Is it just me or is Sun being like treated as if he doesn't know anything even more than usual?

Like sure, he's always been the one who needed things explained to him. He isn't as into all the science stuff as some other characters.

But like recently it feels as if he's being treated like he knows next to nothing at all, even not being able to pick up on jokes anymore. It's really weird.

!TSaMS Spoilers! (You should be fine if you’re caught up to the episode about KC)

I’ve seen a couple people complain that KC’s “Redemption Arc” was ooc and not needed, and that it “ruined his character” (I think it’s popping up because of his death)

But Eclipse had good in him at one point (because thats how Lunar was created in the first place)

And Eclipse’s code was derived from Killcode’s code, so why is it so hard to believe that he had that in him too? And while I do think it was Davis and EC trying to kind of ease off his character from the story because they didn’t really have another plan for him I do think they went about it in a good way

I don’t tend to like ranting or sharing my own opinions but I just kinda felt like it because I keep seeing posts (on tiktok specifically) about this subject, and I’m not saying they’re wrong because there are a few things that did seem kind of odd to add for his character and I do think maybe they should’ve reintroduced him to the plot a bit more before killing him off because it’s placement did seem kind of random to the story.

But yeah I don’t think it was ooc at all for his redemption arc and honestly the way they went about it was great for him, especially considering it’s what really started to introduce the idea of The Creator as a bigger antagonist in the show

I’ve been brainstorming about it while I’ve been packing (the move is tomorrow). Thinking of doing designs for it separate from my TSAMS general designs to really accentuate that while it’s inspired by TSAMS it’s not TSAMS specifically.

And like let’s be honest some of the designs I have for specifically tsams look like OCs (cough lunar cough)

Also I love designing characters so!

I haven’t decided if I’m gonna just completely redesign Earth or make a fill in character instead (I really like the thought of a Nova or Andromeda that’s a space themed animatronic instead of Earth bc I don’t wanna rip right off of TSAMS and she is kinda their character).

I’m debating on whether I’ll keep the au on this blog or make its own blog, and also what to name it so any ideas feel free to shoot my way!

Manifesting Puppet and Solar show!

Okay, I need to talk about this episode and everything I loved about it!

1. The thumbnail looks so dang cute! Look at this thumbnail and tell me you don't love it... YOU CAN'T!

It looks so darn cute with Earth all cuddled up and hiding in the blanket hugging Daisy while Moon and Monty are hugging her, trying to comfort her. Cute!

2. Moon being a good brother. Moon has really become a better brother since the beginning of the show.

3. Monty just being a good boyfriend to Earth. These two are so dang cute! And I love every second their on screen together.

4. Monty actually having second thoughts about killing Nexus!

Never in my years did I think Monty would have second thoughts about murdering someone. Especially some like Nexus.

But either cause Monty realizes just how badly he messed up to and doesn't want to kill Nexus and still wants to believe there's good in him. Or cause Monty is genuinely trying to move away from the killing and be a better person which I think that probably is the reason but I also think the fact Earth said only moments ago she doesn't want Nexus to die or anyone to die and Monty wants to make Earth happy so he's gonna try to find another way to stop Nexus without killing him.

And lastly 5. They BASICALLY CONFIRMED NEXUS WAS PROJECTING! I was right!

This doesn't mean I think Nexus will be redeemed, but that at least there is something still in Nexus that's telling him this is wrong.

And bonus...Moon saying "So, we're killing him, right?" 😂

The problem, though, is that they NEVER showed us what Sun was doing to heal. They made it off screen, which is just lazy. It’s literally the basic of “show, don’t tell”.

Hmm, actually yes, we were shown Sun many times just relaxing at home, drinking a little, playing with his cats, even Solar and Moon were worried because Sun was very relaxed.

But anyway, I'm not talking about whether it's a problem or not that we didn't see anything, I just said that you can have all the HCs you want but don't try to pass them off as canon or shout from the rooftops that your theory is real and should be canon. HC and theories are just that, they are not canon, they are just your ideas and it is not okay for you to try to proclaim them as canon to the point that you will get angry if someone tells you they disagree.

And like, if a silly YT show makes you so angry, maybe it's time for a break and a nice walk in the park.

Ok so— I’ve had this au idea floating around my brain for a while now, and I wanted to get more art for it done but couldn’t find the time, so, here you guys go—

(Do be warned, this whole concept is like a big criticism of the ‘Bloodmoon can be redeemed by reprogramming’ stance, if you have that stance, cool, you do you, we can have a civilized discussion about it if you want to, just don’t be surprised if you read this and hate it, because if you have that stance and read this, I assure you, you’ll hate this)

Bloodmoon II centered au, yes? After the Takeover they kinda stop being a villain because they refuse to be forced into a role and they’ve always been put as the villain, or something, look they’re stubborn and spiteful that’s the only thing I could come up with. And in this au they didn’t kill KC, so they go live with KC. Cut to 2024 and Eclipse III, Eclipse decides that he too is done with being the villain and also goes live with KC (and Bloodmoon), and these developments are good for the Celestial family, but they are still very suspicious of both eclipse themed bots, constantly wondering if they’re truly not evil anymore, questioning their choices, wondering if they should just take the chance to kill them, even KC questions them a bit. All this talk about what it would take for them to be redeemed and be accepted by everyone seemingly gets to Bloodmoon.

So one weekend, KC and the others drop by because Eclipse and Bloodmoon have an announcement or something. KC and the Celestials talk a bit while the others set whatever they’re doing up. While doing this they’re probably still making snide comments about Bloodmoon and Eclipse being so easily accepted back, which KC doesn’t like and shuts down.

And then Eclipse grabs everyone’s attention, and he explains that Bloodmoon had asked him to reprogram them.

Immediately KC is like “what the fuck do you mean by that?!” And Eclipse is like “I’m not done talking”

So he tells everyone that Bloodmoon took their criticisms rather harshly and decided to fully turn good by getting rid of the whole murder and blood thing. This leaves everyone shocked because why the hell would Bloodmoon ever do that? As they’re shocked, Eclipse walks back to the computer Bloodmoon’s plugged at and keeps explaining that the change will set in about a week in case they don’t like it, but it should all be fine since this is what everyone had asked for.

And then he looks at the screen.

And then he swears out loud.

By then, Solar, Moon, and KC were running towards him. Eclipse is kinda freaking out, the two nerd buddies are trying to look over to see what’s wrong, and KC stands worriedly next to Bloodmoon (who’s turned off) Eclipse lets out a groan of exasperation and turns to the others, and he tells them that something went wrong and there’s a chance Bloodmoon’s memory banks might be corrupted (basically they get amnesia)

This freaks them all out even more, they are questioning Eclipse’s morals over doing this, their own fault for having pushed the twins, even wondering if a truly clean slate would actually be beneficial to the twins because of all that has happened.

And amongst the chaos, Bloodmoon wakes up. So starts a week of the Celestials and KC having to look after an amnesiac Bloodmoon who doesn’t act like Bloodmoon.

But it should all be fine, this is what everyone had asked for.

Confession time? You know what sure.

This fandom terrifies me. I've only been watching for nearly a year now. (I joined just after bloodmoons return)

The only reason I found teams is because of old animations of people in the regular dca / sun/moon fandom.

People that have turned away from tsams because of the harassment. But those animations made me check out the show.

And I as grew to love it more and more. I wanted to make content I grew scared. Because I was in the regular dca fandom and do just ship sun/moon

I have at this point gotten over that and posted two fics for TSAMS, even made artworks for fics I liked. And kept posting regular dca sun/moon stuff as well.

And so far nothing bad has happend but I know that won't last and that terrifies me. I am a fandom oldy. I have been part of fandoms wich were deemed to be some of the worst.

But there i was never so scared of posting my first fic for a fandom. And that is sad ain't it.

But when I posted my first tsams stuff. At least I know what I signed up for and am fully prepared for it. I know were I stand and am hopefully expierenced enough to tell when people will just try and provoke me Into picking a side

i have no desires to do for every singel issue this fandom seems to have (for some i think it's people just finding a reason to put you in a box to hate. So why make it easy on them. If they wanna know where I stand the can read through my blog. I ain't hiding my feeling on things)

I have my block button ready if need be. But I hope not.

I've seen some wonderful things being made in this fandom. And I hope that is something that will continue. But I do wonder how many people there were like me. That are/were to scared to post their work just because of the things going on. But unlike me...didn't find the courage to do so.

Sorry this got long and rambly as I tend to do...I hope it made some sense. And my phone didn't make to many autocorrects my tired brain won't see until it's way to late XD.

Hi Noffy! (Idk who you are, names are hard as fuck, but hi anyways!)

I know a lot of people have those same anxieties. Both in and out of the active fandom. I have a few friends with alt accounts purely for TSAMS because they primarily ship Sun/Moon or other DCA/DCA that don't have anything to do with TSAMS. I know a huge part of the fandom is made up of minors (and just generally younger folks/Gen Z) that just don't understand how fandom works.

If I had a nickel for how many times I've seen people in this fandom complaining about "incest ships and jokes" (oftentimes for things that are just the general DCA Sun/Moon that have NOTHING to do with TSAMS) and the other fans had to tell them how to use the block button I would have half of my phone bill. Because it's constant.

Which is partially why I'm so goddamned insistent on challenging those ideas of what the fandom experience is "supposed to be" in this fandom. We're in a fandom where it is canonically acknowledged that there are dimensions where Sun/Moon exist, and people are still freaking out over non-TSAMS Sun/Moon art. Can anyone else see the irony? Or those who pick and choose what AUs are or are not acceptable. If SolarMoon/SolarNexus can be an acceptable ship in this fandom under the pretense that "They were never brothers" or "They realized that they didn't want to be brothers" then every other "taboo" ship should be on the same level of acceptable since we're not dealing with living, blood-related things, but rather animatronics who decide family based on word of mouth.

So the just general hypocrisy in this fandom is fucking ridiculous and is why I'm constantly pushing onto people "If you see something that you think is interesting and want to make an AU do it!" Make the AUs. This is the AU fandom (other than Undertale but I advise people from going there, that place is getting worse by the day). Make conventional and unconventional AUs. I literally have a fucking fanfiction series about TSAMS with "Unconventional" in the name. (And it's a hit btw). The more people who stop worrying about what other people would think and just have fun the more enjoyable and less hostile this fandom would be.

And I talk about this kind of thing a lot on my page because I think it's important. I think the general hypocrisy is stupid. I think that hiding in fear is stupid too, and pretending to dislike or like things you don't is dishonest. To both others and yourself.

I'm glad that you finally felt comfortable enough to upload fanworks for this fandom, and I'm sorry that it took a gathering of courage to do so. And I hope that eventually, the people who are overwhelmingly positive and sane about fan experiences can outweigh the people who are more worried about fictional morality or canon compliance. I've had to block several people in this fandom already, either for trying to police the fandom or for deliberately breaking my boundaries (squinting at the minors who came in my discord to talk about my nsfw fanworks).

I also got long and rambly (as I also tend to do) so I'll forgive you for your petulance (/light-hearted).

I'm not "of old fandom" but I don't think that anything you do in fandom for the sake of enjoying fandom can be comparable to a real-life crime. I grew up teaching myself the old fandom mentality and I never once fathomed people could harass others over fictional works for the obvious reason that it's fiction and it's not hurting anyone. And if you didn't enjoy the book why were you reading it? These are things that I understood at quite a young age since I was an avid reader of normative fiction (novels). And when people complained about a book to me that they read of their own volition I always would wonder why they kept reading if they didn't enjoy it, for the obvious answer is when you come across a book you don't like seem to be to put it away.

So when I joined Twitter at age 17 one can imagine my shock at the idea that people were getting harassment over things that they made for other people, because one wouldn't publicly harass an author of a published novel for writing something they find distasteful. I think if more people would just treat fanworks the same way they treat solid media that you can turn the pages of we would have severely fewer issues in fandom. Someone spent time making content for others to enjoy (for free) and if you don't find yourself in the group that content is for then you don't have to make it everyone else's issues. Put the metaphorical book back on the shelf and find something else to do.

Stitchy isn't as nice as he thought

Hey! I just wanted to say sorry for not posting for a hot minute, I had gotten pretty sick and as I have a weakish immune system I couldn't work on any of my bigger projects. I will be repicking up ask little eclipse! I been thinking due to how well I feel its going, I may make a blog specifically for it. For now take some FC angst! He is one of my favorite characters next to Lunar.

However on FC I feel he's been getting much to hate recently, it's like people are forgetting it isn't just an act, FC is an actual child. He needs more guidance and neither Stitchwraith or Foxy can provide that stability so he chooses the 'better' parent based on strength and strength alone. People don't pay attention to these facts of FC being emotionally neglected by Foxy, and physically neglected by Stitchwraith with the exceptions of updates and repairs. But even then the only one emotionally caring for FC is Jake, while the other one exhibits abusive behaviors regularly and snaps at FC consistently. When Foxy was parenting properly he still seemed to be a bit neglectful, he was constantly dropping FC on those around him so it is understandable when people started to tell him no.

In the end my total thoughts are: FC is in an abusive situation, he needs some sort of third party caretaker that can properly guide and care for him, he needs more proper (supervised) bonding time with Foxy, FC could benefit from therapy, he needs to be properly acknowledged as a child and even though Foxy will need help healing he needs to stop seeing FC as some sort of adult that's there to use him and abuse him. Considering the fact FC is a child that is something he cannot comprehend properly, considering the facts he still uses a bottle and pacifier and the fact Francine is smarter then him I believe he is between the ages 2-6, he cannot be held responsible fully to his actions if he cannot even understand his emotions.

This art was lightly referenced off of the scene back during 2022 October takeover when Lunar had been slapped inside el' chips. Here the other one had finally snapped hard enough due to the fact Foxy didn't want his son at all, slapping FC as hard as he could due to how badly he messed up. He didn't even care about hurting them and Jake didn't have the ability to step in yet, FC was trying to desperately explain why he did what he did but he was struggling to de-escalate the situation. Due to how sharp stitchys hands are they sliced poor FC's face open causing oil to drip and fall. FC was internally begging to be saved by the great foxy! He was scared and his face hurt so bad. He knew better that foxy would of never let this happen to him.. He wanted to snuggle next to his father and watch Bluey again. He knew he was bad but he was hoping and near praying Foxy would still come save him and take him home, he wanted to play gatorgolf, he wanted daycare, he didn't wanna be Stitchys helper anymore.

I have many thoughts about the newest SAMS lore episode

what does all of this mean. why is the creator communicating with himself across time and space. was the scan just a scan. did Sun actually get the cure. are they actually gonna cure Ruin. whaaaaaaaaaaat

BMARS Spoilers ahead!

So I was not prepared for today's lore.

First up, Stitch is... idk how to feel about that guy since idk much about them. (they're probably a bigger deal on MAFS, but I hardly watch that channel unless it's connected to the lore. although I think it kinda is??? idk that channel hasn't been my main focus).

Second, when I saw the notification from the discord server while grocery shopping, I felt my heart sank in a bit of panic, but luckily I was able to convince myself to finish the errands before watching it. So when I finally got around to my first watch, most of the time was just listening to Ruin and Stitch's conversation, not really trying to form any thoughts, more like just watching it fully before coming up with anything.

And then the phone call with Bloodmoon happened... And what Ruin said afterwards... tbh, I figured Ruin would find out quickly, so that's not a surprise to me. However, I'm very concerned and worried for them now that Ruin's catching on very quickly. (I had to step away from my laptop for about 30 minutes to allow myself to proper process what I watched before doing a bit of note taking. I felt the same exact feeling I felt earlier again after watching it for the first time, so that little break actually helped).

Over all, this is all very excited lore that's happening, and I'm really hyped to continue watching as it continues.

Note: I'll be rambling about my thoughts of today's lore out of order for the rest of this post.

Ruin warned the twins not to kill Bonnie otherwise there'll be consequences and it's NOT the shocker. I'm very positive that no one wants to see Bonnie getting hurt or killed, but unfortunately BM's probably gonna do that. But he did mentioned there's something else that BM could go after and kill if they wish to afterwards. I'm hoping it's not Solar, but knowing Ruin, he's probably talking about Solar. I honestly don't know who else Ruin could be referring to.

The twins are also tired of Ruin's bullshit (honestly mood). So far, they're doing an okay job at keeping their interaction with Solar a secret. Also... "don't know how to use a computer"??? I think Adapt (calmer, younger twin) meant that they both don't know how to use/work an advanced/fancy computer like the static TV. Like, I know their trying to continue acting the way they do, but guys, come on. Not THAT dumb! xD

As I stated earlier, Ruin has definitely caught up to the point where he knows he's being lied to. He even started working on changing his plans when it's just him and the mysterious other POV that he talked to (I'm guessing that it's us, the audience/viewers, but I could be wrong). I feel like he mostly likely will try to find a way for Bloodmoon to tell him what their plans are and what they're doing behind his back one way or another. And it won't be pretty either.

I hope Solar could help Bloodmoon as much as he can before Ruin finds out. And I hope Solar and Bloodmoon makes it out alive.

What is your opinion on alternate dimensions?

That depends if there's a question about alternate dimenions. They exist, clearly, as is the point to Multidimensional Theory but if you're asking about how I feel about alternate dimensions of myself-?

Well, I don't really care for Solar. The 'Me' that won clearly found some satisfaction in resetting the world and I'm vaguely aware of some sort of... 'Swap' of myself and Moon that isn't too far off from my own dimension - minus that Eclipse ALSO getting attached to Lunar.

The possibilities can go on endlessly, even if most (if not all) Eclipses lack any cohesion to collaborate.
