taller then malleus)

when people get scared of him he will sulk for the rest of the day

he really likes shiny and colorful things

he loves helping people, he can grab things from high shelves or help carry heavy things

he might try and eat the earrings you give him unless you tell him not to💀

a box appeared in front of jude one day. he looked at the box curiously before picking it up. the box was white, tied neatly by a rainbow ribbon. attached to theribbon was a note with his name, and on the other side of the note was: 'do NOT eat the content' with the first two words underlined twice.

now he was curious. he untied the ribbon and opened the box. inside was several large packets with another note. it read: 'honestly i only heard you like colourful rocks so here's an assortment of earrings for you' written in the sender's usual neat handwriting.

one packet, as said in the note, contained earrings in different colours and shapes. some were in squiggly lines, some were semitransparent, but overall bright and were coated in a layer of gloss for glowing effects.

the other packet had the same thing, but they were simply just colourful polished rocks.

jude was happy with his gift (hopefully).

My one shot "Princeling," lol. I know that it's a smut so it's not for everybody, but I think the plot (there is plot! Believe it or not, there is plot😂) is pretty good and I'm still thinking about writing a second part!

I love angst but I think that's obvious if you read my fics😂 I also like fluff! Especially when I write for Tyril and Jude, their relationship is angst x fluff x off-screen smut,lmao

I don't write too often for Selene unfortunately, she's my sweet precious baby, and somehow I abandoned her 😭 I'd also like to write more for Adeline, I've so much info about her and I just can't come up with an idea of how to work it into a chapter without it being too out of place.

Jude, of course, since I gave birth to him (lol), and Selene! To be honest, now that I think of it Selene is kind of my OC, at least in terms of the modern au 🤔 anyway, I love how different they are at first glance but when you pay attention they're actually not that different and you kind of can make out Tyril's type.

They both have a reflective/contemplative quality which often pushes them to self-destructive activities but they are responsible enough not to let it destroy them completely (I hope that makes sense?). They know how far they can push the limits (especially Jude) and they take advantage of it.

You didn't have a chance to see it yet but Jude can be manipulative as hell. Ngl I'm kinda proud of myself for not making him perfect, I love how destroyed and mean that man can be, lol. I think thats my favourite headcanon.

I don't know if there's something that repeatedly shows up regarding Jude but when it comes to Selene then it's definitely flowers. And the ocean. I think I use quite a lot of metaphors while writing about her and sometimes I think it's actually too much (but then I remember that since I'm the author I make the rules hehe)

I'm not gonna rant too much cause I don't wanna spoil but Selene will come back once I'm done with the Tyril x Jude mini series, and tslof series will return! And don't think it's the last you see Jude!

Btw I'm just counting, but isn't it cheaper to just get 13 story tickets for 1300 and using them during the 2x time instead of going for the silver bundle, or any other bundle? Since you get 200 (400) for each chapter, plus an additional 500 (1000) for 5 chapters, so you get 13x 400 = 5200 and plus 2x 1k =7200 hearts, which equals to 72 heart sends vs 52 from the silver bundle? Since you get 4 coctails (2000 hearts during 2x), + 5 story tickets = 2000+1000, +200 hearts so it should give you 5200 hearts. So overall, it seems to me just purchasing story tickets seems way cheaper always. Gold set coctail: 10*80*5=4k, story ticket 8*400+1k=4.2k +500 = 8700 hearts vs 23 tickets = 10k+4k =14k hearts. So 87 vs 140 sends. So it's way cheaper to just buy story tickets and use them during 2x (or 3x) instead of going for the value sets, as I didn't calculate the later bundles, but since even the gold set is almost 40% less sends, I think it's the best to just buy tickets directly, or ticket bundles, right? :) By the way, do you have a translation or any vidoes of jude's card? I'm super curious if it's actually worth it to spend 20eur or more to get him or not :D

hii! i'll put the stuff about the bundles and all that under the cut again, but to answer your question about the jude card .. i mean, i think this story will have diehard jude fans screaming loll im not sure like where you at on the jude fan scale, but even though the story itself isn't like super romantic, as in kate and jude are not in an established relationship here, its got the tension lmao and lets just say, i think some lines in there can definitely be taken out of context 👌✨ im not sure if there's a video out there rn or if someone had tled it (you could check out @.archiveikemen, though i think they mentioned sorta stopping tling jude centric stories at one pt and idk if that pt was before or after that jude card came out on jp. or @.judesmoonbeauty as ik shes a jude fan!) but i hope my description can sort of help you get an idea what to expect without dropping too much spoilers and all.

each story ticket expended effectively equates to 🩷100 without lucky time, but they only give you 🩷500 only after you complete all 5 scenes in the chapter. during 2x lucky time for stories, you would receive 🩷200 per scene (ticket spent), i.e. 🩷1,000 for every chapter. so assuming you start at chapter 1, 13 story tickets would be enough for you to get 🩷2,000 plus another 🩷400 for the intimacy check, totaling to 🩷2,400 = 24 times sent, as 13 tickets will only be enough to read 2 chapters in its entirety; you don't receive 🩷200 for each ticket you spend, but rather 🩷1,000 every 5 tickets spent.

and for escorts, you can get 🩷40 normally without any lucky time applied, per escort (20 AP). so 5 escorts, i.e. expending all 100 AP, or 1 cocktail, will get you 🩷200. during lucky time, we double the amount of hearts per escort to 🩷80, which will make doing 5 escorts 🩷400.

so, if you buy 23 tickets, which is 💎2,300 and enough to get you through 4 full parts with 3 tickets overflow, as 23 % 5 = 3... assuming you start at chapter 1 of a route, that would place you at:

no lucky time: (4 × 🩷500) + (2 × 🩷200) = 🩷2,400 = 24 times sent

2x lucky time: (4 × 🩷1,000) + (2 × 🩷400) = 🩷4,800 = 48 times sent

3x lucky time i realized there was also a time frame where they had 3x story lucky time, but i didn't account for that in the previous ask because.. jp didnt have any lmao: (4 × 🩷1,500) + (2 × 🩷600) = 🩷7,200 = 72 times sent

if you buy the gold set for 💎200 more at 💎2,500... first to calculate story tickets... like the 23 ticket option, you will have 8 % 5 = 3 tickets overflow with enough to read 1 chapter in its entirety. again, assuming you start at chapter 1, here are the stats,

no lucky time: 🩷500 = 5 times sent

2x lucky time: 🩷1,000 = 10 times sent

3x lucky time: 🩷1,500 = 15 times sent

and then you have 10 cocktails, so that will give you

no lucky time: 10 × 🩷200 = 🩷2,000 = 20 times sent

2x lucky time: 10 × 🩷400 = 🩷4,000 = 40 times sent

3x lucky time: 10 × 🩷600 = 🩷6,000 = 60 times sent

on top of that, you get 🩷500 = 5 times sent.

so even in the worst case where you use the set items during no lucky time, you get 5 + 20 + 5 = 30 times sent. and in the best case, you can snag 15 + 60 + 5 = 80 times sent. if you use both the tickets and the cocktails during 2x lucky time for the story and escorts respectively, you have 10 + 40 + 5 = 55 times sent. and plus, you get 3 closets, which i mean, it's good to always take closets where you can.

so, if you ask me, personally i wouldn't say it's way cheaper to just buy a bunch of story tickets, per se. i feel like if you're going to just buy story tickets, you may as well just get the 30 tickets and 🩷600 during the story lucky time for 💎3,000. you would essentially be getting a little more than an entire chapter's worth of hearts gifted for free (without lucky time), so you would be saving yourself 💎500, effectively. during 2x lucky time, you would be getting 🩷6,000 + 🩷800 + 🩷600 = 🩷7,400 = 74 times sent. again, assuming you start from chapter 1.

i hope this helps a bit figure out what you want to do!

💜 Disclaimer: I've been a long-time, heart-eyed fan of Marissa Meyer. I get weak for any writer who completes a project during NaNoWriMo, but Marissa Meyer's The Lunar Chronicles series (perhaps my most recommended book here) goes above and beyond. That being said, let's talk about Jude. Jude...sweet, sweet baby Jude. You idiot. You adorkable, nerdtastic little idiot. It's obvious where this is going from page one, bub, and you don't see it. I love you all the more for it, truly. Thank you for occasionally breaking the fourth wall and trusting you with your awkward, nerdy self. I loved every bit.

💜 Meyer flawlessly walks the line between magic and realism, making you question if Jude's D20 is controlling his fate or if it's all circumstance. The message ("Is it good luck. Is it bad?" "Perhaps.") behind this story is as complex as a 20-sided die. It's a message of controlling our own fate, of recognizing that our perception of a situation makes it a positive or negative experience. There's so much going on in this story, yet it's all seamlessly intertwined, much as multiple aspects of our lives are part of our vivid stories. Jude processing reality AND his current D&D campaign by creating a comic series (which we get to see!) was precious, but also incredibly realistic of a creative mind. Every member of Jude's found family is realistic, humanly flawed, each processing internal and exterior conflicts many of us have experienced in our teen years. Perhaps one of my favorites was Maya, the girl Jude has a long-time, unrequited crush on (why did I keep picturing Havana Rose Liu's Isabel from Bottoms? Just me???). No secondary character is wasted; they're all a part of Jude's story. Even watching an adult who seems perfectly confident and put together having an unrequited crush sends a message to Jude. It's never too late, so long as you take your shot.

🦇 I'm generally not a fan of love triangles, and it's quite obvious from the beginning that Jude and Ari are meant to be. So it's a little frustrating to watch him (not quite) date Maya. However, it's entirely realistic. Jude has to experience (not quite) dating Maya to realize he doesn't want to (really) date her. The way he processes it all is very mature but also sweet. It also makes his realization that he's been focused on the impossibility of Maya as a distraction from his true feelings all the sweeter.

hi anon! sorry i couldn’t get to your other ask, but that’s awesome! as for how much money you need to spend, it depends on how much resources like tickets, coins, and cocktails you have saved already — and how much you’re willing to expend. i’ll put more under the cut!

what i will say is if you have prepared or saved for this event for a while, you can pretty comfortably complete the event or get jude’s card as the ecb by getting the 💎6,800 package (15 story tickets, 15 cocktails, 🩷6,000), which is avail during the first 80 hours of the event.

also if you’re going to get any gem pack, i would always opt for the highest package you can get, as you pay less per gem, the more you spend. for example, if you get the 💎380 gem pack for $2.99, that would make the cost per gem $0.78. but if you get the 💎6,400 gem pack for $40.99, you will pay $0.64 per gem. other than that, it’s hard to pinpoint an exact cost, so let me give you some references # of times sent each set can give, along with the price you’d pay assuming you have 💎0 and no resources saved prior, so you can make the judgment for yourself. also note:

listed prices do not include tax and are in usd, so you may be paying a bit of a higher amount. there are also other ways to combine gem packages, which may result in lower prices than what i listed.

prices may differ if you choose to sort of purchase multiple packages at once.

- YES Jude loves to clutter themselves, their badge and little odd bits like their necklace /neck bandana are things they’ve picked up from corpses like an awful magpie. Their FAVOURITE accessory though is most definitely the sunflower sunglasses that Ruth gave them, though they’re also found of any little accessories people gift them because it’s one of those odd human no-price-transactions that amuses them so (they won’t admit they like the feeling of getting gifts)

🐰- Does your muse prefer soft, plush textures or smooth and glossy textures?

SMOOTH AND GLOSSY, satins and silks and anything that feels the opposite of sand/sandpaper. If they could have any fidget box they wanted it would be made out of the same sort of glass marbles are made of. Texture wise, the scarf that the Carsons gave them is a sensory delight.

YES YES YES. Awful magpie creature. Even the sparkle of the nameless ones removed eyeballs was enough to make them go ‘yoink mine’.

While I’m not capable of this ic I DO imagine that Jude tends to make a blanket nest similar to a birds nest or when hamsters shred up a load of paper and build a little fluffy igloo. Except they find the most random places for it such as in cupboards or in the rafters of an abandoned building because they don’t really know about beds very well.
