For the fic title—how about "The Mysterious Case of the Missing Lube"?

Oh, you must mean the latest case of Sherlock Hux and Doctor Renson, right?

But yeah ok, so ... the thing is, Hux and Ren? They don't need lube, because Ren can sort of ... force-lubricate. Handy, right? So when he finds a secret stash of lube under Hux's mattress while he's in the 'fresher, he's devastated. Because that can clearly mean one thing, and one thing only: He's not enough for Hux anymore.

They're not officially together, so it's not like it would be cheating, really. But Ren realizes just how much he wants it to be. He wants Hux to be his, and he wants to be Hux's. But is it too late already?

No matter, he needs to try. So he ramps up his innate Ren-charm and woos his beloved General, while hiding his stash of lube in order to (hopefully) prevent him from seeking his pleasure elsewhere (because lube is super-extra-mega-rare on board of a spaceship you must know. really hard to come by. yeah ... obviously, just .. roll with it).

Meanwhile, Hux is going nuts, because - what the everloving fuck!?! - how has there yet another bottle of lube gone missing. This is the fifth one, and ... he's either losing his marbles or he's being toyed with! And he'll find out which it is, and if it's the last thing he does!

So he hides in the closet and waits and waits and waits, and almost falls asleep, but then thankfully jerks awake when someone enters his bedroom and starts rummaging under his mattress.

"Hah, you dirty lube-thief, you!" Well, when he jumps out of his hiding place, he's kinda surprised to discover the lube-thief is actually ren, who then breaks down and explains his (admittedly pretty idiotic) reasoning.

Hux can just roll his eyes, because no, he was never planning on cheating on Ren - he was preparing for a surprise for his upcoming birthday: Their first time going the other way round, with Hux bottoming. He's been needing the lube to practice, because General Hux is nothing if not diligent in everything that he does.

What a relief. And what a good opportunity to discuss the nature of their relationship a bit more in depth. No, not that deep, Ren, no need to get down on your knees and ... Yup, he did it.

Well, in that case, congratulations on your engagement General Hux and Lord Ren! I shall hope to find an invitation to your wedding in my inbox soon.

The last character you drew/wrote about is now stuck in the last game you played. How screwed are they?

Video game I saw in a dream. It was in this low poly style like an older video game. You play as this character I think was meant to be a lamb, or maybe a weird mix of a lamb a mouse and a rabbit, (while not really looking like any of those things) and you’re running away from a wolf. Your objective is to last as long as possible before the wolf catches and eats you.

The house you’re running in is endless and bizarrely put together like most building interiors in dreams are (like the infinite toilet dream dimension on Reddit lol) the layout of the house is pretty detailed, you can stop and hide in places like closets or bins while the wolf looks for you, you can go up and down stairs and into rooms etc.

You never actually know where the wolf is or how close it is to you until it appears in your line of sight, it makes no noise and the game gives you no way of knowing where it is, and it’s pretty unpredictable it doesnt move at a consistent pace. When the wolf catches you there’s an animation showing it eating your character

Dc x Dp Prompt #6

“I’m a twin”, Damian said one night. He could feel the narrowed eyes of his family drilling holes on his back in disbelief. Not that he could blame them. Damian had never so much as implied being raised with a companion, much less a sibling.

“I had a brother”. Damian paused to recollect himself. He had not said his brother’s name out loud in over 8 years.

“His name was… Danyal”. Damian hated the way his voice wavered, but he could not help it. Danyal was everything to him, his other half. Their heart beat as one and when one heart stopped beating, the other one died with it. At least until his family put his heart on metaphorical life support without ever realizing.

“Where is he now?” His father asked, voice filled with knowing grief and a hint of betrayal. It had in fact been 6 years since Damian first showed up on his doorstep.

“Up there”. All eyes shifted towards the specific star he was pointing to. “Right before he died, he promised me he’d guide me from the stars. Unfortunately, the stars are not visible in Gotham, so my brother is unable to be of much help unless I leave the city.”

“Your brother is Polaris, the North Star?” Tim questioned warily, most likely in attempts to not offend him. Damian was aware of how stupid it sounded, but Danyal had promised, and his brother never broke his promises.

“Yes. Danyal is with the stars now, just as he always wanted”

Not to be absolutely unhinged but I think that if I buy enough tiny plastic tubs to continue breaking down every possession I own into discrete categories then eventually I will live in a home where I don't constantly have a large pile of completely miscellaneous nicknacks in the middle of the floor constantly and forever until I die
