Yeah! Of course! Thank you for asking! I’ve had these done for a few days but have been really busy with real life!

Spoilers for both Cattails and Wildwood Story and Jag’s reasoning for coming for the Wildwood

-Part of their love for licorice is due to the fact that one of their parents would occasionally bring them one. It was… an acquired taste to say the least but eventually they grew to love it!

-Arthur would occasionally come and talk to Jag while they guarded. Arthur would try to tell them some grand tale about how they caught the biggest hare any cat had ever seen or something along those lines. Jag did appreciate the attempts to socialize, really, they did, but not while they are trying to protect Arthur and the rest of the Domain

-Arthur and Jag are also cousins but their conflicting personalities and schedules can occasionally result in arguments, typically from Jag

-Jag’s tail is shorter in Wildwood Story due to Ursa, who was a major reason why Jag left the Mountain Domain. Jag snapped at them about how they were a tyrannical leader, leading to Ursa striking back at them. Most of Jag’s injuries healed but their tail became infected so Luna had to remove part of it

-The above action was the last time Jag saw Luna or any other Mountain Domain cats as they quickly left to join the rest of the group leaving to the Wildwood

-Jag and Talon mutually respect one other for both being dedicated to their duties. This means that Krampy wanted to get to know Jag as well. Jag greatly respects the other cat’s ability to heal injuries but occasionally gets worried at the thought of their experiments causing harm to the colony or themself

-Jag doesn’t like Zephyr due to their flashy nature. Additionally, Jag doesn’t really understand why they’re famous

-Whenever a new cat joins the colony, Jag interviews them to see if they are a security risk

What would Peri’s power level be if he didn’t have his inhibitor/stabilizer wand and just went apeshit?

While Cosmo deals with too much magic in his body, Peri suffers from a slightly different issue. Cosmo has the greatest amount of magic in Fairy World. Peri is incapable of regulating his magic.

Peri cannot, not then as a child and not now in the present, control his magic. Without his inhibitor, he can easily destroy an entire realm- just as he nearly destroyed Earth as a baby. This fact has not changed, although it is less plausible today than back then.

Peri's taken extra measures in the present-day to ensure it cannot happen.

I know I’m not that active but please vote Bridget!! She’s one of my favorite characters of all time and is so cool!! Whenever you take away the fronts and learned behaviors that Timmy displays sometimes, do you ever notice that like Timmy attracts others fairly quickly?

Like when you take away his random bursts of snippiness and cold moments and you see him actually let loose and be himself he makes friends like it's nobody's business. Because Timmy isn't just kind, he's endearing as well.

Sure he's mischievous and sarcastic, but these traits add to him in a way that people can't help but still like him. Like Big Daddy, Wanda's dad. Dude's a mobster who only likes his daughters and doesn't really care for anything else. But he enjoys Timmy quite a bit. Or Mama Cosma who's a bit uppity and overbearing towards Cosmo, shows a soft spot to Timmy and showers him like he's her own grandson.

Or Jorgen who's incredibly serious, however when it comes to Timmy he's more lenient towards him. Even though he wants to tear his hair out half the time. Or the alien prince who immediately grew to adore Timmy and try to be his bestie. And then there's Jimmy from the crossover episodes, who's notorious for being iffy about making friends easily. Yet with Timmy, once their differences are aired out, Jimmy gets comfortable with him and even starts a friendship with him! And fucking Chip Skylark??????? He literally befriended a fucking celebrity??????

Like Timmy Turner is special in a way where he unknowingly befriends so many people without even trying and the ironic thing is because of his home life and the universe being hellbent against him, he has no real idea just how wonderful he really is. Just how many people actually adore and love him.

But Wanda and Cosmo see it. They've always have seen it and it's one of the many reasons they love him.

Timmy Turner is a good kid, and his heart is one of gold despite the world constantly trying to tarnish it with its bullshit. I think it's one of the reasons I love his kid myself.

Fairly Odd Parents; A New Wish finale spoilers!!

Okay so am I the only one who didn’t like the fact that Hazel’s friends now know about the fairies?

Because like, how do you go on from that? Maybe it’s because I never really got attached to her friends the same way I did with Dev, but it’s just racking my mind over how the episodes in season two will go.

It kind of feels like them knowing about the fairies will only cause troublesome situations like “oh it’s fine! Hazel can just wish us out of this mess” or “Hazel can you wish this for us please?” Which will probably cause a lot of problems, and there’s no going back from that.

It could be because on every site I watched FOPANW for free, it’s missing “The Wellsington Hotellsington” episode which I’m pretty sure is the episode where Winn gets formally introduced, and the trio’s friendship cements. I’ll probably have to buy that episode since websites don’t want to add it for some reason…

But now Season 2 most likely will be focused more on the trio and their shenanigans, so I don’t knowww… I’m really biased though, I love Dev as a character and I love his and Hazel’s dynamic (before the whole taking over fairy world thing)☹️

I like Jasmine and Winn but I just don’t care for them, you know?

And onto Hazel’s brother Antony, he’s cool and all but why does he need to know about the fairies?

Like I know this makes it SO much easier for Hazel, and it’s basically a huge weight lifted off of her, but story wise?? Eughhh I don’t know😖

I mean, if they explore his and Deja’s relationshipppp hmmm okayyyy😋😋 But I just know how they’d segue way into that, and thinking about it makes me uncomfortableeee!!

Basically what I’m saying is, I CAN’T WAIT FOR SEASON TWO AND I HOPE THERE IS MORE DEV CONTENT!!!

PLEASEE don’t have Dev just be a one off antagonist☹️☹️

The theory that Dev keeps his memories because of his shades (and also his similarities to some other rich kid that was in the original series of whom I forgot his name) is cool, but also awkwarddd— because what does he do with that information?? Like okay buddy, you remember. Now what? He never had the best relationship with Peri in the first place!! I’d prefer if maybe season one went on WITHOUT Irep interfering or at least appearing but not appearing again until the next season, because THEN Dev and Peri could’ve connected at least a little, and Dev could have more realizations about “maybe I don’t need my father’s approval” or something— then in season two when Dev goes on a spiral or something, let’s say his dad ticks him off;

Dev tries to have a heart to heart with his dad after Hazel and Peri push him to,

“I feel like you don’t care about me, and all I want is for you to be proud of me—“

And his dad is like,

“Come back to me when you do something I can be proud of.”

SO THEN he becomes bitter at Hazel and Peri for “making” him go do that, and turns to Irep to take over Fairy World.

Eughhhh but this is a kid’s show after all, and they want to cater to their attention spans so a show that takes a while to fully flesh out their characters would probably go right over some kid’s heads (or not, they could probably become smarter.)

I still love the show, and fanfiction exists for this exact reason—

I'm going to get some flack for this but—despite enjoying Fairly Odd Parents: A New Wish quite a lot, I find Timmy Turner was the more compelling protagonist.

Don't get me wrong, Hazel is a fantastic and lovable addition to the show, but I find a lot of her shenanigans aren't as fun or snappy as Timmy's.

I don't really see the reason why Hazel of all people needs fairies. Her brother is off at college but he visits and still clearly loves and cares about her. Her parents get busy from time to time but they're there when it matters and they also love her very much. Her mother is probably the busiest of the two, but she still makes time for her daughter.

The catalyst of the pilot is Hazel running away to see her brother because she wasn't handling the move right away, but very quickly after all this she is able to make friends and maintain an upbeat attitude.

I don't think Hazel needs to be soul crushingly miserable for the show to work, but maybe a spare line here or there about how Fairly World/Da Rules went through a MASSIVE overhaul after a certain, infamous, pink-hatted god-child shook things up could've been nice (Jorgen mentioning that the world has improved since Timmy was a kid, so the qualifications for misery have been loosened?).

It might be the childhood nostalgia talking, but I liked Timmy as a character. He was a ten year old boy who made wacky and wild decisions, whose character only got ruined from the show running too long. If Timmy had gotten the FOP:NW treatment, I think we could've had so much potential for character growth and continuity. (I've made the executive decision not to count seasons 9 and 10 as canon because everything up to that point felt OG!FOP to me).

I see posts saying that Timmy's problems were external while Hazel's are internal, but despite her supposed internal struggles, Hazel is very emotionally mature. Again, I don't think she needs to be MISERABLE and EXTREMELY insecure, but her life pre-fairies doesn't seem that different than her supposed life without. Even without Cosmo and Wanda, I'm sure she would've been able to befriend her classmates, eventually get through to Dev, and find happiness in her life.

I guess my fondness of Timmy is that his fairies were his family. Cosmo and Wanda were like his adopted parents. Poof/Peri was his brother. He had no one else. And I guess I wish I could've gotten a quality ending for him. I need closure! I wanna know how he's doing in FOP:NW. I want to see that he's happy and thriving (and maybe a reunion between him and his family).

Timmy, for all his childishness, selfishness, and pettiness, was a good kid at heart. He was ten years old for crying out loud! Ten year olds tend to be immature lil' kids. I excuse some of his wilder wishes. All he really wanted was acceptance and love and he cared for his Fairy God Parents so, so much. Cosmo and Wanda have a HALL OF TIMMY in their house, for crying out loud!

Hazel is a good protagonist and I'm glad she's in the show, but Timmy holds a special place in my heart. In my heart of hearts, the HALL OF TIMMY still exists somewhere in C+W's house/appartment and he will forever be their son.

Family Dinner Night!

Congrats Peri(winkle) for finally getting the Godparenting license!!! 🥳🥳🥳 - from your loving parents and godbrother 💖💖💖

More concept art and as usual my insane ramblings below.

I NEED TO GET THE CREATIVE URGES OUT OF MY HEAD!!! It has been bothering with my motivation to finish my gazillions of homeworks lmao. I have so many ideas I need to let out!!! It's suffocating. I hope this will satisfy my creative urges for a while... Or not I will yap about my FOP AU on a separate post (when I'm able).

I can't stop being sad thinking about this family lol. Timmy 😭😭😭

I am not kidding when I say that my head is just filled with so many things that I want to contribute in the FOP fanworks lol. There's a lot I want to do, but so little time...

For now, I've decided to practice my take on the FOP artstyle. I wanted to do something simple as drawing and coloring practice. That's why the coloring this time is flat with no shadings. I think the show doesn't focus on shaded colors too much (except on scenes where there's a heavy implication of day/night, for shock value, etc.).

Just wanted to draw something cute because I haven't been feeling so swell lately. Nothing too poetic or detailed this time.

Other than that, two of the outfits this time is actually inspired by @suki-na-kumo for Peri and an image I found floating around in Twitter/X (sorry I don't remember who shared it) for Timmy's design. Suki-na-kumo's FOP family redesigns are so cool and adorable! I like that they always include flowy attributes in Peri's outfits lol. It makes him look like a pampered brat (which he kinda is seeing how his family coddles him), an otherworldly prince and also a Twink TM (that is unavoidable lol). I kinda want to draw their other FOP redesigns, but I'll just go with Peri's first.

I am not sure where that 18 year old Timmy design is from, but it kinda can be his design for those who theorise him on becoming a lawyer as an adult. There's a lot of instances where Timmy is wearing a suit in the show, but this design is one of my favs due to the hairstyle change. My adult Timmy designs in the future will be influenced from this piece of official art. I wonder if there are more Timmy designs in the wild wild west out there that I haven't seen... It is certainly an interesting find (Teen AJ is also there, and his design also looks cool to me).

Cosmo and Wanda's oufits are something that I cooked up. I don't think the coloring looks good... I just did this on a whim, and for about 13 hours. Damn, I am procrastinating on my work lmao.

Still, the context this time is, that they've had a family dinner to celebrate on Peri's achievement on finally obtaining his godparenting license!!! Good for him!!!

This is an AU if Timmy somehow was able to find a loophole in the "losing your memories of your fairy godparents after you become an adult" rule. Because of that, he continued his life as normal (as Timmy's chaotic life can be), but this time he is able to keep in contact with his fairy family even if they're not contractually obligated to stick together. Timmy does live with the Fairywinkle Cosma's around his college to early work years, but he eventually was able to move out and live on his own at where he works as a lawyer after a while in his adulthood. (His birth parents eventually went on a lifetime vacation without him or just went away for too long that Timmy just lives on his own a lot after he is 18 and above...)

Despite living on his own nowadays (In a New Wish context), Timmy does keep in contact with his fairy family and visits them when he's not busy with his job. Cosmo and Wanda still took a long vacation in this AU, first due to, yeah, Timmy is no easy feat as a godchild lol, and second, they actually want to take their time to raise BOTH of their children (even if Timmy is no longer a child/godchild) and guide them until they're stable adults. Timmy during college years actually only stays with the Fairywinkle Cosma's on holidays, so when Timmy's busy with college, that is when Cosmo and Wanda take their time relaxing lmao.

Sometimes when they really want to have some time alone or when Peri wants to see his bro, they will send Peri to Timmy's college for a day or more. Timmy babysits Peri so much during his college years lol. They both had fun though! With a lot of Peri newfound nuclear fairy power shenanigans at Timmy's college lmao. Studying law and taking the bar exam has never been more chaotic with babysitting a nuclear powered fairy child.

There's a lot more on this AU that I've been thinking, but I'll stop here for now. I need to gather my AU ideas in one post sometime later.

Also, Peri and Timmy are both adults here, Peri's around his 20's here and Timmy is on his early 30's I think. Cosmo, Wanda, and Peri are in their human disguises here, because they want to learn more about human culture (A New Wish context) while also having the desire to be more in Timmy's life.

I headcannon Timmy to be kinda short in his adulthood. This is also a nod to that episode when his fairy family used imperfect human disguises, even Poof/Peri was taller than Timmy in his human baby disguise lol. And also hey, wearing braces during his teen years paid off! (his big teeth are visible only when he opens his mouth lol)

Oh my gods! This is the art ever!! Thank you so much!! ^^ I'll talk about each one of these four! (Also I have begun work on drawing your sillies ^^)

Six Ears Listening:

The youngest iterator of their group! They were activated around the time the last big ascension event happened. They have no clue about the Great Problem. All they know is that there are many scavengers on their facility grounds. They decide their main purpose is to help scavengers thrive and have the best lives possible. So, Softly Flowing Water genetically modified a slugcat, named The Alert, as a gift to them. We'll talk more on The Alert later though! They have Six Ears is overall quite eccentric and kinda wild. They speak quickly and want information immediately. However, they are still friendly and cherish those they care about deeply. Their clothes are all ripped up due to playing with scavenger kits.

Softly Flowing Water:

The second youngest iterator. He knows there is a Great Problem, but doesn't care enough to find out what it is. He's very calm and collected and knows how to calm others down. Additionally, he is very quiet until you get to know him. There are many slugcat colonies all over his grounds. Similar to Six Ears, he adores them! He genetically modifies them and delivers them to other iterators. That's how he asked Six Ears Listening to be iterator married. He changed himself to be more slugcat-like, giving himself a tail, feet, and ears. His hope was that this would connect him better with his scugs! And it has worked! He can detach himself from his can and run around with his slugcat feet. Essentially, their relationship together is that they are married and sometimes Water likes to surprise Six Ears with a little visit! Those in their local group are also obsessed with speciifc creatures, but I haven't made their designs yet! I do know there is going to be a lizard loving one and that the oldest iterator in their group greatly admires The Ancients, and has a group living on their grounds.

The Alert:

They're a slugcat who was genetically modified to be more scavenger-like. They were raised by one of the three tribes living near Six Ears Listening. Six Ears assigned them to research, befriend, and meet other scavenger tribes. They have an overseer to follow them, but they often use visual cues to indicate information to Six Ears. They and Dusk Upon a Dream are in love and travel together. Dusk Upon a Dream will be talked about more later though! They are a bit skittish if to be wary. They do have another job: to protect scavengers. The yellow on their fur is bioluminescent and their ears are big to hear predators. They are also taller than the average slugcat to look over places easier. (They are one of my favorite sillies)

Dusk Upon a Dream:

A scavenger who originated from one of the three main big tribes around Six Ears Listening's facility grounds. He is the half-brother of the leader. Due to his meekness, he was always seen as an outcast. Additionally, he has anxiety and gets scared easily. Eventually, The Alert visited his tribe. Not wanting to be in his tribe anymore, due to their poor treatment of him, he began to follow The Alert. They were cautious of each other at first but eventually, they began to know each other. While Dusk struggles with spears, he's good at finding fruits. He often just holds the spears for The Alert. Over time, they fell in love and would travel together always.

I've played around with the idea of Six Ears giving them a scavenger kit to adopt or maybe genetically modifying one for them or perhaps they have both. I don't know! I think it would be cute for them.

Did Peri tell Timmy that he was planning to become a Fairy Godparent/that he was assigned a godkid? When we first see the fam reunite in the series, Cosmo and Wanda didn't seem to know.

Timmy had known Peri might pursue becoming a godparent, because Peri had consulted with him about career tracks!! And like. Being the only one invited to Peri's college graduation tends to give Timmy more insight than his parents. Special older brother privileges.

As for being assigned a Godkid, Timmy sorta... Stumbled into it. He found out long before Peri was told he had been given an assignment!

Timmy is like the only person he treats like a human being bc he helped him at his most vulnerable and helped him reunite with his Dad— which is the only reason he can even make money today

And— does he really know for sure that Timmy helped him reunite with Doug? No. Probably not. But I feel like he'd have a feeling.

Anyways imagine Timmy showing up, Dale is obsessed with him MORE than he's obsessed with his boots, and for some reason he (Dev) can't discern, Peri, Hazel, Wanda and Cosmo are all obsessed over this guy too.

He'd absolutely lose his shit and probably be the only one to hate Timmy (in this scenario)

Turns out I actually have so many ideas for grown up Timmy Oml-

Concept 1

Comic artist

Timmy always read to me as a really creative kid with a very rich imagination not to mention his love for comics like the crimson chin.

Also be for real, cleft the boy chin wonder was basically baby’s first self insert oc.

So I really like the idea of a future where Timmy got to make his own comics, maybe he works on a reboot of the crimson chin comics orrrrr he is retelling his own childhood adventures from when he had fairies without ever considering that it wasn’t just his imagination but reality.

Heck maybe making a crimson chin fan comic is what’s jumpstarted his career so that later he gained opportunities and made his own series?

Also in this idea I can say proudly: “bro is just like me fr fr.”/j

Like any artist and writer he suffers creatively twice.

He is a chronic procrastinator and there are two reasons he is able to keep any of his deadlines:

They are called coffee and redbull.

He has passion, he has fun but god damn his work ethic is just about the worst example he could give his kids which is exactly why he doesn’t LIKE letting them see him work.

He is unorganised and constantly suffering from art block,writers block- bro is basically just in a creative burn out 24/7.

In a new fish he could maybe pop in via holding a meet and greet, signing copy of his works and the likes. Hazel and or dev could be fans of his work and thus shenanigans happen.

Concept 2

Child care

Okay this one comes with a bit of backstory: Basically once Timmy got old enough he actually started his own babysitting service, perhaps even together with his friends.

The main reason was of course Vicky.

He could steal away her jobs so she couldn’t traumatise more children by being so,SO icky.

But that’s when he also learned he kinda really liked looking after those little rascals.

Especially babies and toddlers, something about them just set off this warm and fuzzy feeling of familiarity within him.

So as a grown up he would make looking after them his whole career, I haven’t really settled in what way though.

He could be like a nanny for hire, or maybe even a daycare attendant running his own place.

I like to think there are a few moments where he would subconsciously act kinda like Wanda and or Cosmo while looking after these kids but with his own spin of course.

He is pretty witty and was a well known troublemaker in his youth so he knows just about every trick a kid can pull and isn’t opposed by teaching them a lesson by making their schemes backfire horribly.

No harm done except for a temporary wound on the child’s pride perhaps. But then again he is so fun during playtime how can any kid stay mad?

And if he is a nanny for hire: who knows maybe Dev is in need of supervision sometime soon?:>

Sub concept

Child counsellor

Kinda similar to the backstory of the previous idea simply this time Timmy decided to focus on kids who may be a little more troubled due to outside factors like he was.

Because he can SWEAR that back then there was someone who was there for him in a similar he now is for these kids and even if he can’t remember it anymore.

You can bet that there is nothing stopping him from being a safe adult for them to come to.

Concept 3

Fairy

Probably one of the most popular I’ve seen and I gotta be honest it’s a lot of fun to think about, but because so many ideas were already out there I did have a hard time coming up with something that wasn’t just a repeat of someone elses idea’s.

But I think in the end what I settled on is a fun concept:

Remember that episode where we see that unwished wishes get put into a kinda storage unit? And how Timmy made so many wishes his locker was basically about to burst?

I think it would be pretty fun if his duty as a fairy would be to basically reorganise these kinds of lockers and instead of storing wishes somewhere else Timmy has to find a use for them somewhere else.

It’s also kinda funny because I imagine Jorgan did kinda intend this to be a “Got’cha!” Moment, as let’s be real most of these wishes WERE HIS.

But jokes on him Timmy actually likes this job-

personally i think trudy was once a human woman, who was tuckers wife. her and tucker didnt have a great relationship, tucker loved her but he yelled at her constantly and had very high expectations for her, which she (being human) couldnt uphold

she died at some point, i think possibly in some kind of accident that also involved timmy, which is why he's the .5 kid, he knows the robot trudys arent his actual mom (which is why hes so depressed and reads sad poetry all the time, boys traumatized) and he's also a cyborg,

alternatively trudy, little tuck, & tiffany/tina all having died in an accident together, and timmy being the only human one in his family besides tucker, (or little tuck and tiffany/tina are just children that tucker made up so they could get that typical american dream life, but they had timmy before trudy died)

tucker keeps remaking her over and over again, trying to replicate his wife but also trying to fix her in the process. whenever one of the trudys fucks up, he just scraps her and starts again, but even the robots he makes aren't good enough for him.

to me tucker is an obsessed artist, attempting to recreate something he once loved but never being able to get it right, because what he doesn't realize is he never even truly loved trudy in the first place, he loved the version of her he had in his head

trudy will forever be just copies of copies of copies of an actual woman who wasn't even good enough for tucker in the first place, which is really just a good allegory for what life was like for a traditional 50's housewife, being treated as less than human and never being able to live up to society's expectations for women, of men's expectations for women.
