I'll go with 3, cause I haven't gotten around to reading the over hyped books yet so idk if they're actually over hyped.

Top five books!

Scum Villain Self Saving System (don't remember if that was this year but holy shit it rocks highly recommend... If over 18 cause the 3rd and 4th books have some sex scenes)

The Tea Book (this might sound silly but I really enjoyed learning about teas around the world and how they're made and all that stuff)

Villains are Destined to Die (technically a manwha? But it has a novel too it's just not in English and I can't find a decent translation. It's one of the few love stories I actually like and the lore is so fun. Callisto and Penelope are so snarky together I love their dynamic)

Rea and the Blood of the Nectar (really interesting story set half in India half in a mystical land, it's for a younger audience but it caught my eye at a thrift shop so I got it, really fun read! I'm quite curious about the ruling system and the magic in it)

To Shape a Dragons Breath (currently reading but oh Wow! I love the dragon lore! The world building! Native rep! Amazing, still finishing it but I sat and read the first 5 chapters before I even bought the book, very engaging)

Shout out to my husband, who I have been married to for over a year and was dating for five years before that (and was friends with for a year before that), who only just realized today that I'm taller than him.

To be clear he is not upset about it or anything, just had a brief moment of confusion when I was able to reach something he couldn't and had a bit of a light bulb moment. Big golden retriever energy, right down to the confused head tilts and everything haha

#he genuinely is one of the smartest people i have ever known in my life #he just also is borderline physically incapable of noticing physical details about people #to thr point that we've talked about the possibility that he might have some form of face blindness #he has asked me to get things down for him fove times since this realization #i give it another year or two before he realizes i'm not actually that much taller than him #sooner if he asks me to get something down from top shelf of the bookcase lol #there are no tall people in this house 😂

My adhd hyperfocus has me doin all sorts of fucking reorganizing and cleaning today like i’ve completely stripped my bed and am washing everything as well as reorganizing my manga shelves to make more room for more manga (i basically doubled the space i had and also as you can see one piece has its own special section due to length) and im contemplating rereading/rewatching my hero academia since i cant bring myself to get rid of the volumes or figures.)

I also might deep clean the rest of my room but i have to be up in the morning to go to school so- idk if I’ll do that tonight.

my only piece of stranger things merch is a racerback tank top that says "i dump your ass" in super colorful 80s font that i bought at an it'sugar in nyc like four years ago. after some intensive googling i have been completely unable to find any evidence that this tank top even exists much less was sold by it'sugar, but i guarantee it exists, because it is in my closet right now. it's possible i am the only person in the world who possesses this shirt
