Alpha CC or Maxis Match? I use both, but in CASt I add more realistic textures for MM items if it's possible, detailed textures is really important for me. For hair I prefer now more realistic textures like @ifcasims or Plumblobs. Also I replace speculars to black in almost every item because I hate that shine.

Do you cheat your sims weight? No, I don`t care about this.

Do you move objects? I don`t build most of the time, but I use MOO for moving sims for photoshoots.

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack? I've always had an 🏴‍☠️ game with all packs 😋

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing? I don`t speak about sims in English, but I read this in my head as aLIVE.

Even if I actively use them as models for my CC, I still haven't created any special backstory for them. Only that they are girls that into nu and black metal but they are still love each other. That`s it. But they are my favorites anyway.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing? To be honest, it changes every day. But for example before I started this acc I preferred more maxis-match-ish style with simple matte hair textures and genetics and other stuff, because it was looking good in other people's screenshots. But after I understand that this style doesn`t suit my current aesthetic and now I use more realistic style. Also earlier I used less sliders and my sims faces was less diverse and also really really skinny no matter what their body type is. But my sims proportions have always tended to be realistic, I only liked the cartoon/anime-like style sims when I was much younger (like 10-13 smth).

Who’s your favorite CC creator? This list will be huuugee, but I love creators that made high-quality CC and can fit my aesthetic. How do you edit your pictures? I use Reshade with different presets (mostly by @erasabledinosaur or @intramoon), Photoshop CC 2017 (also installed Topaz Clean today) with these actions by @intramoon: SONDER, COLDWATER, BEAUTY QUEEN, LEAVING SALVATION. Also mess around in photoshop and/or use AI upscaler to make pics in better quality (I can turn on 4k HQ, but I always forgot about that). Sometimes I try something different but this is the base.

What expansion/gamepack is your favorite? World adventures, Late night, Supernatural and Generations.

This one reminds me of my rave days. Man, I miss those rave days… I listen to a lot of ambient, trance-y electronic stuff whether I'm high/tripping or not. It tends to fuel creativity in me, and Delerium is always at the top of my list. I love the combination of dark ambient and ethereal female voices that most of their tracks have.

More belly dance music. Yes, I am really into belly dance. I've been taking lessons for….eight?…years now, and I'm good enough now to perform as well as teach beginners. In fact, I'm teaching my very first actual beginner's class this spring, and I'm very excited because 8 people (including one guy and one kid, which is awesome) have already signed up. SQUEE! :D I love everything about belly dance. It's excellent exercise and gives you amazing muscle control, which is great for inherently clumsy people like me. I love the music. I LOVE love that it makes me feel sexy and ultra-feminine and that there's no pressure for dancers to be super-skinny. (In fact, belly dance looks better if you aren't skinny, although lamentably I am skinny because of health issues.) But most of all, I love the outfits. The fabrics, the sweeping skirts, the colors, the BLING. ✨ ✨ ✨

ANYWAY! This piece is one that I have performed to. I prefer pieces that are all/mostly darbuka (That's the drum), and this guy is a master.

You wouldn't think that this combo would work as a duet, but it really, really does, despite the fact that, according to my first husband (who was a recording engineer and eventually a producer), Donna was hung-over as fuck during the (single!) recording session. Can you imagine singing like that while hung-over? I can't.

Ironically, I played the shit out of this song when my first husband left me. LOL I still play it a lot nowadays when I want to sing and dance like an idiot.

I wouldn't call myself a metalhead by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like metal quite a bit. My favorite metal genre is symphonic metal, which probably isn't surprising since I'm a classical musician. :) But yeah, give me all the Nightwish and Epica and, indeed, Within Temptation. This is arguably my favorite song of theirs.

And since I haven't put anything from my favorite band of all time on these lists…time to fix that. :) Though it definitely isn't my overall favorite song of Queen's, this is my favorite song from Queen II, which is my favorite Queen album. It's the height of their fantasy-theme phase. It's also their "heaviest" album, so I thought that something from it was a good song to follow Within Temptation. :)

Tai Tzu Ying, 戴資穎 (小戴)

If you know anything about badminton, you might have heard her name. She has been No.1 on world ranking for 175 weeks (still counting). Even though she lost the final in 2020 Tokyo Olympic days ago, she's no doubt still our pride, our goddess of badminton. Welcome back, dear 小戴!

Some of you might be wondering why I chose a lesser known celebrity in TS3 community. As I have mentioned in one of the personal tag posts long time ago, I used to play badminton in college. Naturally I've been watching all the matches since Olympic started. Thanks to these talented athletes and their breathtaking competitions, for a moment I forgot all the challenges ahead of me, and found the strength to put myself together again. (I'll share more details about those challenges in another post, maybe later. )

So I think, why not? She's a true champion, and I'm honored to have the privilege to introduce her to you.

Tai Tzu Ying, 27, Taiwanese, famous for her deception moves and endurance. She's been called by some people "the uncrowned queen" for her bad luck in important matches like Olympic and World Championships, regardless the fact that she's been well respected by other fellow athletes and no one dares to underestimate her.

During 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she defeated Ratchanok Intanon from Thailand in quarterfinal, and Pusarla Venkata Sindhu from India in semifinal. After the quarterfinal, Intanon sent her wish to Tai and said, "you must win all the way through." On the other hand, after the final match, Sindhu gave Tai a warm hug and told her "You did great. It's just not your day. I know." They are the best opponents on court, best friends off court.

I really don't think Tai needs another medal to prove that she is a great athlete, neither Intanon or Sindhu. They all show how outstanding and talented they are on court. A gold medal is good, but it's not everything. To all the diligent and hard-working athlete, thank you for letting us know how incredible human being can be and what true sportsmanship is.

Btw Tai won't be wearing anything from Nike cuz she has her own sponsor. But I can't find much cc related to sports, badminton in particular, no racket, no jersey. Please ignore the inconsistency. 😅
