Here are my hcs of Nanami with his partner after the kids go to bed and the next morning

it gets a little suggestive in there but overall fluffy lol

he will go to you for a hug and kiss right after closing the kid’s door. they don’t always lead to something else or get too spicy but its part of the routine now. even on the bad and/or tiring days, he’ll meet you in the hallway for a quick peck and hug that’s got you both happily sighing

he’ll use the time after that to go around the house looking for any dishes the kids may have hidden or just dropped somewhere as you get the dry clothes from the dryer

he’ll pop everything in the dishwasher (yes, he’s a dishwasher user now bc kids go through dishes like it’s their job and they have overtime to do) and meets you on the couch to fold the clothes

sometimes you’ll both talk about the parts of your day that he didn’t see and he’ll do the same, other times you’ll listen to music or a podcast, and other times you’ll watch some brainrotting television

once you both know the kids are definitely asleep and not faking it, you’ll sneak back into the rooms to organize what the kids couldn’t. of course, you both tell the kids to clean but they’re young and don’t always fix everything where it should be (and you’re both a little OCD so you have to fix it behind your children’s back to avoid hurting their feelings)

laughs whenever a toy or thing clanks too loud and your immediate reaction is turn around with your mouth and eyes wide open, panicking if that woke up the sleeping child

gives the kids another kiss before leaving their room and sometimes snuggles with them while they’re sleeping. they’re growing up and don’t want to be hugged all the time and nanami misses when they’d crawl all over him and beg to be carried

will make you a nighttime tea as you put the clothes away and meets you in your room to get ready for bed

will set the bed while you shower and will quickly shower while you do your skincare

gets out of the shower and grabs the hairdryer to dry both his and your hair

Peem didn't willingly draw over his precious painting because he thought it'd look better; he did it because he wanted it to express his feelings. This also ties into Peem's insecurity at having (apparently) failed at being Phum's comfort zone because see, in the painting it looks like the sea is embracing the roses, or protecting them.

What I'm trying to say, is that what makes art beautiful is not just what you directly see on the canvas/right in front of you. And this applies even to the "pretty" ones. The David is not just famous because it looks very good, but also because of the amount of skill and talent Michelangelo had to be able to create such a thing from a block of marble. (I'm sorry I'm not good at examples or analogies 😭)

If I haven't said this before: find a man who looks at you like Phum (Pond) looks at Peem (Phuwin).

Phum still feels guilty (which is very clear from his reaction to what Peem says) about ruining Peem's painting, so he wants to do something to make sure nothing like that ever happens to Peem again.

Belated SxF ch86 review! I’m still not over how good the chapter was! There’s so many good scenes and little details so here’s a list of everything that I really loved about the chapter!

*Spoilers for SxF ch86*

- Twilight and Nightfall’s conversation in the sewers. How she knew his ‘for the mission’ speech was an official explanation and not his true feelings

- Senior WISE agent calling Twilight “Ta-bo” aka Tasogare boy

- Twilight refusing to go get drinks bc he wanted to go back home and clear up the gripes with Yor

- Twilight’s melancholic thoughts and expression before he entered the apartment

- Yor having a halo around her from Twilight’s POV

- Twilight unintentionally relaxing, letting his guard down and collapsing in front of Yor

- The first thing Twilight asked about was Anya’s whereabouts

- Twilight and Yor clearing up their misunderstanding about the gripes

- Twilight asking Yor to help with the housework which made Yor very happy

- Yor’s gripe was having no real gripes bc of the way Loid tried to take everything on himself

- The heartwarming conversation between Loid and Yor. Everything about this scene was so good!

- The way Twilight addresses Yor directly in his mind like he wants to tell her how he truly feels but he can’t

- In Japanese, Twilight’s 「でもわヨルさん　オレは」 is just very soft and intimate

- Twilight’s “which is why…” and how it parallels Yor’s conviction from the Cruise arc

- Twilight immediately being on guard and standing up when Yuri burst in

- Yuri’s excuse for his injuries “being bodyslammed by his supervisor”

- Yor and Loid being in the kitchen together

- Yuri’s sharp instinct almost exposed Twilight but Twilight was one step ahead

- Yor making Yuri go home in favour of letting Loid rest despite Yuri being injured too. She’s setting up boundaries.

- Twilight angsty shower scene. Bless Endo-sensei!

- The way Twilight didn’t even treat his wound first really showed that he was in a rush to get home

- It’s hard to tell how late it was when Loid got home but I really liked that Yor waited for him. She put Anya to bed so it wouldn’t be too strange if she got ready for bed too. But she was still in day clothes so she was worried about him too.

KARASU is smooth with it, hand behind the passenger seat as he looks behind. has road rages actually, will not hesitate to honk people. hates it so much when he gets cut off. “WHERE’S YOUR FUCKING SIGNAL?!” honks x4‼️ got a crude crow car decal sticker on the rear window

KUNIGAMI is the designated driver but he’s a fast driver. i don’t think he realises the weight he puts on the accelerator is more than needed. is the go to if you’re out drunk and need someone to take you home safe or just need a ride in general. responsible 👍🏼

OTOYA still isn’t clear which way the car moves when he turns the steering wheel. spent a near 30 minutes directing him about the distance he should turn. outsider perspective is just you waving your arms about and him with the car going back and forth.

RIN would rather die than parallel park. attempts to drive past one when you pointed at the empty space. plays music so loud like you can feel the vibration as he drives past and for what. speeding ticket x1. his cars smells really good though very clean too.
