I have all expansion, stuff, game and kit packs; but the ‘Get to Work’ expansion pact is required for this to work as a retail lot. The ‘Horse Ranch’ expansion pack is needed for the buy and build objects. The ‘Eco Lifestyle’ expansion pack is required if you want to use the "Afizzionissimi Fizzing Station" to make fizzy juice. All other packs that I used are shown below.

Enable the “bb.moveobjects” cheat before placing the lot.

The nectar bottles on the wall shelves are debug decorations only – they are not sellable.

The nectar bottles on the cabinets are sellable. But, my original “finely aged” nectars reverted back to “not yet aged” when the lot was saved. They are currently not flagged as “for sale” in case you want to replace them with your own.

Only the nectar casks are set as “for sale”.

As the basement storage racks also revert to being empty when saving lots, I have saved some of my nectars in a separate room so they can be restocked. NOTE: I did not test if they will go back to the original “finely aged” price. I doubt that they will….

Finally, remember to lock the door to the employee lounge area downstairs so that customers cannot enter.

For this one I made two versions: with kind of texture edit and EA controls I normally do, and alternative - a bit darker and with 3 colour channels (roots, base and ends), which resembles original clay-texture more

Andres Bardem is the third oldest brother of a total of 6(!) children and, well... Why bother caring about what others think if you're the forgotten middle child anyway?

He's of mostly afrocolombian descent, with his great-grandfather emigrating to the new world from Spain a long time ago. With his older brothers expected to take over the boring family farm and his younger siblings (including that spoiled Gaël, pff) getting coddled, he decided to go out into the wide wide world after graduating high school, living the high life:

Partying, wasting money on whatever his heart desired (pretty clothes and the newest gizmo's, mostly), getting money again acting in advertisements, posing or painting naked in ateliers, and then travelling on. He had various artistic opportunities over the past ten years and met many interesting people, but nothing really came to fruition.

As he nears the end of his twenties, he has been thinking about slowing down and settling down. Be the muse of a handsome man, finally getting a proper career himself, moving to a quieter place without bad influence; can you give this future to him?

Howdy

I've been working on curating an easily accessible, incredibly lengthy master list of TS4 Equestrian and Horse Ranch CC and mods. Trying to keep it focused on equestrian features and styles (plus some other pack-specific stuff like nectar making mods, pack-specific recolors, etc) rather than yeehaw outfits. I feel slightly anxious posting my first build on Simblr. My building skills in TS4 aren't pro and having so many talented builders makes me feel a little bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless I hope you like it. 😊

Playing with Canva was fun as usual though.

It has been build and furnished for Jimmy McFlatt.

If you remove some things or place unfurnished it might be just an ugly, old cabin for a soft rags to riches.

My inspiration for the build, aside from Jimmy's story, came from several pictures I found in google of type of old, very rusty and dusty, messy desert cabins put together from scrap and random parts. I wanted it to be a conspiracy theorist private shelter, where that paranoid Sim would live his secretive life spying on their neighbors, making nectar, investigating alien abductions, writing his blog. Jimmy is a prepper who doesn't like any visitors, lives like a hermit in an ugly cabin with a secret basement where he does his secretive stuff.

I hope I managed to give it the vibe I intended.

Lot uses Simple Living, Off-the-Grid and Reuse&Recycle challenges and a Private Dwelling trait.

Alpha CC or Maxis Match? I use both, but in CASt I add more realistic textures for MM items if it's possible, detailed textures is really important for me. For hair I prefer now more realistic textures like @ifcasims or Plumblobs. Also I replace speculars to black in almost every item because I hate that shine.

Do you cheat your sims weight? No, I don`t care about this.

Do you move objects? I don`t build most of the time, but I use MOO for moving sims for photoshoots.

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack? I've always had an 🏴‍☠️ game with all packs 😋

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing? I don`t speak about sims in English, but I read this in my head as aLIVE.

Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made? Christhie (and her gf Ingrid ofc but I don`t have good new portrait of her):

Even if I actively use them as models for my CC, I still haven't created any special backstory for them. Only that they are girls that into nu and black metal but they are still love each other. That`s it. But they are my favorites anyway.

Which is your favorite EA hair color? Huh? I think that question is here because it was a tag game for ts4 players?... I know that in ts3 exists hair color presets, but I don`t use standard ones.

Are you a CC creator? Ofc, I love convert/create different items, it may be hard sometimes, but I really like it. But mostly I love create sims and play around in CAS.

Do you have any sims merch? No, I haven't.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing? To be honest, it changes every day. But for example before I started this acc I preferred more maxis-match-ish style with simple matte hair textures and genetics and other stuff, because it was looking good in other people's screenshots. But after I understand that this style doesn`t suit my current aesthetic and now I use more realistic style. Also earlier I used less sliders and my sims faces was less diverse and also really really skinny no matter what their body type is. But my sims proportions have always tended to be realistic, I only liked the cartoon/anime-like style sims when I was much younger (like 10-13 smth).

Who’s your favorite CC creator? This list will be huuugee, but I love creators that made high-quality CC and can fit my aesthetic. How do you edit your pictures? I use Reshade with different presets (mostly by @erasabledinosaur or @intramoon), Photoshop CC 2017 (also installed Topaz Clean today) with these actions by @intramoon: SONDER, COLDWATER, BEAUTY QUEEN, LEAVING SALVATION. Also mess around in photoshop and/or use AI upscaler to make pics in better quality (I can turn on 4k HQ, but I always forgot about that). Sometimes I try something different but this is the base.

What expansion/gamepack is your favorite? World adventures, Late night, Supernatural and Generations.
