Another big thank you to a UK buyer who picked up this meditation piece couple of weeks ago as a wall tapestry. It's a painting I did early 2015. "Generating Bliss #1 (03/28/15) 11"x16" (29cm x 46cm) My 3rd painting on #Ahimsa silk, Here is my 1st version of this piece. I have painted the female figure gaining and radiating bliss, that turns a the turquoise colour of healing.. Here I have painted the female figure gaining and radiating bliss, that turns a the turquoise colour of healing.. Maybe as expected, this meditation has a sexual, male female component to it. She sits on a stylized #lotus which in turn is sitting above the phenomenal source double #tetrahedron with the male #dorje protruding and sitting on a petal of the flower. Either side of the phenomenal source is a sun and moon. Below is the three OM-mantra and above is the request of the deity to remain. A crackle wax effect has been used to give this piece an aged look. A tiny white joy swirl is envisioned spinning in the sex organ and a tiny spinning joy swirl in the region between the eyebrows connected by a narrow smooth clear red shaft of light running close to your spine. We focus on the counter clock-wise spin in our sex organ then let the bliss feeling rise slowly to our heart.Then we imagine the red swirl spin up to the top of our head, then descend, down the spine light and to the heart where the swirls spin until the join to create a pink swirl as we focus upon the clear light of emptiness. A week ago a buyer in Germany bought this print piece. Thank you . 🙏 I hope you're very happy with it. This original silk is 18"x10.5" / 45cm x 27cm Prints available here and here  Om Ah Hum are the #primordial sounds of creation.  Sitting on the petals that are surrounding the double #dorje that sits on a moon disk within a dark pink lotus. There are little dark pink flowers intertwining the flame circle. And subtly interwoven is #Metatron's cube. Once upon a time, long before Marvel and Disney got married... ​ A glowing Rune of complexity emanating from the timeless Ash tree, the Great Yggdrasil, the Axis Mundi connecting the nine realms ​The first level Asgard, world of the Aesir Vanaheim, land of the Vanir Alfheim, land of the light elves. The second level Midgard, Land of humans (middle world/garden) Nidavellir, Land of the dwarfs Jotunheim, Land of the giants (Jotuns) Svartalfheim, Land of the dark elves. The third level Hel, Realm of the dead Niflheim, World of the dead. ​  The complex runes glowing here start with the ​Hagal, (Armanen system) ​the mother of all runes, A multi layered, ancient and profound rune. The Origin. Harmony. It symbolizes or stimulates the birth of consciousness within. Though also known as Hail and in the Anglo-Saxon system, the Serpent, in some respects, I'd say it still represents the same thing - the storm of creation and the endless cycle of death and rebirth. Our heritage encoded in our DNA.  ​Here seen as a subtle double helix rising up the tree. ​Added to the complexity beyond Hagal can be found many other embedded runes,  Sowelu, Dagaz, Gebo, Eihwaz, Ansuz, Algiz, Wunjo, Raid. ​Wrapped at the base of the tree is Jormungand, the mighty Midgard serpent encompassing the oceans surrounding middle earth, that is, until #Ragnarok when He and Thor destroy each other.  ​ (​Yet another curious potential reference to a great cosmic cataclysm and the resulting ophiolatry? Another big thank you to a collector from the USA who bought this silk as a print not long back. 🙏 This is the Foo Lion or Foo Dog or Fu. It is used as a protective image to guard against evil, statues of which, are often seen in front of monasteries and front doors of private homes.  Guardian of creation (as represented so many times through out the world as the sacred geometric symbol known as the 'flower of creation' under his paw, or in a physics term, the geodesic C60 molecule) and as such, they offer protection from evil. This 'jewel', this 'flower of creation', is a fundamental of the nature of our reality so many sages tell us. So one could leap in thinking, that the 'protection' this guardian offers (or promises) is that when one knows a 'truth' one is protected from the 'evil' of false 'truths' ... just a thought. It is painted on raw silk. The calligraphy is traditional Chinese for guardian/protection.
