Been awhile since I posted anything, but here's what I've been up to:

This beast has been on my table since before or house fire in 2020. Which means it was destroyed and I had to start version 2.0 in 2021. I keep procrastinating on it because it's a lot, but I'll finally close to being done. An earlier picture of the whole thing looks like this:

Like I said, it's a beast.

Gilding #2. I went with a copper foil this time which I like a LOT better. Not going to try gauffering this this time. Just gonna leave it pretty and coppery.

Alrighty, next up is another anthology, this one is a collection of a bunch of my favorite outsider pov fics from across different fandoms.

I designed the cover to look like an apartment building and it was a part of my ✨adventures in gilding✨ during which I fucked around with gold foil and found out because there's glitter everywhere. STILL.

In other news, I have now filled a shelf with solely binds I made for myself!

Honestly not sure how I feel about this cover, but if there's one thing I can say with certainty it is that it is very shiny.

Athéna Exclamation, la suite! : début de préparation de la sous couche avant la dorure. -L'apprêt de modelage , blanc, afin de recréer les reliefs des armures et ornements. -Le gesso de dorure, rose, qui servira à coller les feuilles. -L'or en coquille, un peu plus terne que la feuille d'or, qui, appliqué comme une aquarelle servira à dorer certaines zones pour plus de contraste.
