i figured i'd make a list of who's in poolverse, somehow i've made the wc family tree even more convoluted:

ok so Stormfur is generally fanonned to have been named after his grandfather right?

well if his mother is Princess, he's got no parentage links to Crookedstar, right?

So if (and only if: despite them meeting in the chapter I'm currently writing, I don't know if Graystripe x Princess will actually become a thing) Graystripe and Princess get kits together (at least three, for Feathertail, Cloudtail and Stormfur) then the names will change.

This far my thoughts are:

Stormfur becomes Nutkit, named after Nutmeg, Princess and Firefrost's mother. Adult name is not decided yet. Might depend on his mentor.

Feathertail becomes Willowkit, named after Willowpelt, Graystripe's mother. Since (unless big twist) she's not mentored by Mistyfoot, I don't know what her adult name will be yet. Probably something like Willowstripe.

Cloudtail either becomes Thrushkit, and I make it canon in my fic that Thrushpelt was Willowpelt's first mate, and his warrior name is Thrushflight. Or he stays Cloudtail.

Lighttail- An intelligent and kind she-cat. Lighttail is always trying to think of new ways to help her clanmates, and she tries her best to remember when cats have gone on patrols to ensure she doesn’t overwork them. Lighttail has made it clear that if any cat has any problems, they can come to her and she can try her best to help, she will even pass on suggestions to her leader anonymously if a cat wants to suggest something but is too nervous to let their leader know who the suggestion is from. Lighttail is great at improvising, and so she is great in a difficult situation, especially in battle, she can think her way out of almost anything, 13/10

Snowpuff - A friendly and gentle cat. Snowpuff is a very friendly cat who will not hesitate to help a cat that needs it, even cats from outside his own clan, and he will show them all the kindness and respect he would give one of his own clanmates, they are still a cat after all, where they come from shouldn’t affect how they are treated in Snowpuff’s mind. Snowpuff is a great listener, and he will always spare the time for a cat that wants to talk to him, even if it’s an elder telling a story that he has heard several times before. Snowpuff loves kits, and it isn’t uncommon to see him playing with them while their parents get a much deserved break, he is always gentle when he plays with them, he would be horrified if he hurt them in any way, 15/10

Thrushflight - An energetic and confident tom. Thrushflight is regarded as one of the fastest, if not THE fastest warrior in WindClan, and this is something he is extremely proud of, it isn’t uncommon to see if doing laps around camp to try and increase his stamina and speed, and no matter how far her runs he always seems to be up for a patrol afterwards. Thushflight will readily leap into battle as he is keen to show off his moves when the opportunity arises, he likes to use his speed to confuses his opponent before striking, and he is considered an excellent hunter, often catching rabbits like it is nothing, cats often praise him for his catches, attention which only boosts his already high levels of confidence, 15/10

Leafheart - A thoughtful and nervous tom. Leafheart is a naturally skittish cat, he’s always extremely careful in anything he does as long as he can spare the time, and he is always on lookout for attacks. Leafheart will often volunteer to take guard duty, he hates being so skittish and he hopes that doing guard duty will help, even if he still does often bristle his tail at the smallest sound, this time gives him time to think, which is another reason he volunteers for the job, he likes to reflect on some things and wonder about others, 14/10

Burnclaw was... frustrated.

She’d seen queens before, and known- loosely- what to expect when she’d found out she was expecting kits. But the tiredness was obnoxious, and Thrushflight’s hovering even more so. She’d had to all but rake his ears to get him to leave her alone. He’d looked so dejected as he’d left for the morning hunting patrol, but Burnclaw couldn’t make herself feel bad for him. After all, at least he got to go.

Burnclaw, she decided, absolutely hated being a queen.

Which hypokits would be canon? I don’t just mean the three’s kits but like all the hypokits you’ve done.

excluding the six hypokit requests in my box i have to get to, i'd makeee timber (smoke/sasha), ryepelt (jayfeather/berrynose), cookie and cream (turtle tail/bumble, they wouldnt have a big role just be a nicer au ending for these two), moonshine and bramblestrike (bluestar/crookedstar), pandora (scourge/sasha), poolmask (hollyleaf/cinderheart), foxtail and oakcloud (squirrelflight/sol), burnie, brioche, and buttermilk (smudge/princess), marshsight (rootspring/shadowsight), tentatively? cause idk how this one would work but i like weird twins so uh tigerfrost and smoketail (spiresight/darktail), and thrushflight and tawnyflower (brambleclaw/ashfur)

so a pretty stacked cast! others im tentatively considering are duskwing and thicketpelt

some new kits i'd like to make are lionblaze/berrynose who would probably just get redesigned ones of the lion/toad ones, i'd say others but i've now forgotten every other design i wanted to do <3

I think I'm going to change some character names, some of them don't fit the characters very well or don't really interest me as much as they did when I first wrote them down, and I don't like using canon names or reusing suffixes for too many cats at one time, so it's renaming time!

Here's a list of characters who are up for name changes! I might not change all of these, but I at least want to get some ideas down to decide whether I really want to or not. These are a f ew of my ideas for each character, and I am also very open to suggestions!

“ You killed my father! “

Now I don’t believe I’m close to portraying blood and violence right, there are people who don’t like that kind of stuff. If you’re that kind of person, this post isn’t for you. Come back some other time. Again, can’t promise I’m doing blood right or ‘good’, but y’know.

" I don't care what your reason is! You killed my father. One of the only cats I was closest to! And I will never forgive you for that. " I don't think I draw that much blood, and I think I should. October's only in a few months anyway, so that's an even better reason to start doing more of it. (Although who says I’m stopping at October? I don’t care, screw October. Every month is spooky month, and a great time to draw some blood.) Anyway. . . So I always had the idea for any characters born near the same time as Bee to be at least acquaintances. But you know, some good ol' drama couldn't hurt. Besides, it would be kinda boring if Bee has the same relationship with everyone in her generation she meets, don'tcha think? Yes, so, about the  " You killed my father " thing, basically the only thing I knew about Beesting's dad's death before the idea to make this was that he was killed in battle by a cat from FlightClan. But I didn't know who it was. However, recently I figured that if Beesting ever found out who killed her father, she'd throw hands (or paws, whatever). And since Thrushflight is from FlightClan . . . Basically, while Bee was off being a kittypet and grieving the loss of a family member who died previously, Snowleopard (her dad) was slain in a battle like I said, which made her feel guilty about running off once she found out. Could she maybe have prevented that had she not been so foolish as to run away from home for four months? She took his death hard, even going as far as to try to dig up his grave in denial that he was dead (she was stopped thankfully). Other than Ashpelt and her best friends at the time, Snowleopard was one of the cats closest to her, and with him gone as well, it made her fall into a bit of a depression. And so of course, she wanted to know who was responsible for the death of her dad. I'm not sure if anycat knew who did it or not yet, but if she did hear Thrushflight did it from a cat in her Clan, it would probably be Wolfheart, who was Snowleopard's apprentice at the time. If he went to the battle, chances are he'd recognize the FlightClan tom in the battle. Since he's also acquainted with Thrush. (Here's a fun idea: If he were in this picture, he'd probably be silently cheering Beesting on, because he's still salty over the death of his mentor. And that thought makes me smirk a little inside.) But if Bee doesn't find out from anyone in HeartClan, Thrushflight fesses up when he sees her at the gathering, and tries to explain himself. My idea is that first of all, he was in a battle. He has to fight his opponent no matter who it is. Snowleopard was older than him, and with more experience, and so he had to fight back if he didn't wanna be seriously hurt at the very least. Secondly, it might be possible that depending on when this was, that this was kind of his chance to prove he was worthy enough to be a warrior (not that he was a bad apprentice or anything). I mean, if you found out an apprentice in your Clan fought an older and experienced enemy cat all on his own, wouldn't you reward them too? That wasn't just the reason though, he was also old enough to be a warrior by the time, and the victory of the battle was kind of a bonus. Still, he knew he killed someone who was looked up to by two of his HeartClan friends. Wolfheart (then Wolfpaw. Beesting and her friends are about a moon younger than Thrush, so Thrush became a warrior first) was easy to tell. And by easy, I mean he was the one that wasn't away for four moons being a house cat. And, well, he didn't take that well at all. Although I do think he'd forgive him at one point. That only left one other cat to tell, but Bee had currently been away for a while, and would still take at least one or two moons before she returned. By that time, Thrushflight might have already accepted that he was only defending himself, and figured Beesting would understand (She was Beepaw at the time though. The HeartClan leader thought it was only fair that she stayed an apprentice for four moons to make up for her time gone). If she's told by someone in her Clan that Thrush did it, the next gathering she goes to, she would attack him right off the bat. But if she wasn't told so prior, Thrush would try to explain to her why he did what he did, and she would be done listening at " I killed your father ". Ever since she heard someone killed him, she didn't care what reason he had. Unfortunately, she didn't share the same mindset as Thrushflight about self-defense and only saw a friend who betrayed her, and took away someone very dear to her. The reason they both don't end up tearing eachother apart completely is because they were pulled off of eachother. And of course, they both got in trouble for it, especially when that fight pretty much ended the gathering. Beesting got punished more though as the one who started it. And that's the start of the souring relationships between her and other indivisuals! Probably. Sidenote, I love how two of the four background cats are kinda just like " woa ", and the other two look so surprized and worried. It's even funnier, considering two of them later on become either Beesting or Thrushflight's mates later on (Kindheart obviously, and Hollysong, who is the half black and half white cat on the top panel.), and the other two both become leaders of their Clans later on (Rabbit'tail/star on the top panel, and Dustfire/star on the bottom one). That's just funny to me. Also, if they look a bit weird . . . I apologize. I made the mistake of not drawing the whole body and stopping the lineart where Bee and Thrush's lineart begin, and that meant when I blurred the background cats, it looked weird, and I didn't wanna redraw them. So I stretched them to fit better. Final note, about the scars: Some of them might become a part of their designs. I quite like the idea of both of them keeping a constant reminder of what they both did to eachother.

Anyway this whole fic is a rewrite with tiger/fire (because I’m a simp for the villains x hero) and the clans having actual therapy!

Tigerclaw isnt the villain in this because the Thunderclan found out what happen during his training with thistleclaw during an assessment between his apprentice chestnutpaw (chestnutshade) and dustpaw and is given therapy by rosetail and thrushflight (thrustpelt)

Also I’m hoping to fix the whole force medicine cats and all the other stuff the Erin’s mess up

And of course gay and trans cats I just like writing fics of if the main character was a girl (I’m a girl and most of the books I read the main character is a boy I always like thinking of what would happen if they were born a girl)
