oh my this was hard! took a bit of time to think! will still need to get back to u on these bc im like not 100% sure what my all time favs are but some i really like are:

"the cremation of sam mcGee" which i have at multiple points memorized w my brother & we have said to each other forever.. & has inspired part of an original story im working on! like "There are strange things done in the midnight sun / By the men who moil for gold; / The Arctic trails have their secret tales / That would make your blood run cold..." ugh

honorary mention to this part from mary oliver's "franz marc's blue horses" - "maybe the desire to make something beautiful is the piece of god in each of us" which i have thought abt a lot for my major & in general
