The startled glaceon takes a moment to regain composure, turns to the Eevee and gives him a warm smile. “Pleased to meet you. So you are considering evolution? That’s wonderful! You must be putting a lot of thought into the choice. After all, as an Eevee, ensuring that you make the correct decision for yourself is paramount.”

Jokull’s enthusiastic expression starts to fade a bit. There is a twinge of regret on his face.

“I was always destined to be a Glaceon. For my 13th birthday, evolution was my gift - I was given an ice stone and evolved right there and there. I didn’t even consider the possibility of other evolutions until I left the nest. I sometimes wish I questioned it, but I highly doubt that it would have prevented the ice-type route anyway.”

Jokull sighs, and looks back at the Eevee with an uptight smile.

“I think it fits my background and character the most. Over the years I have learned to be content and handle the challenges.”

“But you! You are fortunate enough to have the option of deciding what path you want to walk with evolution. Think long and hard about it, you don’t want to end up in a position where you regret evolving for the rest of your life. I wish you the best of luck out there!”

Spirit then relaxes her expression, letting out an amused chuckle.

"We don't have cocoa -- its a little to tropical to grow reliably here -- but I can bring you some tea instead if you'd like. Its a little more accessible, and I know where a good hot spring is for some warm water…"

The almian delcatty pauses for just a moment, seemingly considering the situation.

SPIRIT: "Actually, you should know there's smaller entrance in back -- just in case there's an emergency. If the mon you're hiding from comes here, you should be aware so that you don't feel trapped."

"Let me show you it, actually, and introduce you to the area."

Spirit steps behind the crack that the Deoxys was hiding by, slipping her way between the two walls, and entering a small clearing outside of it.

Outside is a lush woodland, with many rocks, hills, and fallen trees littering the undergrowth, and looming old growth trees above. Golden light flitters through the trees and onto the ground below.

The delcatty lifts her head up, enjoying the cool breeze through the woods, before turning back to Deoxys inside the den.

SPIRIT: "By the way...."

Here is JayTim, I can't believe I only got one bingo for them. Ironically I genuinely don't view Jason and Tim as family, even when I'm not shipping them, I think they're tentative allies at best and you can only brother-ify them if you're doing very generously OOC fluff, a la WFA-style. They're absolutely toxic and codependent on each other's existence, Tim wouldn't exist without Jason and Jason is Undeniably Weird about Tim, but not brothers so I can't check off the familial squares. Also, I have no idea if I've been blocked by 10+ people, but it'd be funny if I am. And funnily enough, I don't think Tim or Jason are vanilla in any capacity even when they're not fucking. Especially not Tim, that boy is Certified Weird.

and ofc BruDick I nearly blacked out the whole board because they absolutely are weird and unwell. Some of these only apply to certain AUs of BruDick (like an idea I have rattling in my skull rn with Talon!Dick) but most of it applies to them all the time. I really need to write some fucked up BruDick, it's tragic I haven't yet. Right now the two fics I'm working on are a weird JayDick and a more fluffy DamiDick, but I have Plans™ for BruDick too. They are the OG and deserve their flowers for being the most toxic mess you've ever seen.

Do you have any headcanons for murder trio sexualities and or genders?

hmmm hmm ngl in my head the genders for the trio doesn't matter. like to me they're just living skeletons. a bunch of agender little shits and besides to me the gender doesn't matter much in their stories nor in the stories i imagine in my head or in any of my interpretations so unless otherwise specified (like in jk fashion au. theyre girls there solely because i love women and i want my trio to wear cute clothes that they wouldn't canonically wear. theres just a sweet charm to girls wearing cute clothes loving and laughing with other fellow girls. jk fashion au my beloved) theyre just a bunch of skeleton freaks. they COULD use any pronouns but i only use he him for all three because of sheer convinence. the trio would use any pronouns wear any sort of clothes and do whatever the fuck they want with gender and i would support them like the worlds biggest ally because i simply love them so

Hi! I love all of your stories that I’ve read so far (there’s so many but it makes happy cause I finish one and then can go to another). I was wondering, do you have any tips for character creation and story planning? I never know how to set everything up and section and organize.

I feel bad because this is a very 'how long is a piece of string' question, like, to the point that I have literally tags that have multiple posts in them like 'pia on characterisation' and 'pia on worldbuilding' and 'pia on writing' and that would be a good place to start.

I'm not someone who is good at condensing a lot of information into short bite-sized pieces. You can tell by how long my stories are.

And honestly I organise differently every time. Anon, I don't plot most of my stories. Do you think Palmarosa and A Stain that Won't Dissolve and Underline the Black have a plot somewhere? They don't. I don't have a document that's even a list of plot points. When I say sometimes that I'm making it up as I go along, I'm literally making it up as I go along.

Sometimes my setting up is sitting down and starting the first chapter and then being like 'oh shit, characterisation.'

Sometimes I'll do worldbuilding. Sometimes I'll do behind-the-scenes characterisation. But often I don't.

Nothing writes a story faster, imho, than sitting down and starting to write the story if you have some characters and an idea in your head. But not everyone likes writing that way, and organisers hate that, and I hate being an organiser, so like...

Part of this is also - what works for me, what tips cracked the code for me, might make it a lot harder for you! You need to learn the kind of writer you are by experimenting. Maybe you're a faithful plotter and organiser, maybe you fly by the seat of your pants and don't want to truthfully plan anything at all. You can try it all! There's no one right way of doing it, there's not even a single one way right way of doing it for you, there's literally 'right ways per story' - because different stories sometimes need different things (at different times.)

Idk what kind of writer you are, anon, but it sounds like I don't do some of the things you think I do! I hate plotting with a fiery, passionate vengeance, and it makes me want to write so much less, for example! Story planning is my nemesis!!

BUT, to write a story that feels planned without planning, you have to read and watch a lot of stories.

And you have to not just enjoy them, but start thinking about when they feel fast and when they feel slow, when they feel important and when they're giving you a break, when they're telling you details, and when they're telling you action, and how they're doing that.

And you know, it might benefit you to research story structure overall, and classive narrative arcs - like the Hero's Journey, for example. As a good starting point, you might want to look into a personal favourite of mine (which I don't consciously use, but still use anyway) - Dan Harmon's Story Circle, mostly because the starting image is free, and it applies to tiny mini-stories, and broader over-arching stories, and it's colourful and pretty. And also because Dan Harmon is an extremely clever and accomplished story writer, so he knows what he's doing :D

Now... she would normally bug him about snoring so loudly, but for tonight, she was allowing him to be this noisy. She wasn't planning on sleeping in - not yet, anyway. With her phone in hand and an earbud in one ear to watch some videos, her free arm wrapped around Rowan's shoulders, running her long nails into his scalp.

He deserved some attention and comfort, now that he was with her. Just tonight, she'd let herself be a little playful in bringing him some comfort while he slept.
