This is the face of a sapphic that has been Going Through It for 40 odd eps, and I feel it so much

made a chart of the straw hats' skin tones with the colors being screencapped directly from the episodes, to show how much they've lightened.
this is more than just an "artstyle change" or "design evolution" or "just the timeskip" this is blatant racism/colorism. it's fucking ridiculous and i don't understand how toei is continuously getting away with it
please reblog btw, i think this is something people should see

yes, yes, boba fett finds it strange and uncomfortable when people can see his face and this is one of the major reasons he almost never removes his helmet (in the expanded universe anyway), but another factor that i think isn't explored nearly enough is just how much his helmet shapes how he sees the world. it grants him 360° vision, lets him interface with his weapon systems and slave I, and automatically dampens loud noises and dims bright lights. imagine going through the vast majority of your life seeing the world through that lens and then suddenly taking it away. removing his helmet for any significant length of time likely isn't just uncomfortable for him but downright disorienting.

f/o who doesn’t usually receive compliments and finally gets one from you and their brain just. malfunctions on the spot and doubts your words… voice going a little shaky (asking ‘…really?’) and the redness on their face showing their embarrassment to be on the receiving end so suddenly. eventually they learn that this will happen way more often with how much you do care for them, though they don’t think they’ll ever get used to it…

Ai art?
Are you fucking joking?
Sorry, no, it is not and I find it so disrespectful you would even think to ask that. I have not and will NEVER touch anything AI related ever in my life, I think it's so utterly pointless and destructive and it frankly makes me wanna kill myself.
So no, it is not and never will be, and you can safely hold that to me for the rest of my existence. I really hope this is the last time someone asks me this.
