i have been thinking about a lot of things lately, some of them being the following down below. this includes trans related rants, politics and immigration rants, personal life updates etc:

the people getting deported in the usa at the moment allegedly have court orders and have been through due process. is there any way for us to confirm this? i have not seen anybody coming up and saying they did not have that offered to them (at least the latest plane with brazilians) so im asking if anyone knows more than me.

people were congratulating colombia's president and mexico's president for refusing the landing of planes filled with non nationals, saying they were "sticking it up to trump". isn't the non acceptance of non nationals aka immigrants the exact same thing trump is doing? maybe worse, because ALLEGEDLY the immigrants deported by trump have been given due process?.

the arguments against this deporting wave are always "nobody will want the jobs immigrants do!!! nobody will work for low wages like that!!!" which is all factually true, but i rarely see people talking about how this sytem also abuses immigrants! gives me kelly ousbourne who will clean our toilets vibes.

curious to see if this movement has slowed down or paused visas in embassies.

ive been lurking on conservative on reddit and the cognitive dissonance is out of this world. they demand actions that go directly against capitalism and the free market (hb1 visas is a good example) but they will STILL claim proudly to be conservatives somehow.

i also spent some time reading up on the reason for the real state bubble bursting in mid 2000s and i have come to the conclusion republicans are literally cartoon levels of evil and i cannot understand how someone can vote for them and defend the party as a class. literally boogey ass level of evilness.

the girbossfying of melania is fucking crazy, and watching liberals fall for it is bizarre. that woman is not a victim.

el savadors president, bukele, has done a complete 180 in the country. the human rights violation are obvious, but the general public is happy with that. to me it is clear that latin america is willing to trade human rights & freedom for security. violence has gotten to a completely absurd point.

current trans movement is doing more harm than good and is partially responsible for the wave of transphobia we are seeing. the sports issue was such a stupid fucking hill to die on, for what? a handful of trans women to play in pro leagues? who gives a shit. the whole sports topic sparked this entire thing into the forefront of the culture war. it's an useless argument that doesn't affect 99.9999999999999999999% of us. i dont give a shit about pro sports regulations.

transmedicalists were mostly right about things. they had it wrong on the relying heavily on gender stereotypes as justification for transexuality and were very misogynistic, but that aside, they WERE right. and the current detrans wave of women (ftmtf) shows this very clearly. you need dysphoria to be trans and claiming you dont is absurd. it is a medical condition, because it is treated with medical intervention.

i have seen pro and against brain sex arguments. i still don't think it's real, i think it's a case of socialization molding the human: it makes specific areas of the brain develop more or less.

there's a reason most detrans are women, and not men. they are trying to identify out of misogyny. it will not work.

also the refusal to allow these women responsability over their actions, always blaming a third party for their mistakes whatsoever is classic misogyny.

on the topic of trans children/teens: at the current moment i dont think there is a way to differentiate from children with actual gender dysphoria and children who are trying to escape gender norms and sex based oppression. unfortunately, to avoid further harm to the trans cause, i would go with not allowing medical transition. unfortunately.

we have a very very transphobic anti woke culture war politician in brazil. people have started making memes suggesting he is like this due to internalized homophobia and transphobia. what is the joke here? why is it funny? if there is nothing wrong with being gay or trans, why is this funny? how is this supposed to make him upset and irritate him? this only reinfocers that gayness and transness are bad things you can wish upon others as a gotcha. it isnt the slay people think it is.

i want to start a cooking blog sooooooooooo bad and focus a bit on the scientific part of it. i think it's so much fun. break down why and how things are done in certain ways.
