Hello!! Yes of course I can do that!

Research about the country! Research about traditions, holidays, history, etc. This is very important for transitioning and feeling more cisrussian!

If you can cook, cook traditional Russian dishes like; Pelmeni, Borscht, Kasha, Sirniki etc. Finding recipes on google is very easy, and it gives a lot of euphoria!

If you have a lot of free time, try starting to learns the Russian language! First learn the alphabet and how to pronounce the different letters. Then start learning the words and sentences. Language learning apps like Duolingo work very well.

Buying traditional Russian clothes like ushankas, the sarafan and the poneva, etc. Me personally it makes me feel very euphoric !!

Russians generally have a thick accent so try to adapt that into your first language. Watch videos of Russian people talking English and try your best to mimick that whilst talking.

Celebrate Russian holidays (as long as your religion allows it). Defender of the fatherland day, victory day, Labour day, unity day, day of Russia, etc.

Searching up “Russian childhood” or “Slavic childhood” nostalgia on TikTok or Pinterest can give a lot of euphoria and nostalgia.

If you’re scared of telling others that you’re Russian in case they might think you’re lying, tell them you’re partly Russian. They can’t check that !

Watch Russian movies and read Russian literature!! This can also help with learning about Russia and Russian mannerisms and can help you learn the language if you watch Russian movies with English subtitles!!

Since Russia is Slavic, learning about Slavic traditions and history is very important as well!! And it help a lot with transitioning and euphoria!
