anyway hed love hadestown (hed at least try to cast muriel as hades cause hes perfectly intimidating for it but theres way too many lines which okay Maybe but AND he has to sing???? nah hes out bkgdhkdt) i dont know what hed think of pierre natasha & the great comet cause its maybe a little eccentric i suppose but i think hed appreciate the cultural roots of the vibe with him being fantasy ruso-slav-ukrainian-whatnot heritage i reckon and hed definitely have a blast at a live performance and hed ABsolutely join in with the actors in between the rows at some point and theyd ABSOlutely let him cause hes that good and game recognize game cmon hes gonna show you amateurs what a real kazotski looks like

i can also see him enjoying sweeney todd, for its delightful edgyness, maybe even some themes relatable for him, and his sappy ass would SO memorise Pretty women to whip it out at an opportune serenading moment khgdturshc im so cringe and loving it

CHAPTER 97 BSD MANGA SPOILERS

Aight so I was talking with a friend about how the whole escape thing is gone play out and she said that most likely both Fyodor and Dazai will miraculously survive and I was just like "yes but WHAT IF THE COST IS SIGMA'S LIFE HUH-" and she literally asked wHaT aRe yOu suGgEStiNg" and so I started aggressively theorising and the "say aye" post was a trap cuz imma tag y'all in this now (btw im just copy pasting from whatsapp rn so yea)

We haven't seen too many major deaths yet (except ofc yk but like....not MANY ) And there is a full possibility someone else will also die and the impact of Sigma's death would be pretty big psychologically for the ADA specifically Atsushi me thinks (because he couldn't save him not once but twice😀)

And also if Dazai ends up using Sigma's life in some way it would cause a pretty huge rift I think between him and Atsushi and possibly the rest of the ADA like they will still listen to his plans because yeah but they will also be distant and that would most definitely affect Dazai more than he would show and I feel like if he lost his friends in the ADA because of any reason specially if it's his own doing then he would slowly but surely start regressing to a pre development aka Port Mafia Dazai-ish state and just yeah that would be bad

Plus if Fyodor PLANNED to have Sigma die at that particular time his plans would already be in disarray but the death wouldn't affect them as bad but if he assumed Nikolai would have survived and saved Sigma then he had a job for both of them and Sigma's loss will definitely make him need to reroute (although I fully believe he has like AT LEAST 15 contingency plans incase a team member dies but still) and if Dazai figures out which one it is, if it's the latter I fully believe he can and he will use Sigma to get out and sacrifice him in the process (I mean I love the guy but he's highkey evil when it comes down to high stakes stuff)

ALSO, his (Sigma's) ability is an important one for an organisation that makes all its plans and executes them on the basis of the information it gets because Fukuchi might be the head but we all know that Fyodor is the one actually making the plans yes?? And Fyodor is a literal genius but even he needs the information required before making any plans. So yeah if Fyodor DIDN'T plan for him to actually die and Dazai figures it out Sigma is highkey a dead man walking.

And just yeah while his active contribution to the plot right now isn't that much, him dying during the escape which leads to the other two surviving it would make his part much greater overall plus it would deal psychological damage to the characters (and possibly general working damage to Fyodor) plus it would be a bittersweet thing about him never having truly existed and stuff as well because I can definitely see Asagiri pulling that card on us just so we sob some more😀😭

Anyways so yea that's that it's just a theory though so👀👀

“Change OR the one where L and Light get married” by @translightyagami (I’m so sorry I keep tagging you in these alsfjkalsfdj)

The one I never shut up about and am adapting part of into a comic because it’s just that GOOD. :’’’D Light and L get married in front of Watari and Light’s family back at the Whammy orphanage in England. A melancholy yet painfully sweet tale as Light and L reminisce on their history together while getting ready for the ceremony, and their first night together afterwards. Single-handedly sold me on Kira being intrinsically part of Light to boot.

“the forest holds strange creatures” by @translightyagami (I’m sorryyyyyyy I just love your stuff)

An AU where Light’s a paranormal researcher and L’s a reclusive cryptid living in the forest next to a small town. The writing has a fairytale feel to it, and the romance is so gentle. Light’s bunking at Whammy’s small little house, and Near and Mello are there as little kids pestering Light. It’s ADORABLE. Beyond Birthday also shows up in one of the extra chapters as a creepy cashier at a thrift shop for double the fun!

"Sickness” by BlueberryValentine (more fics on their fanfiction.net account!)

The ultimate hurt/comfort + fluff + angst with a happy ending fic. The first fic I read to get back into lawlight a couple months back! Canon divergence starting during the Yotsuba arc. Light is diagnosed with terminal brain cancer while still under investigation. L has to take care of him, and somewhere along the way they fall in love. It carved out a chunk of my heart but luckily filled it back up with a sweet sort of aching.

“Seeking His Hand” by magic__mind

Historical regency AU! L is a rich nobleman courting Light, a humble farm boy, for his hand in marriage. One of the most romantic pieces of literature that I have ever come across. The prose is pure poetry, and their love so pure! This one also has a special place in my heart for its portrayal of Misa! She’s A)a spy who helps L on his cases, B)totally removed from her co-dependence for Light, C)the bubbly badass she was always meant to be. 100/10 worth the read!

The “Resurrections” Series by Shadow_of_Quill

A modern Orpheus and Euridice story, wherein Light’s spirit leads L back from Hades while he’s still Kira. L is thereby present for the confrontation at the warehouse. Believing that any trace of Light is lost in the man, he executes him right then and there. However, this was a grave mistake, and Light’s soul won’t be as easily revived. (spoilers, they’re both fine in the end) ******* THIS ONE ALSO INCLUDES YAGAMI SIBLING HIJINKS. Sayu plays a HUGE role in bringing Light back!

“Is This The Way It Ends Now?” by Seastar98

The one that checks off ALL the above three boxes!! A “characters watch their own show” fic, wherein the gang receives a mysterious DVD in the middle of the Yotsuba arc. Horrified by what’s to come, Light and L work to make sure their future is brighter than the one they witness. They bring in all three heirs to watch with ‘em, everyone gets character development, and Sayu comes in like black panther in endgame yet again to bring Light back from the darkness! Ryuk pops up in the end and the epilogue and he’s great. The ultimate and most direct fix-it you’re ever gonna get.

“From the Same Star” by Nilahxapiel

This is my only pure “Ryuk Shenanigans” fic, and it’s really really sad :’’’D A short but sweet one-shot wherein Ryuk traverses multiple dimensions, dropping the Death Note at Light’s feet each time. Light and L were always fated to clash, and it’s just as heartbreaking every time.

“Primitive Liars” by Nilahxapiel

This one’s super popular in the fandom for a reason! The only omegaverse fic that I’ve liked! The A/B/O dynamics and their affect on society are super well developed, and the writer manages to keep L and Light very in character while still developing their budding romance in a believable way. This is an AU where somebody else is Kira, and Light’s genuinely helping L and the task force hunt him down. ***** Naomi Misora lives, the heirs come in, and Sayu actually hops aboard the task force!!! DUDE. BRILLIANT. I also just love the exploration of gender and identity that the author weaves in. Lots of LGBTQ rep!

“and indeed there will be time” by lawlietismyfavorite

The ultimate soulmate AU. People grow to be 18, then stop aging until they meet their one. L is the greatest detective of not only this century, but of six centuries. And then there's Light. (taken straight from the description!) The prose is absolutely breathtaking; like walking through a dream. Can not recommend this fic enough! It’s got my head up in the clouds and looking towards the stars!

“K” by Dlvvanzor

AU where Light’s a Whammy with the moniker ‘K.’ He and L grow up together along with kiddos covering the rest of the alphabet. A murder-mystery-thriller on top of the romance featuring Beyond Birthday as a main character! Light’s a pathological liar and L’s super into it. They’re the top students at Whammy’s and are tasked with solving a string of homicides happening RIGHT AT THE ORPHANAGE (guess who dunnit). It had me on the edge of my seat, and I binged the whole thing in two days.

“Change of Circumstances” by wordbombs

Another AU where Light’s a whammy! It’s just a one-shot though, but one of my all time faves!!! I’ve gone back and reread it so many times and drew some stuff for it a couple weeks back. Much more light-hearted than “K”, Light arrives at the orphanage at age four and meets an eleven year old L, and from there they grow up together and fall in love (the age difference is handled really well, L’s not physically present for a lot of Light’s childhood and they bond on a platonic level first). It’s one of the healthiest relationship dynamics that I’ve seen for these two, which is honestly such a breath of fresh air. Matt, Mello, and Near are there too in the background!

“Dial K for Kira” by @kiranatrix

“Light needs some easy money to finance his Kira plans, and notices there’s a big demand for Kira roleplay phone sex. So he figures, “Why not? Pretty sure I’ll be convincing.”He raises some fast cash and plans to shut the whole thing down and get back to writing names, until he gets a request from somebody who wants to “roleplay” as L....“

“Dance with Me” and “Birthday Note” by @dotti55fanfiction

These are both one-shots so I’m putting ‘em together! Absolutely adorable tooth-rotting fluff!! “Dance with Me” has Light and L going to a club, while “Birthday Note” features L trying to think of the best present for Light. The dictionary definition of “warm fuzzies.” (Dotti ilu, I still gotta find time to read your longer works)

Blind!Light AU! Light and L are both college students who meet when Sayu dares L to break into her house. Yagami sibling hijinksssss! Their quippy dialogue is adorable and it’s just a fun time watching them flirt.

Mhm, surprisingly so, there's quite a lot of people who hate them.

Most of them think that he's incapable of ruling over so many people, others dislike her easygoing attitude, making It crawl some people's skin.

While it thecnically doesn't have enemies, there's many who, for a reason or another, would want him dead.

Although, in contrary, there's not many people he hates. She tries not to have too many contrasting feelings, and while it does lash out if something irritates them, he immidiately would apologise and not hold these feelings too whithin. If it hates someone, they'd rather just get away from it.

She has an human lover actually!! I couldn't get my ipad for It so take this lil doodle.

They're agender and use They/Them. (Also Is 24 y/o) They've known eachother for well over 4 years, and they constantly help Vox during preperations, whether that be with clothing or with his speech. They also make sure that he's taking decent care of herself, as Vox doesn't reallyyy have the best history in that.

They pick on dumb stuff she does, which spoiler is quite a lot, but just has the mentality of: "they're an idiot. but they're MY idiot".

While the public eye doesn't watch, togheter they have a lot of fun, despite the difference of both power and height.

Tho I won't explain how they met cus, that alone would be another post ofc lemme know if y'all wanna , all I can say is that they mutually saved eachother, and that's mainly why they'd be so close, emotionally and physically.

But yeah, they used to look up to them and, even now has to work with them. He generally tries to give that task to Kai who instead, tolarates them, but whenever she has to, they don't seem as playful, nor as easygoing.

For good reasons, as they've never apologised and instead, looked up his trauma and even got angry, because she had to treat it like a blessing.

Nightwing 83 Review

guess who isn't weeks late this time. my opinion of the series is going up a little bit. it's still not great, but i'm not actively put off by it anymore the way i was after 81. not going to tag as spoilers, but be warned that they are under the cut

i’m sure you all are well aware of this but now, but dear god i love bruno redondo’s art. like, an unhealthy amount. the pink and blue is getting to be a theme with either him or just this run, but i am definitely enjoying it. the movement in this cover is clearly obvious, but well done. you recoznize right off the bat that the cover was drawn to drag your eyes down the page until you get to the bottom, but you enjoy the whole ride there.

also, redondo’s way of drawing a character in stages of action so we can see just how much they’re doing in a split second of movement is quickly becoming something i like to see drawn with dick, and any other character that has that sort of ease of movement and body sense, like cass or sin or maybe a super.

and he’s in action the entire time! there’s shot drawn just to show off a shirtless comic book character, the way nightwing is so often subjected to. he’s shirtless because he’s changing his clothes, and that’s all we see, no more and no less. very practical, very well done. i like it.

he looks so cute right here oh my god. the little squint, the hair curls. it’s adorable.

but also like. unless melinda has specifically outfitted the door spyhole so that the person on the other side can’t see dick looking through it (and in all honesty she might have) then everyone on the other side can see dick looking through that door.

bringing your attention back to the “i can’t see melinda’s fbi file oh no!! it’s redacted!! whatever can we do!!” stupidity. redacted files are child’s play for oracle, and definitely doable for both dick and bruce. so that’s bullshit.

now, melinda apparently grew up with the maroni family, then took down part of the family from the inside. the maroni family is a large and notable presence in gotham, one that bruce pays a respectable amount of attention to. he definitely would have grown suspicious when two members of the maroni family were taken down, and with some investigation, he would have discovered melinda’s plan. and it should go without saying that the majority of things you see batman doing? dick can do it too.

it’s not so much that i don’t like how clever the villains/antiheroes are getting. i don’t like how dc heroes are increasingly written as less intelligent. they seem to be relying on pure fighting skills or luck, which may be the case for a couple heroes, but has never been the case for most of dc’s big name heroes, the bat family included. it’s irritating to me to see this sort of stuff pop up as a major plot point when i know that, if dick or bruce had been written with the amount of skill and power that they canonically possess, this entire mess would have been sorted out years ago.

unrelated but dick and melinda have the same hair

this may just be me, but i was always under the impression that dick doesn’t really have a “double life???”

yes, he’s talented enough to create enough differences between robin/nightwing and dick grayson’s mannerisms, way of movement, voices, and speech patterns so that it’s very difficult to put the two together.

but nightwing has never been separate from dick grayson, not the way bruce and batman is. he’s always leaned more towards clark in that aspect: his hero persona is an exaggerated, stately, larger-than-life version of who he really is. there’s no second persona, no real “dick grayson identity” and “nightwing identity.” they’re the same person with the same goals, ideas, and skills. one just pretends to abide by the law, and one gives up pretense of that.

oh good thank god. if he’d trusted her right off the bat (hehe. bat.) i would have slapped him upside the head. at least he’s still got instincts.

gosh the colouring on this is cool. the red has enough purple and pink tones to it that it doesn’t abruptly ruin the tone of the artwork. but it’s definitely glaring enough to take the reader outside of this personal moment they had slipped into between dick and melinda, to put them back in the present where they’re reminded that oh yea there are people hunting dick down.

the next panel keeps this up too, in a less severe way. melinda’s bodyguard shows up (i forgot her name sorry :[ ) and subtly places us in the middle of an action scene rather than a private, personal scene.

laughing so fucking hard have our little vigilantes grown so accustomed to breaking into places that it doesn’t even register as a crime anymore??? tim coming in through the fire escape to pick bernard up for their date and being very much confused as to why bernard is freaking out.

i really like melinda’s shirt and now despite all the work i have to do and the fucking conference i have to host on monday i want to spend hours scrolling through clothing shops online trying to find this shirt. the mock neck/neckline is so cool i want it

so roland just assumes that a very dangerous vigilante who is highly talented in combat and a very dangerous bodyguard who is also highly talented in combat had a fight that ended with this very dangerous bodyguard being tied up and she looks completely fine? roland just assumes that her having no visible wounds or bruises means that they got into a fight and she lost that easily? uh. aight then

dick what are you doing. legitimately what the fuck are you doing. why are you posing oh my god. you are injured and tired and in absolutely no position to go hand to hand with one of main enemies. jesus christ run away or head to lower ground or something. don’t just stand around letting the floodlights show exactly where you are.

i don’t understand what he’s trying to do here??? blockbuster fully bought the story that dick fought them both, won, tried to get info out of them and failed, then hightailed it out of there. he didn’t have to draw roland out for a fight.

but it does look cool. the way the light just highlights his silhouette and the blue parts of his costume does look badass. he does get style points in my book for this.

very classic superhero line and it does sound like something dick would say in a fit of righteous rage but also it makes me laugh so hard because all vigilantes think they’re so powerful that the law doesn’t apply to them. dick vigilantism is illegal. you’re acting above the law and pretending it doesn’t apply to you. hypocritical much?

it happens so often in superhero movies, tv shows, comics, whatever and it makes me giggle every damn time.

pretty decent comeback but before i start seeing people writing blockbuster as a thug i’m going to remind you that he made a deal with a demon for genius level intellect. if this turns into another bane situation i’m going to be a little miffed. he’s a smart man, which makes him a dangerous and infinitely more interesting enemy for nightwing.

this is so horribly in character i want to scream. (or. at least. it lines up with one of the versions of nightwing i have in my head.) he’s running right towards the bullets, miraculously doesn’t get shot, while making a sort-of pun. i hate this so much. i love him.

this is cool. this art is really really cool.

he leaped from a building right towards a helicopter that’s actively shooting at him, but none of the bullets are touching him. none of the corruption of the city can touch him no matter how hard it tries, because he’s too good to be corrupted. Comic Book Logic Can Be Good Sometimes Actually.

batman’s belt what??? swiss army knife who?? sorry, i only know nightwing’s bright blue escrima.

this is one of my favourite things about heroes with exceptional abilities, even more so if the hero is human. the things they can do are so far beyond the realm of normal human abilities that it’s equal parts terrifying and awe-inspiring every time they act.

he just used modified grappling wires to hook to the door of a moving helicopter, swung around the helicopter safely without hitting the blades, gained exactly the right momentum to swing upward again right through the opening of helicopter, then fought and tied up the men before they had any idea what was happening. that’s near impossible to do.

it’s stuff like this where i just sort of sigh in contentment. no matter how many times they leave out dick’s detective skills or conveniently forget that he’s actually a master planner and team leader and make him out to be this forgetful dude who makes everything up on the fly because of his “circus roots,” at least they won’t ever take away dick’s sheer physical ability honed to perfection.

the art, too! in a few panels, dick’s drawn a little lightened or blurred. he’s moving so quickly and fighting so efficiently that he can barely be seen by the enemy. he’s got perfect form all the way through.

and THIS!

there was a helicopter that had five men shooting at him with what looks like machine guns. most people would be dead. some would run away, and be nimble enough to survive without fatal hits. there are very few people, even in fucking comic books, who can look at that hopeless situation and turn it around so quickly and thoroughly that he benefits from it instead.

i just. love nightwing.

it was funny the first time as a comic reader aware of the meme. it’s really not anymore. why the hell would you, in universe, be wearing a shirt that has a picture of your boyfriend being hit in the face by his father.

i wish i could just copy and paste this entire scene, but that would take up way too much space, so i’m just going to talk about it instead.

you gave me my name, nightwing, and you gave me some of the best advice i’ve received in my life: beautiful little throwback to nightwing’s origin. you’d be surprised at the amount of people who don’t know where the name came from, or who don’t know how much clark means to dick. and the fact that dick still looks up to clark as a hero, recognizes that clark isn’t always perfect and yet continues to hold him in such high esteem, and still looks back on advice that clark gave him fondly just warmed my heart so much.

for a man who has fearlessly stood up to darkseid, bruce will do a lot to avoid a conversation: “grrr. i’m the BATMAN. i’m so DARK and MYSTERIOUS. nobody knows the true me. no one ever will. i will be LONELY for the rest of my CURSED LIFE. such is the price of a hero. ignore my farmer himbo husband in the background”

but i don’t think there’s anything heroic about being a billionaire: another nod to how much dick follows clark’s example rather than bruce. yes, this was a very poignant and important criticism, and i think it’s wonderful that this was published in a pretty popular comic book. but the thing is, there is a way to be a heroic billionaire, but only in fictional universes. the way bruce, ollie, t’challa only ever use their wealth to help people. they donate massive amounts of money to charities that they themselves create so they know exactly how the money is being used. they hire people who aren’t likely to get jobs anywhere else and pay them much more than what a base living wage is. they use their power to help push progressive laws and social change. they are helping.

dick doesn’t fully see it that way. he spent more than half his childhood the son of a billionaire, but still believes that one could be more heroic when one doesn’t have obscene amounts of wealth. whose example do you think he followed to come to that conclusion?

superman looked up to alfred pennyworth?: i mean yea alfred may have been a wildly irresponsible guardian and one hell of an enabler but goddamn if he didn’t love his kid.

you don’t need my input. you’ve thought it all through: ooooooh this line made me grin. for so long, dick’s treated clark as a mentor and a guiding figure. he’s still seen as a kid, an up and coming, snot-nosed titan with dreams of a better world. clark still thinks of him as a kid, despite watching him grow up. but this little line was something i think dick needed sorely to hear. he doesn’t need anyone’s guiding hand on his shoulder, he doesn’t need to ask for permission. he doesn’t need clark to support him the way he did when he was a teenager. he’s all grown up now, and he doesn’t need clark’s help. i imagine it was a bit of a surprise for dick to hear that.

honestly, i couldn’t think of a better role model: ohhh but it doesn’t stop there. clark just straight up turns the tables on dick. imagine you’re dick, and you’ve looked up to this one hero your entire life, and then one day he turns to you and says that he thinks you’re so kind and smart and worthy of a person that he wants you to mentor his son!? goes to show just how much clark trusts dick.

i swear to god dick probably cries every time he hears clark compliment him because bruce is so rare and sparing with his praise that clark giving him the slightest hint of approval is just a dopamine rush.

also, now deathstroke and superman have both asked nightwing to mentor their kids. the juxtaposition is fuckin hysterical. imagine either of their reactions when they realize what kind of company they’re with

lets talk colours for a second, because i absolutely adore how classic colour tropes have been subverted in this comic, and in this general run really.

warm tones have usually (usually, not always) been associated with light and comfort and friendship and,,,,,well,,,warmth. whereas cool tones are usually used to unsettle, or make a scene seem colder and put the reader on edge. this varies if a comic only uses cool tones, or only uses warm tones, but if a comic uses both, this is generally well-used.

that isn’t the case in this run.

dark red, orange, and other warm tones have been used to symbolize danger, action, attacks. hot pink isn’t usually included in this colour group, but it’s definitely part of it in this case. in contrast, scenes that have cool colours give us the impression of slipping into a comfortable, calm scene with babs, tim, the titans, and other allies. even the beginning scene with superman has this blue, but then it transitions into something more golden coloured. dawn broke over dick, as his new idea came to light, and that was reflected in the art (and the sunrise setting.)

have there ever been times when dick’s longed for the comfort of his mask because he didn’t feel confident as dick grayson? i can’t think of any. i may be wrong, but this struck me as pretty ooc.

sure, he could be referencing the things he’s seen blockbuster pull, and the children on the streets. but “i’ve seen money used for enforcement,” sounds a little too close to dick’s entire life being destroyed by one man threatening the circus to pay protection money for me to completely ignore. and “i’ve seen the poorest and most vulnerable blamed and punished rather than assisted” becomes a lot worse when you remember dick was thrown in juvie for a couple months until bruce was able to obtain legal guardianship, and in there, not a authority figure believed him when he told them his parents were murdered.

GODZILLA KING OF THE MONSTERS

Aight, so quick spoiler free part, GO SEE IT ITS AMAZING, 10/10, WILL BUY TICKETS TO NEXT WWE MONSTER MASH.

now for my highlights below in my ramblings (SPOILERS BELOW):

What I think was the perfect amount of human to monster screen time for a Godzilla movie (fuck the critics with the ‘too much godzilla not enough humans’ because A) that’s what we came here for and B) LAST TIME YOU SAID ‘NOT ENOUGH GODZILLA TOO MUCH HUMANS’ MAKE UP YOUR MINDS PEOPLE)

what human characters were there didn’t feel at all boring or like they were dragging the film down (I actually like all of them I can’t think of one I disliked tbh)

My favs are of course Serizawa, Jonah and Dad Russel (also Dr Chen and the nervous energy Sam Coleman) of the humans.

I love all these human scientists and their back and forth, glad they got the main man Serizawa back from 2014

Can I just say it’s really really cool to see these monsters brought to life in this way, like no shade to the originals at all I’m just so fucking hype to see it all like this ITS GREAT a someone who’s pretty much a baby godzilla fan.

Tyrion (100%) - i am really confident Tyrion will survive. he has been portrayed as a good character. he’s the black sheep of the Lannisters, so i feel his history and background will give him a good chance of surviving

Samwell (100%) - a healer must survive. he will be the one to write about this Great Winter battle. i also theorise he will be narrating this story in the end!

Bran (100%) - he’s the 3 eyed raven. it’s kinda argued that Bran is actually already dead and he’s just been possessed by a different entity. so yeah, i dont see why he will die when he’s already the omniscient being

Arya (100%) - i am very confident Arya will survive because she is arguably the strongest in combat at this rate. i do hope there will be a showdown between her and the Mountain! I wanna see her kill him but i think it will be a battle between The Hound and The Mountain.. it will be poetic for sure

Sansa (80%) - i have a good feeling Sansa will survive because she is the most passive character. In all survival games and stories, THERE IS ALWAYS A PASSIVE CHARACTER WHO SURVIVES. Also, she is arguably the smartest person in Westeros already. Margaery and Olenna died and they are smart too. Sansa in this way has already embodied the smart people who died including Catelyn, her mother. I don’t see why in a narrative standpoint, this does not make her a logical survivor. That being said D&D are unpredictable too.. So I won’t put 100% survive but her chances are good imo

Jon (80%) - a jock-type of character must survive and Jon fits the bill lol also he has been named a Bastard for too long. He also got resurrected last time so at this rate he probably immortal already. A Targaryen must survive and I dont see any reason why Jon won’t make it. Unless his purpose is fulfilled in season 8 and he dies

Gendry (90%) - i know he will be a key character somehow. He is the last Baratheon right? Maybe he could get married to Arya too in the end

Davos (60%) - he is good-hearted and kind. I would love to see him survive but I am not sure if that will qualify him as a survivor

Missandei (50%) - we need an interpreter to survive!!!!

Dies

Cersei (100%) - it will be Poetic that’s for sure

Jamie (90%) - i have a theory he will kill Cersei then kill himself.. But maybe he gets killed by a Walker from saving Tyrion then there will be bromantic last words from him to his brother

The Mountain (100%) - i want Arya to kill him!!!! David and Goliath style please! but maybe it’s The Hound who will maim him then Arya will deal the finishing blow

Daenerys (90%) - the series has been built as if it was Dany’s story to begin with and she is gonna be the ruler of the Iron Throne. I am not gonna say her journey was easy but Dany had a rather breezy journey. Also, by the looks of it, she could be undergoing a dynamic development where she seems to be the protagonist in the beginning then gets blinded by power. We already saw that she has burned innocent people for refusing to bow down. My theory honestly is she will be the Night Queen or something will trigger her into going mad.

her visions show a throne made of ice and snow.. I really cant see any other explanation to what she saw in Season 2.

Emilia Clarke also described the ending as bittersweet. in this context, it seems that this will concern Dany. at the same time though, i actually liked Dany but we wil see how her story evolves. I do know she will make it until the last episode but she will most probably die.

Beric (90%) - he has been resurrected many times. it’s only fair that he dies eventually. he will die after he fulfills his purpose that’s for sure.

Jorah (80%) - he will die due to his loyalty to Dany. the man is practically IN LOVE

Varys (80%) - “we will die in this foreign place” i believe he said that to the Red Priestess last time. he will surely die. probably from a Walker

Theon (80%) - he also suffered a lot and i believe his suffering will end if he dies tbh and i think it will be an atonement type of death

Yara (80%) - as much as i want her to survive.. she’s gay LOL GoT hates gay people RIP unless they are aware about it and want a token gay survivor.. well that’d be great

Greyworm (90%) - he will die saving Missandei!!!

Brienne (60%) - she has a chance to survive because she is strong but she could die trying to sacrifice her life for somebody

Tormund (60%) - same chance as Brienne. i have a guess theyre gonna kiss later this season lol

Melisandre (100%) - surprise bitch! she will make a return and will die to fulfill her purpose
