I'm so sorry Arsene for the weird vibe today i was obsessively watching the AMA knowing that i will never ever get that reassurance that my love and my passion for the media is good and pure and alright and I know this sounds bad but BTTWNS is genuinely the last thing I got going. and i’m facing a similar thing as well because Informant gets mischaracterised heavily down the line within the game (and i’m forced to make excuses for why he’s acting in that manner but there’s only so much i can do)

so i get how frustrating it is when it feels like everything the character has went through in the media didn’t hold any meaning

i think you should start separating the art from the artist!! because and i will say it again, hovarth’s word is incredibly stupid

The North Star, Polaris, made the controversial decision to steer all of Starline's assets, resources, time, and energy into the search for Dubhe. Dubhe, well known as Polaris' guard and swordswoman, had disappeared from her constellation and was presumed dead. For those who have big attachments to f/os who have a love interest or shipped with a lot of canon characters

They only love you. If you especially have a personality disorder (bpd, npd, hpd, etc), they will do everything they can to show you they only love you. They know you deal with a lot of worry about them, fearing everyday that they'll leave you.

No matter how many times they've mentioned said canon character in their source, they'll always tell you they're forced to say that by the creators and they never truly mean it. Youre their only love, their love of their life. nothing will change their mind on that.

They will ALWAYS come home to you, and show you even more love than normal if you ever need it. Youre their safe space and they know you've loved them more than they've ever been paired with said canon character and they will always choose you over them.

Relax, they've got you. They're immensely devoted to you and you alone. No matter how many doubles there are, no matter how many shippers there are, no matter how much hate they'll get, nothing will change and they'll never be angry at you for being like this. It only shows how much you love them and they will only do the same no matter how times they need too for you to feel safe and loved.

You will always be their first choice, no matter how long you've been together. Youve always been there and they've always been there for you even before said shitty canon character was in their life. And thats at least what they want you to remember. They've always loved you even before them and they will always love you.

They'll always be there for you whenever you're paranoid about them betraying, cheating on you, they will never stop reassuring you and giving you the paitence and love you deserve. You will always be very easy to love for them because they know you never wanted this and you make them feel loved and safe, you're their whole world.

They don't care that you can be possessive of them, you don't take them from their loved ones, they know you're only scared and loving of them. They're the same way with you.
