hey guys im trying to draw more this year as well as write, and i haven't been THAT productive. But here's some assorted (mostly turtle) doodles.

I used to draw every day, but I kind of put it down for about four or five years now for a lot of stressful mental health reasons I think. But I'm in a much better place this year, and so far it's been going much better! Even if it's just little doodles and scribbles, it's progress.

(My goal by the end of next year is to make an animatic.)

This is Donatello from my TMNT au, Mockingbird! He’s a gulf coast box turtle, he and his brothers live on a remote island with not much human interaction until some random business man (COUGH SHREDDER COUGH) comes in and starts building shit, they’re left alone for the most part and are really confused by modern technology, until a human girl just so happens to find them on a school trip…

They are creatures and I adore them so much.

Anyways, here’s a break from all the cheebs I’ve been drawing. ❤️

Hey hey its Casey Jones! Another wip for something else that I'm doodling for my To The Top AU. Still on the fence about how they all meet but this is when he meets April (he might have accidently crashed through her living room and hijinks ensue) I've always seen the turtles meet April first and not really meeting Casey first as in canon so this is the spin off result.

Guys, I can't think you enough for what a great year this has been and I can't wait to start showing you guys what I've been working on in this upcoming new year. All the comments and community and fun crossovers with friends have really made my year, and I'm so happy I started writing a stupid little turtle fanfic that people actually enjoyed. I expected maybe 100 kudos if I was lucky, and a couple little comments;

But my expectations were absolutely blown out of the water by you guys commenting, and drawing fanart, and just- playing with me in this silly little turtle space.

So thanks for a great year!
