I’m feeling very full of trans rage this morning so I made some designs based on future tattoo ideas I have planned

A thought that keeps me going is that the terfs and fascists can't win. They will NEVER succeed in wiping us out.

Trans people are written into the fabric of humanity. We are a fundamental part of human nature.

We've always been here. Though they try to erase us, there is evidence of us all the way back to the beginning of recorded history.

And every day, there will be new trans people born. And long after their little nationalisms and fascisms have turned on themselves and crumbled to dust, there will be trans people.

And knowing that, it makes it easier to say, I will never go back into the closet. To quote J Jennifer Espinoza, you can pry my gender from my cold dead hands.

I think personally we should draw them as adults getting to fully indulge in their teen fashion aspirations. (see second image) Callies outfit was inspired by paint splotches and embroidery as if she made her outfit herself :) A true artist!

Third is my updated readings. I say "readings" because i believe theres textual evidence for these and its how i interpreted them from my read throughs. (Only jake has the autism symbol because hes the most explicitly disabled coded in text but all of them to me are neurodivergent)

The gender labels are used loosely bc i think each of them has an incredibly unique journey/relationship with their gender that cant be encapsulated in a small set of words, and i do not think any of them would actually fully use labels either.

I am just using these to simplify down my thoughts into something easily digestible LOL MY THOUGHTS ON THEM AND THEIR PARALLELS + MIRRORS + INVERSIONS ARE SUPER COMPLEX i think about them Genuinely Literally Every Day of my Life. theyd have to be saved for a different time </3 but ya alpha kids trans 4EVER howd hussie cram THIS AMOUNT of queerness into these guys.. will never know

Guy in the men's room at the library today got Big Mad that I came in to use the stall. He kept saying, "This is the men's bathroom" and "I know I'm a man; I was born with a dick" and various other transphobias. Kept talking shit to the point that I couldn't focus on peeing & getting out of there.

I finally yelled at him to shut the fuck up in my deepest, butchiest voice. He was arguing with me, saying he needed to shit (he had been standing talking to himself in front of the mirror before I came in, so I sorta doubt it). I told him to leave me alone so I could use the restroom. Or that he could use the women's bathroom himself. Thankfully, I'd texted my partner, who came in to help. A librarian also got involved. And this guy kept saying that I was harassing him and that I'd looked like a girl when I walked in. He threatened to call the cops (but didn't). The librarian told him he had to leave, and after some arguing with them, he finally did so. I'm very thankful I had support and allies around me.

So, idk where this fabled male privilege that I supposedly have was in that moment. Maybe it was hiding in my long hair. Maybe I left it home with the binder I barely ever use. Maybe my beard and voice weren't enough to make me pass. Maybe it was too high for me (a whole 5 foot nothing) to reach when I needed it. Or maybe, just maybe... people clock me as trans and therefore my would-be male privilege is extremely conditional based on how much I'm able or willing to conform to the gender binary (which I have no interest in doing).

Dottore is probably super pro-trans ppl. Like, not just ‘hey it’s cool if you’re trans’ he’s like ‘OH THANK THE TSARITSA WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP ME EXPERIMENT WITH CHANGING THE HUMAN FORM??’ Like, man probably sees trans-people and he’s like ‘Yet more people who choose to live in defiance of the Gods and traditional principles, this is an absolute win’! This dude could not be more excited that trans people exist, he is so fucking happy about it. He is in the midst of trying to invent all types of gender-affirming care, he probably gave Scara his top surgery and invented HRT by experimenting on people. He did all of this in the most unethical way possible because he’s still a piece of shit, but imagine being a random Fatui soldier and being trans and like ‘Oh no how will I know if my superiors will accept me’. But then you’ve got Dottore hanging signs in the barracks like ‘Trans? Good. Come to the lab and I’ll remove/implant your tits.’
