Why do you weirdos say trans men should be disqualified for ā€œdopingā€ when trans men on testosterone play sports? Do you have no other arguments? Itā€™s sad. Also do you have any idea how hrt actually works? lol. I have the same levels as cis males.

Trans people in chess
Keeping trans women out of sports is just the new shiny way to keep women out of sports. It's not like these people respected women's sports before.
We've seen this for years, it's not like Ms. Vera Menchik was welcomed with open arms to chess. And now they aren't letting trasn people into chess. A such blatant act of discrimination, misogyny, misandry, and transphobia should be punished ASAP.
This is unacceptable.

always kind of frustrated that the conversation around gendered segregation in sports is sort of dismissed as "well men can't handle losing to women" and it's never deconstructed further like. the elephant in the room is that institutionally it serves a purpose of functionally cosigning women to lesser treatment because of deep, deep, deep misogyny. it's not just pay, though that's the most obvious surface-level marker of inequality, but the time, effort, and support. funding, access to facilities, coaches, safety on the job (if the woman's game is even a viable professional career! if leagues even exist!) that's what support means here. the reason women do not "perform as well as men" is because of fundamental structural inequality. often, the game is decades behind. think about like... what someone playing for the chelsea woman's team could accomplish if she had access to the same salary, coaching staff, and training ground. like its important to consistently bring this up because it directly challenges the idea that "women's sports" are uniformly materially beneficial and even need "protecting" in the first place (protecting, of course, being a word which is all about weakness and coddling womanhood).

The first image is of a tweet from the official NHL twitter account (@ NHL) in reply to @ BlueMountain12 reading "Trans women are women. Trans men are men. Nonbinary identity is real." It was posted 22 November 2022

@projectmoonlightproductions dude that line you wrote, ā€œforcing yourself to live to prove that you deserve your sentienceā€ in relation to gingerbrave? has stuck with me for DAYS. In the best way, but still.
Gingerbrave does love living in the real world, and having friends and jellies and sunlight and snow and being surrounded by a living, breathing warren, but I feel like she wouldnā€™t truly be able to ENJOY or otherwise be comfortable in it for a long time because living, like almost everything else important to her so far, is a duty. Itā€™s a duty because not only does he know that he was made to be eaten, but that she was one of a group.
For me, part of the horror of Gingerbraveā€™s situation is that he wasnā€™t (at least superficially) special. Her ENTIRE KIND was made to be prey. Her entire species is subjugated and rendered carnage for no reason other than the vices and cruelties imposed on them by a godly figure.
I feel like Gingerbrave would know on a certain level, in a certain part of his brain, that those cookies in that oven and on those plates were meant to be living, breathing kids. Kids like him. Kids that should be playing animal jam and going to school and eating slightly freezer-burnt chicken tenders and singing and laughing and running and living. What makes Gingerbrave different from all the cookies left behind on that oven tray?
Iā€™m imagining gingerbrave, once theyā€™re leading a ā€œnormalā€ life, throwing herself into everything. Trying to be the best and happiest and experience everything, with the underlying message in her brain playing ā€œyou need to live for them. They never got and never will get this; if you waste this chance in any way, youā€™re letting down every single one of those killed children.ā€
before he can get to the ā€œliving as a rebellionā€ mindset which is like. Infinitely more healthy in the long term, gingerbrave needs to get over the ā€œliving as a dutyā€ thing I gave her. Btw heā€™s like, 12-is at this point in my personal timeline lolz. Womp womp. But uhhhh yeah!

You realise I'm not even a radfem? Like, I'm Muslim, I inherently don't agree with one of the fundamental aspects of radical feminism.

Can we also talk about the pretzel logic of calling intersex women ā€œbiologically maleā€ or vice versa? ļæ¼
We know that the categories of male and female are, at best, generalizations. Neither external nor internal anatomy, chromosomes or hormones are definitive. All of those factors exist along a spectrum and can coexist in different combinations.
We have this desire, and have set up society in a way that promotes the desire, to sort people into strictly constructed blue or pink boxes, and maybe if weā€™re generous a third gray box for everyone who canā€™t neatly fit into the others.
But weā€™ve done that by creating increasingly meaningless criteria lists of what should be included and what must be excluded that ultimately puts more and more people into the gray box because human biology just doesnā€™t lend itself to rigid dimorphism that way.
What does that mean for the future of gendered sports competition? (Or other pointlessly gendered competition like acting awards?) Thatā€™s the critical question and I think we have to start with believing that people are who they say they are, and if we want to claim that certain biological truths about their bodies should cause them to be excluded from the category they choose to compete in, there has to be a true evidence based rationale for that exclusion. ā€œMore testosterone than women in sport should haveā€œ or ā€œcompleted a testosterone based pubertyā€ donā€™t meet an evidence based standard.

nothing like watching a show, thinking it's so cool but not really understanding why, then rewatching it years later and finding it even cooler because you understand why it's amazing now

I feel like dramatically falling to the ground & raising my arms up to curse the sky every time AAVE & queer slang makes it way to the general public.
Like y'all hate us so much, but will say "pop off, slay, tea, pookie, boo, etc" in a heartbeat. No, go back to hating us and calling us slurs because our culture isn't some plaything for y'all to destroy in 2 weeks then move onto the next term.
