SO the full version of the trailer theme is finally out on YouTube and holy shit??? It goes so HARD!!! Give it a listen here.

After rewatching it over and over again, I noticed something so I’ll map out which lyrics appear with which character for y’all to see:

Wish I could’ve added more ss but I’m on the mobile app 🥲 Anyways, I really don’t think the dev team added the characters photos randomly ‘cause check this out:

In Ais’s part, the lyrics are about a certain weakness (ik the lyrics “my weakness” refer to a person but I chose to ignore that jskdksk) and survival. This may be a reach BUT doesn’t this reminds you of Ais’s official character description? Specifically of this part: “Ais seems capable of curing you...but a sick sense of dread surrounds him. He's beginning to suspect that he may not be as in control of his powers as he thought. Can you save each other, or will he drag you down to the abyss with him?" This so-called “weakness” could be his very own powers and he’ll need the player to help him, to “survive”.

Now, about Vere’s part, I don’t have much to say tbh other than the fact that the lyrics “Cause everytime we touch” appear for the first time in his part and I guess you could say it’s related to his frequenting at the brothel? (iykwim 😏) Oh! And you could also see him being touched by a lot of different hands in the trailer. Besides that, his part ends with the lyrics “need you by my side” sung softly by the singer hmm…

Kuras’s part on the other hand, starts strongly (I suck balls at describing music so pls listen 4 urselves, you’ll know what I mean😭) and at 1:59 mins the lyrics are “Cause everytime we touch” then his face darkens a little and it stars an instrumental interlude. I don’t know what that really means but he’s sus

Mhin’s part is sung very softly as well and the lyrics “We’ve been through them all. You make me rise when I fall” are so sweet more so because I think in their route they’ll open up more to the player after going together through incomprehensible horrors and we’ll learn how to support each other <33

Finally, Leander’s part!! Now, LISTEN. His part is the reason why I even made this post in the first place lmao This mf is way too sus but first of all, the building synth progression at 2:58???? oh my god I got CHILLS. literal chills. *ahem* Moving on, his part, starts strongly the same as Kuras’s part did. Their parts are the only ones sung like that… Weird, huh? Anyway, after the lyrics “I can’t let you go. Want you in my life” at 3:49, the song gets SUPER intense and starts sounding very desperate ig?? (kudos to Dan! love his voice frfr) and Leander’s part ends with “Need you by my side”. Okayy y'all… Y'ALL. THIS IS CRAZY. In his part we have both the lyrics "I can't let you go. Want you in my life" AND "I want this to last. Need you by my side". AHHHH Leander you obsessed little bitch (affectionate)

In conclusion, there’s no fucking way the red spring team didn’t assign the certain parts of the lyrics very and I mean VERY purposefully to each LI. The parts suit them specifically well so I highly doubt it’s random but it could also just be me reading too much into this

Now that that’s out the way, I’ll start with the ranting, you can leave now this is for me

THE ENDING⁉️ DAMN⁉️⁉️⁉️

I would start rereading immediately to see all the details and analyze the psychology of the ‘tsukuyomi world’ characters BUT I unfortunately have my global exams next week 🥲

Warning for -1000 media literacy‼️ while writing all this I remembered that my memory is bad an my analytical skills are even worse! So be warned :p

BUT ANYWAY!! This was a top tear fanfic, seriously at no point did I consider the infinite tsukuyomi as a possibility. And I think this has to do with the fact that the psychology and individual lives of the characters in this dream were so well developed. There’s so many POVs! And they’re so complex and detailed!! Really makes you wonder if this was really the tsukuyomi or if Kakashi’s consciousness was sent to a different world all together. Which is what makes it so terribly tragic. Kakashi lived so many years in this perfect world just to regain all his memories and find out that it really was all fake, a world made up entirely of his own fantasies.

Oh and what a fantasy it was, getting hit by that boulder and fucking dying! The only reason he got to live was bc of ‘Hound’ (which could be interpreted as his consciousness telling him to wake tf up). Everything felt so wrong to Kakashi not because he noticed this things weren’t right, but bc he was never meant to live in this world. This was the prefect reality for everyone around him, his dream, a world without him (FUCK BRO💔💔💔💔). Which is the reason why I think the characters are so three dimensional in this dream, maybe, idk bro I just made this up.

But even then, things don’t exactly add up (if you think about it they do BUT SHHHHHH LET ME DREAM). Why did some characters suffer so much if this was meant to be a better world for everyone else? Why did Rin’s parent’s die? Why did Sakumo try suicide so many times?

We know Rin’s and Obito’s relationship started declining when Rin didn’t believe Obito when he swore up and down that Kakashi was somehow alive (which IS Hound’s fault in a way, he saved Kakashi and that’s why Obito saw Kakashi sinking into the ground, making him believe that Kakashi didn’t die), but it goes farther than that. Rin’s real problem with Obito was that he was so stuck on his dead teammate that he neglected the rest of his living team, Kakashi was literally everything he thought about to the point it started negatively affecting others (which, yeah him being obsessed is pretty normal considering that Kakashi was part of the reason he activated his sharingan and THE reason he activated the Mangekyo). So what did he do? Go hang out with the one other person who would ALSO only think of Kakashi all day, Sakumo. Obito eventually accepted that Kakashi was dead, but he and Rin never reconnected.

Was this really the perfect ending for them? Come on tsukuyomi, you’re more creative than that.

For some reason I think that the tsukuyomi was freestyling all this. Bc (by my interpretation) the point of Kakashi’s dream was that he died at Kannabi Bridge instead of Obito, period. The rest is extra stuff bc their lives have to go on ig? Or maybe the infinite tsukuyomi is really big brained and depicted a realistic depiction of 🖐️🖐️🖐️HOLD THE FUCK UP I’M DUMB I JUST FIGURED SMTH OUT

I was trying to think why Sakumo would be alive (if my shit theory above was true, which it isn’t but I’m not deleting all that) AND IT WAS BC SAKUMO NOT KILLING HIMSELF IS HIS PERFECT WORLD 😭😭😭😭. The one thing I’m not so sure ab is Kannabi (I bet if I keep writing this I’ll find the answer) bc Obito WAS gonna get hit by that rock, but hey, he entered the dream after the Obito reveal so maybe his consciousness already knew he would survive, so maybe he’d just appear later in the dream idk. BUT BRO 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 WAS HE ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO COME BACK HOME TO HIS DAD??? AND THEN HIS CONSCIOUSNESS KICKED IN AND HE SAVED OBITO INSTEAD??!!,.. oh I’m sick, this is so evil

That would literally make everything make sense. He derailed the dream so bad that it fucked everything up, making it no longer a perfect world but more similar to reality. If he really was supposed to die, then why did his death have such negative repercussions on everyone he loves? It that was his dream, wouldn’t it be a better world with everybody happy? He wasn’t supposed to die at Kannabi but Hound appeared and saved Obito from a rock, causing a massive butterfly effect.

Pretty romantic if you asked me, “I would leave behind my perfect world just to save you form getting hurt” like damn, it’s not like he remembered that Obito survived at this point in time, but still STOPP I’M DOING IT AGAIN I’M FOCUSING ON THE DETAILS AND NOT THE BIGGER PICTURE AAAA

here's some headcanons about the Nickterson duo (Theodore should be first but...it does not sound good that way)

about Nickterson.

Nickterson is the duo name of Theodore and Nicky from the final HN storyline (og HN game, all my homies ignore the cartoon). just like Smentin/disaster duo, it isn't explicitly a ship name. rather just duo name, which could also be ship if one wants it(error world, and act 3 makes it possible I guess). I'd call them the "golden duo" but then I'd lure Harry Potter fans or smth🥲

but it's very important to know that Nickterson is only about the two adults, so it's past act 3 (with hn3, it'd have chance to happen) and mentioned error world (where Nicky can save Neighbor). Nicky turns 32 and Theodore is...47+ ig.

it's separated from Neighbor x Player, which is the shipname of Neighbor and Player from the Faust storyline. they're different characters, because that’s how it is.

why do they have a name suddenly?

because they're a great duo with awesome possibilities and dynamics even in canon and it's just staying in the shadows, since the part where they clear up misunderstandings isn't canonically in the game, we just suddenly cut to Nicky helping Theodore in error world. also, FUCK HATERS.

🔹 Theodore eventually tells Nicky that they're in a game and the dude has a hard time with coping, but he believes it.

🔸 neither of them can cook, so they'll end up ordering. they also discover that they love the same chinese food.

🔹 they rely on each other very much, since they don't really have anyone else

🔸 Theodore early on discovers Nicky's genius and treats him by that. Nicky is really happy that he's treated with respect and care.

I've been experiencing a reocurring fever for four days now and did some tests today (hopefully I don't have dengue 🙏) and I currently have four meds in my plate (five if I still have fever tomorrow).

Ok so my story behind this: Based upon my life experiences and etc, I relate to Megumi, it's almost worrisome how similar I am to him. Anyways, last night I was trying to find a line he said, I never found it, but found out it's possible that'd he'd become the main villain to face off against yuji or smth. Which would make since, loosing tsumiki and gojo after his body is taken over then going completely apeshit but that isn't my point. I found out jjk manga was ending this year, so I initially thought since yuji and megumi have both been used by sukuna they'd fight together to end him. Then I came up with the idea they'd kill each other at the same time, or one of them is possessed by him and the other has to kill them or smth. Now last night I thought "Hey yuji could save megumi". But no, I remembered that Megumi basically says "nah id give up" (same tbh) but thinking one of my favorite characters and a character I relate to becoming evil is so weirdly painful idk why, like it's not that deep and I cried. This morning I found out he isn't evil yet. So yet is good ig🥲

7. What inspired the idea for the plot?

honestly? nothing much, really. i just wanted to go back to my mcd roots (without the mcd) and hurt Aang again 😌 the rest just fell in place 😌😌

buuuuuut maybe it had something to do with the whump from Drag You Down and Lifeblood hehehe

9. Was there anything from canon that you pulled for this fic?

surprisingly enough, i think i actually did pull quite a few things from canon that served thematically to this fic.

one of the first things is definitely when Katara sees Aang get hurt. intercut with the scene are a few lines that allude to the moment when Aang was shot down in the Crystal Catacombs, which serve as a reminder that even though it had been a relatively long while since it had happened, it still haunted her.

another one was found in this line:

Mai's expression softens ever slightly when she meets Katara's gaze, and suddenly Katara doesn't see the deadly girl with flying knives and stilettos, nor the former enemy she had to face during the war. Katara sees a girl who loves and is loved, a girl who will do anything to protect the ones she cares about—a girl who understands.

this definitely pulls from the moment when Mai saved Zuko, Sokka, Suki, and Hakoda from Azula and stands up against her. obv, they wouldn't have been close enough to hear Mai pull the "I love Zuko more than I fear you" line on Azula, but i have a feeling that once Katara got to know Mai, she would understand that side of Mai, which serves as one of the things they have in common.

then there is this line:

Katara moves away as Zuko crouches down and unravels the sash around Aang's chest. (His) blood spills over Zuko's hands, and suddenly Katara remembers a time down in crystal catacombs, when he had betrayed them all, when Aang's blood had been on his hands. She tries to shove away the dark memories, because this time Zuko is saving Aang (but it's hard, it's hard when she can't see his scar without thinking of her mistakes)

definitely calls back to the moment in the Crystal Catacombs when Zuko had become an accomplice to Aang's death, and Katara had almost helped him and healed his scar. it speaks to the fact that even though they are all friends now, a part of Katara might always blame herself for almost healing Zuko and almost making what could've been the worst mistake of her life.

but another aspect of it is when Zuko is forced to cauterize Aang's wound and how he begs Aang to forgive him for it. even though it's done to save Aang, i'd think that maybe Zuko would still be guilt-ridden from his actions during the war and his people's massacre against Aang's, and to be the one to burn Aang, the Last Airbender, even if it's to ultimately help him...

the whole conversation Aang has with Zuko is to set to rest those burdens, and Aang pulls in the fact that he had once burned Katara in his reckless haste in order to make Zuko feel better--which works!

finally, the whole theme of Aang's people and him missing them and wanting to go home to them, resolved by his newfound family in his friends, all pull from canon. "Love is a form of energy," as Pathik said, and that energy was reborn in Aang's love for his friends.

whew, this was long! i definitely pulled a lot mroe from canon than i would've thought for this fic... but ig that's what happens when you write 6.6k words of Aang whump 🥲

11. Was there a scene that you hadn't originally planned to include? Why did you decide to fit it in?

not the exact answer you might be looking for, but close enough. originally, instead of Zuko being there to greet Aang when he woke up, i had planned to have Sokka there for a good ol' platonic Sokkaang moment--everyone needs more platonic Sokkaang in the world 😤

however, it wasn't until later on when writing this fic that i realized that i hadn't thought about how Aang gets saved. lol. oops. so the natural conclusion i reached was cauterization. okay, so then who does the cauterization? Zuko. then what would be the consequences of this?

it's from this natural progression of thoughts that i scrapped the platonic Sokkaang moment for the platonic Zukaang moment, mostly because there had to be a thematic resolution to Zuko's decision. it all worked out for the best tho--it was definitely one of my better decisions in fic writing 😌

21. What is something you didn't expect people to notice or gravitate towards in this fic?

Mai stabbing people with her knives??? 3 of the 4 comments i got took atl one line to gush about it, and it was just a little thing i tossed in there because i was like the Gaang should be there,,, oh but Zuko wouldn't go anywhere without Mai, and obv Mai and Zuko wouldn't just cower behind the guards, they'd fight. so that was mostly just to announce her presence (and it was also helpful in the little aside of the Katara & Mai friendship hehe). but i'm still happy people loved it 🥺 Mai definitely deserves more of a presence in Gaang fics 😌

i forgot how fun solo young adult gameplay can be like wow. she's still chilling going on jogs and possibly getting zapped by some bugs. was out at the lounge until 2am and then woke up an hour late for work. woohooing with two different sims in the same day like life is what you make it ig.

also... first time playing in a residental rental and i also have basementals... tell me why Someone planted some cannabis in one of the empty planters... i literally don’t know who it was but um that made me laugh.

it's so nice seeing my ult save file in action after all of the work ive done. only mt komorebi is done rn for me, but if you've been working on a save file for a while i recommend trying it out even if it's not fully done!!! i love seeing my sims out and about 🥲

ooh the timing of my asks with ur class hehe how cool! anyway yeah what I personally enjoy abt readings is getting different perspective or almost an entirely different opinion of how I view someone or an idol etc. some of the ones I least expect actually I find I end up liking a little more because readings give them different image compared to what the internet often makes up loads of nonsense about an idol and they kinda run with it as tho its who the idol actually is and I also like and enjoy when an idol can use it to express something that they cant in front of their fans. cause ive seen the huge shitshow a lot of their so called "fans" tend to display very immature behaviour towards idols these days. so its not like they can just offer up how they really feel about something can they? as they know how folk are going to overreact to it.

btw I went to an antique shop and was going to buy a tarot deck or two but the prices of them like its cheaper to get them online so I might have to do that unless I find them somewhere else for good price. They also had crystals and other cool pendulum type stuff too

it did become an eye-opener for fans who are keen to tarot. some persons act upon their emotions first before they rationalize , which could be one of the possible explanations for why they display youngish behaviour. the whole "your brain will mature at the age of 25" concept explains it.

i'm pretty sure they can express what they're truly feel (ex: jungkook's ig and newjeans' live) but their obstacle would be the fear about their company / agency's & the public's reaction.

you should purchase it online instead as a way for you to save up your money to invest in other stuff ^^ the products tend to be pricier in stores due to the shop's maintenance and the salary of employees. not to mention that you get to use virtual coupons too which is a great deal for me as someone who's a broke college student (҂⌣̀_⌣́)

i just recently bought a pendulum online and still waiting for it to arrive. still thinking about purchasing crystals because i have a blockmate who's into crystals showed me her collection. she has amethyst , rose quartz , clear quartz , etc. it definitely made me want to own one lmao 😆 'cause during our pre-test she got a whole score. i asked her what she did and said "oh actually i didn't review. i just brought my amethyst with me and placed it at my pocket and then crammed the whole test".

also, i studied coding in highschool so i don't know how helpful my tips will be for college since you're definitely going to learn much much more there :O i think html css is basic and important ( for example, tumblr's who website theme and post format is based on html css ) javascript, python are important too since they're in demand. i'm afraid we didn't learn a lot in school except what was in theory .. didn't have many lab sessions and the most we did was python and html css since that was the main focus ( i hate python like whatever the hell that is ... )

So after he texts my friend asking why I blocked him she was like “isn’t it obvious💀” and he was like “I still wanna be friends wit her she’s cool and shi” we flirted for 2 MONTHS and all you got was that I was COOL?!?! FR? Anyway my friend tells me that he still wants to be friends and since you know I was down bad and honestly just felt a level of comfort talking to him, my delusions gkt the best of me so I unblocked him and we started talking as friends right😭 so basically the girl who he told me about was now his gf, was i jealous? But they just end up destroying eachother and themselves in the process????? And it gets increasingly more tragic and traumatic and they betray eachother and they only have eachother and it all goes to shit and- Man, I need to rant so bad about this 🥲
