Us ladies after our 2nd self defence class last night- I got home and forgot some of it 😣 but luckily @sugarlessj can remind me! This week is a crazy busy one, so I have decided to incorporate @toneitup into my Miracle Morning practise. Every morning, I get up and: ☆ Clear my thoughts ☆ Visualise myself after achieving all my goals ☆ Write my affirmations in my diary ☆ Comple a TIU workout or daily moves ☆ Eat a really nutritious, yummy breakfast. I dont even drink coffee anymore (only decaff)! Then at night I make sure to wash my face properly with my skincare routine and read at least 1 chapter of a personal development book.
