Week 20
This week we looked at AI,s there history in a short simplistic form and things that they get used for as well as going in to some detailed about neural nets and what they do for AIs and looking at what it is meant when taking about AIs.
While A.I means artificial intelligence the name itself doesn’t really have a fixed meaning as so for there have been a variety things that were thought to be AI,s but when understating increased that would change and then the next things would then get thought of as a AI so thus far what it means it’s a bit unclear.
A neural net is a way of training AI, s to do tasks by what can be described as natural selection by randomly generating outputs to try and meet a target after doing this its looks at the ones that are the closest to their target and then dose it over again until it meets its target.
This long list of numbers and words is one example of what this looks like here it’s trying to make an output that meets the target then it make an error that shows how far off it was and that goes again until it is within acceptable parameters.
