Lesson of the week: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Now if you know you ain’t treating it right, maybe you shouldn’t take that advice lol... our body is our main tool in this life, don’t take it for granted. When’s the last time you gave yourself a massage? Apologized to yourself? Praised yourself? What does honoring your body look like to you? If we hold beliefs about our body that are harmful they need to be replaced. For example eye grew up with the idea that the flesh was evil and we are born sinners, and that is a very harmful belief that tarnished my relationship with my body for years. It’s been replaced with knowing that eye was born perfect and divine, including the challenges and trauma. Eye have taken back my divinity and that has transformed my life - people who have known me since childhood know this is a true transformation. Eye am writing about it because my story is powerful and so is yours! Eye am no different then you. It starts with your choices. Be careful of beliefs you’ve inherited and those you take on. What’s actually your original NaTuRe? This weekend eye had to give myself rest, at first eye felt guilty about that but my body wasn’t having it. Eye let myself sleep guilt free and received so many messages because of it!
