The Take On The Owl House I Hate the Most

Kind of because I see it WAY too easily. I probably wouldn’t actually make a blog about this because I could see it landing me in hot water but... Well, I keep talking TOH not liking the fact that it’s a kid’s show, that it’s a fantasy show, etc. like that. It doesn’t like comedy of kid’s shows, it doesn’t like the moralizing, Dana explicitly chose Disney because they would give her 22 minute time slots unlike other kid’s shows right now. It does create a show that feels different but also feels like it’s not wearing the skin it wants to be wearing.

That’s not the take though. That’s all stuff I happily agree with and have talked about in the past. No, this take is one I wish I agreed with less but that the show possibly supports and I REALLY wish it didn’t at ALL. The show wants to be a CW-esque, teenage/adult oriented, drama. And if it were... Luz would be wanting to fuck Eda.

Now normally I would hear someone pitch me this and go “Okay, you can go do your edgy AU. Have fun.” I’m not interested but fandom will do as fandom does. It only makes me cringe and recoil into myself because... How else do you explain the complete and total worship and obsession over Eda that Luz has? The first episode explicitly makes it clear that if Luz doesn’t want to do something, she won’t. In fact, the first THREE episodes, all reinforce that. Someone tells her to do something mundane and she goes off to have her own adventure. To have her own fantasy. Meanwhile, Eda is CONSTANTLY shitting on her and belittling that fantasy and that doesn’t really stop until post Once Upon a Swap. EIGHT EPISODES IN. And Luz and Eda have ONE more episode that has them together in a major way, Adventure in the Elements, after that for the entire season. That is the basis for Luz deciding to throw away her mom and not only go save Eda but destroy the portal. That’s not who Luz is, even in S1. She is too self interested in her own fantasy. It’s part of the problem with the Found Family as I’ve discussed before.

So this raises the reasonable question of, if Luz doesn’t find Eda’s normal work interesting, won’t listen to her, isn’t getting properly taught and barely has anything to do around the house, why does she stick around? Well... In episode four, we get this.

And that comment isn’t really new for the show. Eda’s attractiveness is just a blatant fact. She is made out not only to be attractive, but sexually attractive, MULTIPLE TIMES in at least the first season. Her looks get more attention, including by Luz, than AMITY, who is easily the next character who’s looks are even mentioned or glorified. In fact, her being on the market is a topic that crops up more than once in the series. Hell, it’s one of the first things we know about her, that people want to fuck her, as it’s in the fucking pilot. Warden Wrath finds her SO ALLURING as to drop his job to get a DATE with her.

And yes, Raine exists. Does Raine make sense with how Eda is portrayed in the first season, as someone who is happily on the market but also tired of how many assholes she meets on it? No. Admittedly, Eda’s relationship with... Relationships doesn’t make a lot of sense in general but she absolutely doesn’t feel like a character who is mourning the loss of their soulmate, which is absolutely how the show tries to portray it in S2.

She feels a lot more like she fucks around and finds out a lot of guys are assholes. There’s a reason why it was REALLY popular to ship Gruncle Stan and her when S1 was all that was out.

Worse yet, if you want to say Amity proves Luz isn’t into older women or the like, we get this chestnut from fucking First Day.

“And maybe meet a hot, yet vulnerable, upperclassmen.”

There’s... A lot of problems with this line but it also would fit WAY better in, you know... A CW drama and not a kid’s show. Especially from your MAIN FUCKING CHARACTER. She CANONICALLY, because TOH doesn’t think about its jokes WHATSOEVER, has unhealthy, fucked up relationship fantasies. Especially with school. After all, if it was to make them better, she could have said angsty, hurt, troubled, etc. But it’s VULNERABLE. Vulnerabilities are explicitly to be TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Now, I do want to say that Eda did take her in and gave her a chance. Luz doesn’t do well with that chance, it’s less than one episode before she tells Eda to shove it for not thinking she’s not special enough, but you can maybe make a case there. She also gets with Amity. So if you wanted to, I dunno, prove that Luz was written in a way that made her seem more interested/cared about Amity more than Eda, especially since S1 does not earn that sort of interest, are there examples of that?

*dead eye stares the camera*

“Don’t you want to go save your girlfriend?” “I do but I’d rather be here and be prepared for if you guys need help.” This is from Clouds on the Horizon. Admittedly, her fear is warranted... But she literally would rather do NOTHING in order to support Eda, because she is explicitly not a part of this plan, than go help unstick her girlfriend. This is also the episode where Luz blatantly ignored Odalia threatening Lumity’s existence so that she can focus on saving the white boy there and get into a position that better, you know, helps. Eda. With the specific motivation that Eda is in trouble, despite the fact that she hasn’t made a plan for how they’re not all about to DIE! Like if Alador didn’t step in, Luz’s plan didn’t mean SHIT. At least Amity was actually dealing with the current problem while Luz was only focused on “Eda is in trouble. I need a way that gets me to Eda.” I personally vouch that the fact that it saved Hunter was tangential as Gus is MORE than powerful enough to make Hunter disappear and replace him with a clone and that’s an even less complex plan than what Luz made up on the fly.

Don’t like that? How about her desperate need for Eda’s approval, to be seen as a peer of hers, STILL, instead of being willing to talk to her, in Titan Where Art Thou? Or that Luz specifically needs to make sure Eda is okay in King’s Tide while her friends, who do not know the human realm or have connections there, are being forced through a portal? Including her girlfriend. How about the simple fact that Luz is WAY more honest with Eda than she literally ever is with Amity?

It’s all just REALLY awkward. But in the context of a CW show, it’s still not good writing, but it’s in line with those absurdities WAY more than with a kid’s shows absurdities. In fact... That’s kind of true in general for TOH. Having the twist that a relative ruined your life because you were better than them and they only became successful because of that choice? That’s in line. The comedy styling leaning more on either pure misery of a couple characters that the writers obviously hate and have there to make mean statements on? Yeah, that sounds right. The refusal to resolve plotlines, especially happily, when it could instead be milked for drama for the next three seasons? The fact that it obviously set itself up to go on for eternity? That sounds about right too. And I will admit I could be wrong. I don’t watch CW shows. Degrassi, Glee, Riverdale? They hold no interest for me because I don’t like mean spirited they often feel. But... with time, TOH absolutely feels more and more mean spirited. And even early on, that ridiculing of other media and fantasy and wanting to have fun all feels in line with that sort of spirit. Including the lack of interest in its fantasy elements.

Eda and Luz aren’t even the only ones that frankly make more sense like this. Lilith’s break with reality almost, and constant need for validation (including from Luz, including as a teacher which is uncomfortable in Escaping Expulsion in general, LET ALONE IN THIS CONTEXT) fits more in line with the sort of ‘insanity’ that those shows might give a character who’s life collapses. To add a chaotic element. Speaking of, that also fits the Bad boy of Hunter, who gets shipped with all the girls who are his age. Not in fandom BUT IN THE SHOW. All three of his introductions to Luz, Amity and Willow work as the start of a relationship arc, INCLUDING WITH THE LESBIAN. And... You know... Luz is Bi... And there are TERRIBLE plot lines you can do with that. *shudders and gags*

Meanwhile, characters like King, Gus, Willow, frankly Belos and his regime, and all the one off villains that other kid’s shows would embrace... Are kind of pushed to the side. Pushed to the side for characters who would feel entirely at home on something far more adult oriented. Something that was trying to be edgy and shocking and constantly have twists that prove how terrible these characters are. It even commonly sets it up. All of the reasons why Lumity WOULDN’T happen were part of why Lumity was so interesting between S1 and 2. But a lot of those plotlines admittedly felt more like this. Tackling racism, classism, Amity’s need to be the best, Luz’s flighty personality, etc. like that. Not helped of course by the fact that Hunter IS older than Luz and so IS a “hot yet vulnerable upper classman’ as he’s really only missing the BIG muscles of the dude Luz thought was “questing in all the right ways” back in episode TWO.

And if you’re wondering why this take has lingered with me... It’s because I keep asking why creative choices were made for The Owl House. Why are characters like this? Why is it a kid’s show when it obviously doesn’t like that it’s a kid’s show? Why is Luz so obsessed with Eda when they spend such little time together? Let alone POSITIVE time together?

And the idea that at one point it was meant to be an adult oriented cartoon, like Helluva Boss or Hazbin Hotel, but was just jammed into a kid’s show sized hole so it could be on broadcast television does help explain some of it. Do I think it’s actually true? NO! God no! Absolutely fucking not. Not for a second. Or bare minimum, I REALLY hope not. Also, I do want to point out that I don’t think the show would be GOOD like this, just that it leans weirdly on these sorts of tropes and writing styles and that it accidentally gives really awkward ways to interpret these characters, especially when what we’re told doesn’t match what we’re shown.

But ever since the concept was introduced to me, I could never quite get it out of my head. And I guess I just needed others to suffer with me. I’m sorry.

Idk about teams rn but I think an interesting cast (while keeping the age range of the total drama contestants the same) could be:

Luz, Amity, Hunter, Vee, Willow, Bo, Masha, Gus, Mattholomule, Viney, Jerbo, Boscha, Skara, Emira and Edric, King, The Collector, and Barcus

I think this could give a good mix of clashing personalities and friendship and would just be interesting to see in the setting of total drama

27. What do you listen to when writing?

this year as i was driving around imagining stories, i'd put on two playlists: the princess luz playlist, which is about being unbelievably sad, and my devin and nova playlist, which is all songs about having a HORRIFICALLY dysfunctional relationship.

when ACTUALLY writing, i gravitate toward instrumentals. i have still-very-much-in-progress instrumental playlists collecting music for each of the OCs, but they arent curated enough to link. if i'm writing a scene with a specific mood, i'll go on youtube and type "[x mood] epic orchestral mix."

if you've never done this for writing, it's a GODSEND. my most common searches are shit like "horror orchestral music," "drama/suspense epic orchestra mix," "devastation orchestral music mix," "powerful and emotional orchestral music mix"

there are too many bands and production companies i like to list them all here -- a LOT of musicians make electronic and orchestral scores that would fit intense movies. i've heard people say they use these mixes for setting the mood in TTRPGs, it's just as effective for writing.

as for specific instrumentals, i HAVE to recommend any and all of within temptation's. the instrumental versions of their songs showcase INCREDIBLE violin, piano, guitar, and general musical craftsmanship that usually gets lost under the vocals. they are fucking STUNNING.

my favorite one always fluctuates depending on my mood but for now i'll suggest trying shot in the dark to see if you like it. it's a pretty good preview of what their stuff sounds like.

30. Biggest surprise when writing this year?

honestly, i was surprised to rediscover how much i love horror writing, and equally surprised that so many people could get invested in my horror writing.

i know i'm a Good writer obviously. but i often think about fandom in terms of interaction with other people. i write a lot of dark shit in my own time that's just for me, but i'd sorta gotten used to thinking of fandom as being somewhere that i should write easy-to-read stuff. i didn't expect anybody to want to read anything else

(this isn't a Totally unfounded belief -- in my fandom immediately preceding this one, i was extremely invested in a main character with the darkest storyline in the books. at one point i wrote a novella about her and the people surrounding her that she killed/drove to suicide/emotionally destroyed, and unsurprisingly it's almost exclusively been read by like. tumblr mutuals. like ~12 kudos on each installment. which is still more than most writers would get!)

i started writing the longer luz fic bc horror has always been the easiest thing for me to write & i was in a lot of pain that needed venting. i didn't expect there to be an audience for it, i actually had braced myself for pushback bc sometimes certain toh circles can have...... interesting opinions about what is or isn't OK to do to a blorbo.

i really didn't think anyone would like reading my writing if it wasn't funny enough. and it's 100% true that the princess AU has a fraction of the kudos-based readership of wwaitsoatl. but the investment of that small readership is WILD.

plot??

it’ll obviously be similar to HMC with its own twists from TOH’s plot:

Luz and King have been with Eda for a while, being her adopted kids & apprentice (Luz)

Lilith had been forced to curse Eda by Belos years ago, and has been looking for her to apologize for her mistake/tell her the truth

this obviously leads to her losing her powers, similar to how the Witch of the Waste lost hers…and becoming cursed like Eda

on their mission to find Eda, Raine stumbles upon Amity—or Potatohead—and they both go looking for Eda

Amity starts sticking to Luz and the two like to talk…well, Luz likes to talk and Amity listens but it’s still cute

Hunter, always fascinated by Eda and wanting to escape his home life, finds the perfect way when Raine arrives

Raine actually goes up to check on Hunter, not even knowing him, and he’s like “totally. this place is the best,” his facial expression telling otherwise

Eda ends up crashing into Belos’ tower, rescuing Raine, and saving Hunter (“you’re my kid now!!”)

the reason why she was summoned was for her petrification, the same as canon. Raine volunteers to go in her place 😭❤️

as always, Hooty is a drama queen…owl…thing. just like Calcifer

I adore your swap AU & had some questions if that is OK. 1: Did Luz have any trouble with Eda's parents in letting her move in? 2: Is she still friends & got a similar relationship to canon with Gus & Willow? 3: What's her Palisman, Owlbert or does she have an original? 4: does she have a portal to the human world or are both she & Belos looking for that? 5: Does she have any Glyph jewelry, or still utilize mostly paper & her staff? 6: Would she defeat then befriend those trying to arrest her XD

I'll put everything under the cut cause it's long as fuck sorry

1- that's something I'm actually working through! Since we still don't know basically anything about Eda's family and how they reacted after the curse (except for Lilith obviously), Eda kind of runs away from home after getting cursed, looking for this mysterious lonely witch who knows a different way to use magic, but I'm still not sure if she actually comes back home to tell her parents she has a mentor that could help her or if she leaves that duty to Lilith after assuring her she's gonna be okay with Luz (because Lilith will absolutely be the first to look for and also find Eda). I'm mostly imagining her parents as lively- cause both Eda and Lily have quite the temper even if Lily tries to hide it- but still somewhat attached to the rules and traditions given by the Emperor, and having your most talented child cursed in a way that hinders her magic in a world where magic is literally everything... yikes. But the idea of her finding someone who could actually help her even if not through a cure for the curse could be something easy to accept all things considered, despite living far from them. This part is still a work in progress, but maybe we'll get more info on the Clawthorne parents next season!

2- Willow and Gus are definitely still Luz best friends and they got to know each other in a very similar manner as in canon! Luz still found her way into Hexside when she got on the Boiling Isles and they all went to school together. Same goes for Amity, Bosha, Skaara, Viney etc..., but in particular the relationship with Amity takes longer to develop also cause I’m a sucker for slowburn

3- Owlbert is still Eda's palisman and she'll get him while under Luz's tutelage! Luz instead has her own staff, but I'm deciding on the palisman itself cause there's several options:

no Palisman, only magical staff that's a bit weaker than others due to that, because Luz still doesn't feel like she deserves it as a "real" witch/doesn't have such a connection with the Isles like others born there/didn't felt particularly drawn to any creature and decided to wait. But she gets her Palisman as well later, influenced by Eda: a snowy owl, an ashy-faced owl, or a burrowing owl. Snowy Owl -> mostly bc fitting Azura's white aesthetic Ashy Faced Owl -> I think the most well known owl species of the Dominican Republic, with its peculiar gray colored face Burrowing Owl -> have you seen these guys they're damn adorable and tinyyyyyy- (also another species found in the Dominican Republic actually)

A black cat Palisman, since they're the most common and stereotypical symbol for witches and it would totally be in character for Luz to go "uehuehe kitty". Also because of her hoodie if yall want to count that.

A black dog/hound, one of the goddess Hecate sacred animals, the one representing loyalty obviously and the emotive part of magic and energy. In general I think dogs fit Luz well tho.

Some... mystical or mythological creature of some kind? Cause Luz realizes she can go hogwild with her palisman and thus frees her imagination.

4- the portal to the human world got lost in some way after Luz arrived in the Boiling Isles! That's why she's stranded there and hasn't seen her mom in more than 25 years :) I don't have the details yet since, again, we have so little information on the portal itself! Why in canon Eda's the one who has it? Was it in her parents possession or she found it in the Night Market or something? Where does it come from originally?? Hell if we know. This obviously becomes a bit of a problem for my au cause it influences how Luz arrived in the Isles in the first place. Could it be a random human treasures smuggler who accidentally brought her there? Did the Emperor/Emperor's Coven had it and things got out of hand? Or maybe the Clawthorne, or even the Blight family, got it? The only thing I'm sure of is that yes, both Luz and Belos are actively looking for it, for different reasons of course, and that hypothetically in the au story it will jump up again, and there will be drama and angst.

5- Luz definitely upgraded her glyph craft!! She experimented and honed both glyphs and skills through the years, finding new glyphs, different combinations, variations and applications, and is now super prepared, enough to keep up with the Emperor's coven squads that try to capture her- and Amity. She kind of adapts to the situation so her equipment isn't every day 100% the same, but the casting methods are similar: carved jewelry and accessories, embroidered fabrics, runestones, she even made her own (mono use) stickers! Naturally, these objects aren't infinitely durable and using them consumes them physically and energetically, but depending on the material and size they vary in durability and power. Though, the trusted notepad and pencil are always there in some pocket, along with some already-drawn papers for emergencies. She also got a couple of tattoos that include glyphs, one of which is a light spell, obviously, but it's a more risky way of casting since it uses her own physical energy, so the glyphs themselves are small. Both Gus and Willow got one as well! and Amity too but it's technically a secret

6- oh you know she will lmao I mean, she's not Steven Universe, but she is observant and a good person, and understands that sometimes certain situations, events, upbringing and generally education cough Emperor propaganda cough bring people to do bad stuff. This won't stop her from smacking to the ground and eventually punch if she runs out of glyphs whoever tries to hurt her or her loved ones. If they show regret and/or understand what they're doing is wrong, changing their ways, she might concede her forgiveness, but otherwise they're gonna eat the dust. I think she knows every member of Amity's squad by name tho?? And she kinda has fun escaping law, so the fights can go like "Hey Steve, I heard you're a dad now! Congrats dude!! If you want I can make you explode a little so you can stay home and play with the baby beast!" or "Wait, you guys don't even have dental?? You should have told me, I would have aimed lower!"

With Amity is a whole other thing, the romantic tension between them is so thick the rest of the team feels like they're intruding something every time for f sake

I’ve finally decided I’m ready to share the EPICNESS that is “The Garak/Bashir Mysteries” series by JA Ingram and along with it, do a video intro*.

I’ve wanted to rec this since I started the blog, but like many stories I like a lot, I wanted to wait until the blog had more of a following. Also, I kept thinking that maybe I needed to reread the whole thing, which is rather a behemoth task given that it’s over 300K words (basically 3 long novels) and quite emotionally involving. But now I’ve just about reached 550 followers and I realize that after a bit of review, I remember more than enough of this masterpiece to recommend it here, right now.

In addition to the basics I share in the video, a few points / warnings about this story:

It’s great but HUGE and a giant (but rewarding) time-suck. For me, it was the kind of thing I couldn’t put down. At first it seems pretty standard G/B DS9, if very well done, but as you read on, you have just GOT to know what’s going to happen, what’s going on -- with the mystery, with Garak & Bashir, with the other characters. The sheer tension in these stories is pretty incredible. So just a warning: If you have something to do, like a test or a wedding or a move or something you NEED to do, don’t start reading this right as you’re about to do it. A good strategy would be to bookmark the link and then take it on slow. If you can.

The Mysteries include some plot elements and imaginative flourishes that I haven’t seen in any other stories, despite the fact it dates to almost 20 years ago. It’s super inventive. One of these unique points is how much of the story involves Bajor or is set on Bajor. So there are lots of points of Bajoran culture written into it. Almost all of “Meditations” is set on Bajor, for example.

There are lots and lots of original characters, and all and all, they are really well done -- probably whole spin-off stories could be written about just them. In “Meditations,” while there is a huge amount going on between G&B, there are a couple other OC couples who also have totally separate dramas going on between them. AND there is a another relationship between Canon characters that is there too. (Not naming, bc spoilers.) At times it was a bit distracting but I think it was because at that point I had read about 200,000 words and just wanted to follow the ONE relationship. But it was great, I guess if you are more patient than I was.

This story starts in Season 5 and rapidly goes AU (Alt. Universe), first in what happens, and then in some backstory that’s revealed. It goes pretty full-tilt AU, to be honest, but that’s all I can say. Anything else would be spoiling it. I’m not sure if the series was even over when this was written, so honestly the author could’ve just been imagining their own “future,” really!

Summary of the stories:

“Cheap Date” is the intro story and has G/B teaming up to investigate their first mystery.

“Sinless” is a novella-length mystery with G/B getting involved with politics down on Bajor and also with one another.

“The Never Ending Sacrifice” is a novel that continues on from before, with G/B back on the station, together, with a whole lot of stuff I can’t put in without spoiling.

“Meditations on a Crimson Shadow” is a big, big drama/mystery mostly set on Bajor, again following from before, at first in a personal drama but then in a crisis of planet-wide importance.

“Red Uniform” is a drabble that only makes sense after part 4.

“Kal-toh” is a story that describes a prior relationship Garak mentions earlier in the series and could be read as a stand-alone.

* Which has a HORRIBLE preview pic and contains a few mistakes, but bah. Corrections include: I don’t know why I didn’t say JA Ingram as the author, as THAT is how the author went at time of posting. Also, only three of the stories are novel-length, not four. One is a long stories, one a short story, and one is a drabble. The perfectionist in me wants to fix the video but again, bah.

Julian gathered their plates off the desk and put them back on the replicator pad for recycling then rose to his feet, "Well, let's go ask then," the Doctor looked up at Garak for a moment and grinned. "First a replicated dinner at home, now a replicated lunch at my desk-Garak, you're turning into a very cheap date."

"Excuse me?" Garak asked, a little taken aback. "What exactly is 'a cheap date'?"

"It's just something we say on Earth," Julian shrugged. "It means that you're happy with a simple and inexpensive meal and that you don't have to be wined and dined to enjoy my company, that's all."

"I see," Garak responded slowly, "well, I suppose that means that you also consider this to be a date, albeit a 'cheap' one, then?"

"Well..." the Doctor suddenly appeared to be at a loss for words. His mouth hung open slightly as if he were trying to think of some response, any response to Garak's question.

"I'm flattered, Julian," Garak rose from his seat and grinned mischievously. "However, if this is your idea of seduction, next time let's try for something a little less on the cheap. You are, after all, an up and coming Doctor, and I wouldn't want to compromise my virtue for a mere sandwich and a glass of juice. I do have my standards, after all."

"You are an terrible person, Garak," Julian said, rolling his eyes.

"I can see why you're still single if that's how you talk to all of your dates, my dear Julian," Garak chuckled. "Now, let's go see about this mystery we have before us."

01 Agustus 2017. Awal dgn tanpa rasa

hari ini gue kerja kelompok prakarya di rumah pau (rencana awal) dan gue jajan seblak dulu, gue santai2 aja karena gue pikir dia gabakal ikut buat kerja kelompok tp ternyata dia jd ikut krn tbtb si victor nelpon dia dan nanya dia lg dimana,kira2 bisa ga dirumah dia (pau ngebatalin kerkom dirumahnya), dan akhirnya kita nungguin dia dateng kerumah pau. muka gue super dekil&merah karena emg gue kepanasan bgt dan gue lg makan seblak hahahaha, pas dia dateng, gue udh gakaruan mukanya, ya yaudah....gue gamikirin apa2. toh jg udah gaada apa2 (emg pernah ada apa2?wkwk) dan trs kita brgkt kerumah supri, dia nebeng sm victor krn motornya di parkiran. pas sampe rumah supri, gue lupa blm solat ashar. victor, supri nonis dan selda yg udh solat disekolah. akhirnya, gue solat ashar. berdua. sama dia jalan kaki ke masjid. gue sama sekali gatau jalan, ya gue sm dia asal masuk gang yg ada plang "masjid lurus terus xx meter" sampe akhirnya gue nyuruh dia nanya sm ibu2, dan ibu2nya blg "lurus aja nanti 2 gang setelah ini baru belok" gue jawab "makasih ya bu". gue lgsg ngomong "belajar ngomong makasih" dia jawab "gua ngomong ya lebih dulu dr lu, cuma gua ngomongnya pelan aja" yaa trs kita ngobrol2 aja, canggung ga????? banget!!! secara udh 1 bulan nganggep kyk strangers HUAHAHAHAH ganggu bgt ini perasaan canggung. paa sampe dimasjid gue ngomonh "kalo udh kelar pokoknua tungguin ya, nih disini" dia jawab "iyaa" trs gue wudhu dianterin dia dan gue solat....dan...tau ga??? gue solat cuma berdua! dan gue tau dia gamau ngimamin dan krn emg gaboleh imam kalo cuma berdua apalagi belom mukhrim jd kita solat sendiri2. gue tau muka gue gabanget pas lg mukena yg ini dan syukurnya gue duluan kelar, pas gue kelar gue lgsg keluar dan nunggu diluar, trs ada bocah ngeliatin dia ngetawain au suka apa gmn tp pas gue liatin mereka malah diem! dalem hati gue "ape lu suka ma die? halah jangan deh! ngeselin!" trs gue yakin bgt tu anak2 ngeliat gue yg lg ngeliatin mereka pasti mereka mikir "ni org ngapasi ganggu amat" atau jangan2 dia mikir "ni pacarnya apaansi cemburuan bgt" HADOH JANGAAAANNNN!!!! HAHAHAHA pas kelar solat nah baru tu gue gangajak ngobrol samsek, ya gue biarin aja,sampe akhirnyabgue buka ngobrol gue basa basi ngomongin jari kaki, trs kita mainan permainan abal gue "coba tebak dimana gue menemukan blabla" ya emg basi tp gue sm dia ngakak abis:( trs kita ngerjain tugas kelompok, dan asal lo tau, setiap bagian gue buat duduk didepan komputer pasti dia berdiri dibelakang gue, ngeliatin gue, gatau sih ya biarin laahh!! suka2 dia ye kan wkwkw. yaa semacam tar dia megang bangku belakang gue trs megang mouse atau keyboard tp ya gue minggir, lu kata drama korea yg berasa dipeluk jahahahah. pas bagian dia jg gue duduk disamping dia kok, krn dia gngerti maksud dia apa, trs ya gue bercanda2 kyk dia nyari gambar gajelas lah, ukuran font 1 lah,ukuran font 50an lah, gajelas kan? tentu. gue sm dia ngobrol ttg mamanya, gue suka ngobrol serius sm org, menurut gue itu menyenangkan. yaa mungkin krn udh hamlir sebulan jg jd gue seneng lah pas dia cerita, gue tengkurep dia jg tengkurep. dia tengkurep sambil ngerjain pr gue, dia bercanda lg, yg nantj angkanya digedein, yg nanti angkanya dikecilin. gue solat magrib jg sm dia lg, sm selda jg jd bertiga, tp dia jd jauh lebih diem aja. gue jd kyk penengah mereka, ya gue sambung2inaja topik apa kek. sampe akhirnya tbtb gue deg2an, tbtb victor nyeplos "prad lo suka ya sama 'dia'" ya gue gimana dong??!?!?!??!?! gawat, gue jawab aja "gak lah gila lu ya" (gue lupa ngomong najis apa ga) jujur w rada gasuka sama pertanyaan ini, gue cuma takut dikira munafik/kyk ngejelek2in dia. trs victor nanya lg untuk yg kedua kalinya tp ini pas mau pulang dan gue jawab "suka, gue jg suka sm lu, sm supri jg, sm selda, sm semuanya" hmmm..... pas pulang victor nyerahin dia ke gue/selda. gue berdoa "jgn nebeng ke gue!!!" dan dia jawab "sm selda aja" gua seneeeennnngg bgt. tp pas diruko si supri buat ambil motor tbtb dia ngomong "gue sm prada aja" dan nyalain rokok. songongnya lg dia malah duduk dibelakang. gue lgsg tegesin aja "nyetir lah! maunya ngerokok kan?" trs dja jawab "gasih, pdhl pas nyetir juga bisa" trs ya pas dijalan gue ngobrol, asal lo tau motor gue tu gaada jalunya dan paha gue nempel kepinggang dia. AH INO KAMU HARUS ADA JALUNYA YAAAA. kita dijalan ngomongin kepolisian, dia sama sekalj gatertarik/nanya gue mau dimana,lanjut dmn, gak. gak samasekali. pas nyampe parkiran ternyata dia kunci parkirannya dan tas dia ada didalem rumahnya, sdgkn kuncinya djbawa pulang sm abang2nya. trs tbtb abng2 yg punya parkiran (beda org) dateng nyamperin dan blg kalo motornya ada dirumah dia dan kl kunci ada di abang2 sono. dan...tu abang2 maksa buat surub dia aja yg kesni anterin kunci, gue lgsg narik 'dia' dan ngomong kalo gsopan kl kita yg nyruh dia kesini, dan akhienya gue sm dia memutuskan untuk ngambil aja, trs gue dibilang "sini aja kamu nunggunya"//"gausah pak, ikut aja"//"aduh gamau misah banget nih"//"heheh" ya gimana ya LO GATAU AJE BUSET NI MANTANNYA MASIH KYK ORANG PACARAN MA NI ORG!!!! trs gue dijalan sm dia ketemu sm banyam temen dia, gue yakin mereka bingung "kok dia gasama si (mantannya?" "baru lg tu ya?" hhhhh capek. trs akhirnya gue sm dia balik, gue sm dia bener2 kyk anak bebek, sebaris terus malah kadang dia disamping gue dan ngobrol sampe2 diklaksonin sm org (gue paling gasuka ada org ngobrol dijalan dan gue malah ngobrol) sampe akhirnya dia ngomong "gue anterin ga?"//gausah//gausah ya? yaudah. dan pas udh dekwt gang dia, dia melanin motornya, gue jg. dia ngomong "gue duluan ya, lu ati2" gue cuma ngelambaian tangan doang abis itu jalan kerumah. dan pas sampe rumah, dia ngechat. bener perkiraan gue, ya pasti bahas pr. gue jg ga ngarep lebih gue cerita ini krn gue tau gue bakal lupa sm cerita ini. dan yg harus lo tau,dulu, waktu dia ganganterin gue pas pulang, gue sedih bgt. rasanya sepi sendirian padahal biasanya jg begitu. tp ini engga,ga sama sekali. gue okok aja, gue malah nganggep dia sbg aga kedua. gue malah takut posisi aga kegeser sm dia. gue gamau bgt... gue sama sekali udh gaada rasa apapun, gue gataj,pdhl pas hari seninnya (31/07) gue kangeeeen bgt sm dia! parah kangennya ampe guw mau nangis, tp hari ini...diawal agustus ini. gue gangerasa apa2, datar semuanya. gue jg gangerti, apa inj yg namanya 'sembuh total'? satu2nya alasan gue bisa lupa ttg dia adalah "athal, lg apa ya disana? gue mesti ke dia" dan ya...lupa. *teruntuk fauziyyah,maaffff udah asal nyeplos pas pau lg sedih, "kok lu sedih bgt si? pau? meninggal ya?" dan innalillahi wainnalillahi rojiun, malam ini, ibu dr fauziyyah meninggal...ya Allah semoga amal ibadahnya diterima oleh Allah, fauziyyahhhh tabah! maaaaff ya:( **teruntuk 'dia',terimakasih telah menepati janji untuk mengurangi bahkan hampir berhenti dr kebiasaanmu, merokok. ayok hentikan!
